Casa nuova.. con tutti i confort .. con un terrazzo da sogno.. vista mozzafiato.. il Sing Olle una persona gentilissima e disponibile, puntuale e precisa, grazie anche ad Elisabeth che gestisce la casa a Tropea. La consiglio e spero poter ritornare presto!

Perfect location close to beach and Tropea center with plenty of restaurants. Fantastic roof terrace with gorgeous view and outdoor kitchen. Free parking outside. Facility in good order and has everything you need for self catering if that is preffered. Can really recommend this place!

Die Terrasse ist natürlich einmalig und lohnt sich sehr. Die Lage nah am Ortskern und den kurzen Weg zum Strand fanden wir auch hervorragend. Tische, Stühle, Sessel und Liegen draußen lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Auch Geschirr ist reichlich in guter Qualität vorhanden. Ebenso fanden wir ein paar grundsätzliche Dinge wie Salz, Nudeln, Kaffee oder auch Spülmittel und Toilettenpapier vor, was natürlich praktisch ist. Nett war der Obstkorb und der Prosecco zur Begrüßung - vielen Dank! Mit "Genau hinschauen" meinen wir aber folgendes: Die Wohnung selbst ist winzig, wir sind froh, dass uns kein Regentag gezwungen hat, uns drinnen aufzuhalten. Es gibt zwei Stühle, ein 2er-Sofa und einen Tisch, damit ist der freie Platz neben der Küchenzeile aber auch schon komplett belegt. Das Schlafzimmer enthält ein Bett mit Nachtschränkchen und einen Kleiderschrank und hat keinen weiteren Platz. Matratze und Kopfkissen sollten bald erneuert werden. Das Haus selbst und das Treppenhaus scheinen baufällig, der Zement an den Balkonen bröckelt, überall ist Feuchtigkeit eingedrungen und zerstört die Substanz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage ohne Aufzug. Am schlimmsten fanden wir den Zustand der Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft: Salz und Kaffeepulver war lose im Küchenschrank verstreut. In den Schubladen lagen Krümel und Schmutz. Im Eisfach war irgendwann vermutlich einmal eine Flasche explodiert - die Überreste klebten dort noch fest. Alte, verdorbene Lebensmittel in dem einen Schrank, dreckiges Geschirr im anderen. Sand auf dem Sofa, ein total verdreckter Grill auf der Terrasse. Flecken im Waschbecken, am Wasserhahn und in der Dusche, sehr alter, verkrusteter Dreck an der Wand neben der Toilette. Als wir das alles entdeckt hatten, war die Verwalterin bereits wieder weg und telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Die ersten Stunden haben wir erst einmal selbst alles sauber machen müssen. Sehr schade! Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen (für 2 Personen, nicht für 4), empfehlen aber auch jedem, erstens vor der Buchung genau hinzusehen und sich nicht nur von der tollen Aussicht blenden zu lassen, und zweitens in der Wohnung genau hinzusehen, vielleicht ist ja beim nächsten Mal alles sauber.

Die Dachterrasse war wirklich ein Traum. Tolle Ausblicke, alles neu und gepflegt möbliert. Von innen ist die Wohnung allerdings ein Alptraum. Nichts war wirklich sauber, sondern schmuddelig. Wahrscheinlich hat die Putzfrau gewechselt oder ist inzwischen erblindet. Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses ist eine Katastrophe. Die Fassade mit Graffiti beschmiert, das Treppenhaus wirkte wie ein rumänisches Gefängnis. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen. Zu viel Geld für wenig Leistung.

La posizione è eccezionale, vicinissima alle spiagge ed al centro storico, con parcheggio privato che a Tropea risulta impossibile. La casa ha una vista impagabile sul golfo di Tropea, un terrazzo a 360 gradi con al centro l'edificio di abitazione, fornita di tutti i confort, con una unica imperfezione, manca di una seconda camera ed il divano letto occupa una parte interna della pur piccola abitazione. Consigliatissima per una vacanza di massimo tre persone. Qualche gradino di troppo ma la vista che si gode ha un suo prezzo. Grazie alla proprietà Sig. Olle per la meravigliosa casa che ci mette a disposizione

We had an amzing time at this wonderful Apartment. The Apartment is very new renewied and on a very high Level, except the rest of the house. It has two amazing balconies, one with amazing sea view and one to countryside wich we never used really, cause the side to the sea has everything you Need. With broken heart, we had to leave this Apartment after two wonderful weeks. The Service around the apartment from an regional rental office in Tropea could be a little bit more precise but all the contacts to the owner (in Sweden) and the rental Office were very Kind and helped very quick. We definetly will come back one day :) Thanks for all Olle

WOW! Beautiful view, the perfect penthouse, turqoise water and fantastic food. This sums up my experience of our visit to Tropea! The apartment my family and I stayed in was absolutely amazing, and very well thought-through. The huge terrace has an outside shower, grill, sun-beds and a beautiful dinner table. With only 5 minutes to the City Center (and all the cozy restaurants) and 3 minutes down to the beach, it could not get much better. You will not regret a stay here!

We stayed in Tropea for a week at the end of June. The appartment had everything we needed (and more) to relax and enjoy our holidays. The location is great, just a short walk to the central parts of the town offering hundreds of restaurants and ice cream bars. Standing on the huge terrace, the 180 degree view of the sea is absolutely stunning and even though the photos of the appartment are great, I have to say that in reality it was even better. Everything was very clean and we were positively surprised by the standards of the appartment. Walking to the beach took around 5 minutes. Eating at a restaurant was generally cheaper here than in other parts of Italy, yet the food was excellent! We used the barbeque a couple of times, and loved both the squid and the prawns from the local marketplace. One week was almost too little - definitely looking to visit again!

Our first visit in Tropea but certainly not the last. We stayed 2 nights in this completely newrenovated appartment. Not more than 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. On top of a house (no elevator) we were completely alone and could really enjoy the silence allthough we were so near the city. The whole Place is new and has much better standard than we expected. We will surely come back for another stay soon!
