This apartment is super great: awesome sea view, very well located (5 min to the beach), and the equipment inside are absolutely fantastic: nothing missing: from dishes to beach toys, documentation about the city and the country, great kitchen to cook everything you want, books (no kidding), and board games for the rainy days, everything is there. It's just amazing. We were as much as pleased as surprised.
Besides the decoration is top: nice, south of france typical but sober and good taste. Very charming place !
Some reviews say that the bedroom is small, ok it's true but it's not that disturbing. It's just a bedroom and it's very comfortable anyway.
I highly recommend it for a couple or two parent with one child.
In addition, the owner was very kind, answer very fast and everything is made to make your rental pleasant.

Le Lavandou
Manque 1 petite climatisation pour rafraîchir la chambre le soir et une cafetière. La machine à laver n'est pas très fonctionnelle.
Pour le reste, appartement fonctionnel , propre et bien situé.
Je garde un bon et beau souvenir de mon séjour à l Euphorbe au Lavandou.

Euphorbe a perfect holiday apartment
Just come home after a wonderful week. St Clair beach is one of the best, ideal for swimming or just relaxing with restaurants along the beach promenade. A short walk (20 mins) to Le Lavandou if you want a change. Perfect base for exploring the area. The apartment has one of the loveliest views of the Mediterranean from the sun terrace. Well equipped, with everything one requires. A big advantage, good wifi and a private parking. After a hot day on the beach it was nice to come back to a cool apartment take a shower and a drink on the terrace looking out at all the boats in the bay.
Derek sends very helpful information regarding the apartment and also about the area. He has also information and recommendations in the apartment which are useful. This is our fourth time at Euphorbe but it’s one of our favourites.

Belle vue mais l'appartement est très petit
Pour deux personnes maximum.
La chambre est un bunker sombre sans fenêtre.

Que du bonheur..... A refaire, vue magnifique du lever au coucher du soleil, on ne s'en lasse jamais

On se sent bien
Belle vue sur la baie, appartement fonctionnel, mais à revoir robinetterie et fauteuil relax cassé.
Ou sinon endroit calme, bien situé, il ne manque rien, vaisselle, produit d'entretien pour dépanner lors de notre arrivée
Très très calme et très propre

Highly recommended
We enjoyed a very pleasant two weeks at Euphorbe. The apartment is ideal for a couple. It is well equipped and has really everything you might require from kitchen ware to beach chairs. The wifi is also very handy. There is also a good selection of salt, pepper, and other condiments. A dedicated parking space is provided which is important as parking is at a premium particularly in high season.
Derek provides very comprehensive information on the area including shopping, restaurants, sights and beaches. We found his recommendations excellent and used many of them. His favourite beach proved to be ours as well! The local beach at St Clair is also very nice with everything at hand however hire of beds and parasol is expensive 2 beds plus parasol 24 Euros. There is a bit of a climb to the apartment from the beach front and this might put the less mobile off although most properties have similar or worse.
Unfortunately on the day we had booked to visit the islands a storm was forecast and the trip was cancelled. Next time!
We would highly recommend this property.

Bellissima casetta per fuga romantica
Adorabile casetta in un posto magico dove godersi la splendida costa azzurra!!
Ideale per un weekend o una vacanza di coppia, al massimo con un bimbo piccolo.

Lovely setting
We really enjoyed our stay at this well equipped two person apartment. Convenient for walks to Le Lavandou and the nearby beaches. The owner was very helpful and provided plenty of information on this part of France.
