Our friend rented this delightful apartment for a whole month and we joined the first two weeks of October. It was perfect. Free parking one block away. A short 8-10 minute walk to gates of old town. Elias was the best owner as he kept answering our many phone calls for his advise and help with logistics for our travels in Tuscany. We loved that we were located in Montepulciano. We drove to many hilltop towns and even walked the path between our town and Montefollonico. Don't miss Pianza and Pitigliano. The Etruscan ruins are a must and can be found in these hilltop treasures. A plus is this apartment has a washing machine and we hung our clothes on the line on the balcony, which overlooks the Tuscan hills.

I could have stayed here forever. It is a lovely apartment! Large and spacious. Nicely furnished. Perfect for 4 people. My friends and I stayed here for 30 days. The location is a short walk to the old town. We walked it every day to enjoy incredible restaurants and wineries, to shop in unique stores and to explore the historic buildings and sites. We continued to find hidden places even during our last days. Not to be missed: The sunset from San Francisco square is amazing and the small wine bar located there was perfect for watching the sun go down over the beautiful valley of vineyards. Conveniently close by the apartment were small eateries and a large grocery store. The landlord, Elias, is wonderful. He was always available with advice and suggestions. The entire experience at his place was extraordinary. We will never forget Montepulciano!

My friends and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 30 days. The location to the historic village of Montepulciano is less than a 3 block walk. All the rooms were very spacious, lots of light and nicely furnished. Perfect for 4 persons. There were 3 restaurants and a large grocery store within steps of the apartment. The landlord is exceptional; always available with excellent advise and suggestions.

Casa molto grande, comodissima e perfettamente accessoriata. È in una zona strategica, perché anche se non è nel centro storico (che peraltro è vicinissimo e raggiungibile comodamente a piedi), è nel punto più vivace e servitissimo di Montepulciano. La casa ha una luce splendida, Elias è un ottimo host, attento e premuroso. Grazie Elias!!! A presto

Great place to stay! Had everything we needed and just a short walk to the old town of Montepulciano. The apartment had everything we needed as we explored Tuscany and all the small towns and villages. Elias was always available if we needed assistance or suggestions of where to eat or festivals in the area. Wonderful!

We enjoyed a wonderful month at the beautiful sun apartment. The location was perfect! A short walk into beautiful Montepulciano and a great location to explore all the nearby towns. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy as a home away from home. Elias was wonderful in suggesting places to go and was sure to check in with us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying beautiful Tuscany!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the historic city center of Montepulciano and practically across the street from a large grocery store with everything you could possibly need. With 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room, AND a kitchen/dinette, this apartment was relatively huge for this area of Europe. Recently renovated, it was clean and beautiful with excellent air conditioning, again unusual in this area of Europe, that kept the place nice and cool during an exceptionally hot July. Elias is a super host, kind and welcoming, extremely accessible via text message. Will definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our time in Montepulciano. Elias’s apartment was in a great location to walk to town and drive to nearby activities. Elias was very helpful in helping us find a cooking class at Villa Cicolina which was fun and delicious! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful spot Montepulciano is in Tuscany. The location of The Beautiful Sun apartment is just outside the old town of Montepulciano and easy walking distance to wander through the steep lanes lined with restaurants, shops and wine /produce. Location of the apartment is within walking distance of the bus terminal and you can use the Orange bus for E1.50 to also get into the old town. We organised a private driver to take us to Contona about 30 minutes away where the film Under The Tuscany Sun was filmed. Another beautiful town perched on the side of the hill ...old with beautiful lanes and great shops. Elias at The Beautiful Sun apartment is a great host and we found the apartment to be lspacious,clean and good location.
