Siamo stati per 4 notti, in coppia con il nostro cucciolo di Eurasier. È stato tutto perfetto. L'appartamento è nuovo con tutte le dotazioni necessarie per una bella vacanza. Il plus per noi sono state le vetrate con affaccio sul giardino con vista sul lago. È distante circa 7 minuti dal centro di Riva del Garda.

Appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Schoon, ruim, strak. Terras + tuin gedeeld met evt. huurders van belendende appartement. Gastvrouw Claudia is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, spreekt goed Engels. Appartement ligt in wijk die hoog boven Riva-Centrum ligt en in een zeer steil straatje. Zo heb je een prachtig uitzicht over Riva + meer. Supermarkt op loopafstand (terugweg kost absoluut inspanning!), grotere winkels zoals Lidl en Eurospar 5 minuten rijden met auto. Wij hebben onze 10 vakantiedagen er met veel plezier (en heel goed weer) doorgebracht. Voor ons een adres om te onthouden. D&A, Zwolle NL

Well fitted out, modern, class fittings. Superb view from shared garden. Private car parking. However, access is up a very steep narrow road, although the property can be approached from the top of the road above the property, off a main road. Car essential. No TV and no restaurant within walking distance, but, a modern kitchen means home cooking is an option. About 2 miles from centre of Riva del Garda. Claudia very helpful, English speaking.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of June. Unfortunately the night before we arrived there was a tremendous storm with giant hailstorms which destroyed most of the plants in the garden (for which the owner, Claudia was very apologetic) but it was still lovely and the view was still spectacular. Claudia was very friendly and accommodating, being very flexible on checking in and out times so we were able to arrive in the morning. She spoke excellent English. The location of the villa is quiet, well away from the crowds in Riva up a steep hill but there are a selection of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We would recommend Albergo La Rochetta (left out of the villa then 5 mins walk down the hill). We went there twice as the food was very good and the staff very friendly. The Cascata Varone waterfall is a short walk away and well worth a visit. It was much more impressive than we expected it to be. There are two apartments side by side sharing the terrace and garden. We were lucky that there was no one staying in the other apartment while we were there so we had the garden to ourselves. It may not have been so good if there were other people there but if you were two couples on holiday together it would be perfect. We would recommend a drive out to Lago di Ledro. The lake is beautiful and wonderful for swimming.

Abbiamo trascorso pochi giorni all'inizio dell'anno io e la mia famiglia in questo appartamento comodo e luminoso, dove abbiamo trovato un buon comfort e gli spazi necessari per gestire anche un bimbo piccolo. La proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile ma assolutamente non invadente o troppo presente, ad ogni modo sempre reperibile anche quando non fisicamente presente presso la struttura. L'appartamento è nuovo e moderno, forse per questo necessita anche di qualche accessorio in più per chi vive di più lo spazio della cucina. In estate sicuramente l'appartamento offre il meglio di se stesso offrendo spazio, luce e comodità!

Spent 2 weeks here - the apartment is very modern, with all mod cons - dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wi-fi, electronic shutters - and absolutely spectacular views. Owner was friendly and helpful. It was at the top of a very steep hill - you would need a car to get around - it was about 5 minutes drive from centre of Riva. Small supermarket within walking distance. Pretty garden - with oranges, lemons etc growing. A lovely place to return to in the evening - with good facilities to cook a meal - and then sit outside and admire the views of the lake and mountains while you eat! Very peaceful. Would not hesitate to recommend it to others!

me and my partner visited this location in December, having a basic knowledge of the area already i new this would be in the perfect location, away from the busy lake edge while still a walking distance away, and we were not disappointed. the location is perfect and the high spec apartment was the perfect retreat from the days adventuring, the kitchen was fully kitted out so you can cook all your favourite dishes without having to buy any utensils, fresh oranges growing in the garden beautiful morning views over the lake and surrounding mountains courtesy of floor to celling windows through out!!!!! and all owned by a lovley woman called claudia who is most helpul and can converse in english\italian\ german which is a bonus!!!! all in all could not fault our stay and will returinig this auguest hopefully!!! i appoligise for my spelling
