Casa stupenda, vicino a pineta, vicino al mare. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Splendida vacanza.

Perfect house
We just returned from a great two week holiday staying at Viareggina. It was perfect for us, only my daughter and I but it could very easily accommodate more people as very spacious. Everything you need is there and the house is lovely, clean and modern. The bathrooms and kitchen are especially well done. The outside space is brilliant and gives you even more space to enjoy.
The location suited us as we didn’t have a car. Two mins to supermarket, ten min walk to Viareggio station and a slow twenty min walk to fantastic beach/Main Street of bars, shops and eateries.
I never met the owner in person but he was very helpful in sorting out a small problem after a thunderstorm and the property manager was great too! Both very easy to contact and deal with, despite me being unable to speak Italian!
I would highly recommend this superb house in Viareggio ❤️

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and very stylish
Stayed here for a week with husband and 2 teenagers. Big enough for us with the luxury of 2 bathrooms (with showers) inside the apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed and son fell in love with the sandwich maker! Andrea was very welcoming and would have been available if there had been any problems. Large balcony outside bedrooms and another balcony/shaded seating area downstairs. Apartment has obviously only just been furnished - everything very shiny and new. Apartment in a reasonably quiet area - 5 minutes walk to train station, large supermarket and some restaurants. Beach around 10/15 minutes walk with lots of lovely cafes.
