Amazing stay
I highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located a short walk from shopping, restaurants and the train station. Romeo is an amazing host and graciously arranged transportation to and from the airport. There are notes and guides in the room detailing the local amenities. Romeo was always willing to answer questions and provide assistance. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed with every convenience you could imagine. It is surrounded by private residences and gardens. The town of Mogliano Veneto was charming and only a short train ride from Venice (maybe 20 minutes) with trains arriving every 15-20 minutes. We went into Venice daily then returned to our quiet, safe community. It was the loveliest of visits.

A. 20 MINUTES DE Venise par le train,un hébergement confortable et pratique et des hôtes sympathiques et attentifs nous recommandons cette location sans réserve pour qui veut découvrir venise et ses environs sans stress et à bon marché grâce aux. Bons conseils recueillis sur le site Internet et sur place .

30 minutes from the Grand Canal
Venice is a very busy city. We wanted a quiet base close by, but away from the maddening crowds. This apartment very much fits the bill. Mogliano Veneto is a pleasant, quiet town some 18 kilometres north of Venice. It takes 30 minutes from the door of the apartment to the start of the Grand Canal via a short walk (about 5 minutes) and a short train journey (about 25 minutes). The trains run very regularly; the station is quite literally at the end of the road. A weekly ticket (Monday-Sunday) costs about 13 euro. A bargain. A supermarket is also at the end of the road next to the station, whilst Mogliano Veneto has all the facilities you could expect of a small town, including good places to eat. All in all, an ideal base.
Similarly, the apartment itself contains all you could wish for including a comfortable bed and a good shower. Numerous essentials are provided; wi-fi is excellent; and pleasant outside space is available for guest use. Romeo & Simona were extremely amenable but unobtrusive hosts and did all they could to make our stay a good one. Airport pick-up and drop-off were especially appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. In short, if you want to enjoy all the many delights of Venice, Verona, Padua … this is a great place to stay.
Finally, thank you both for your hospitality and the thought you have put in to ensure that your guests have an enjoyable holiday. All the best for the future.

100% recconmend, amazing villa and hosts
If you are looking for a well priced, comfortable, quaint, peaceful apartment very close to Venice then please book this one!
Romeo and Simona are wonderful hosts. They would do anything for you. The apartment is beautiful and very cosy.
It's a 5 minute walk to the train station, where trains come every 20 minutes to go directly into venice and other lovely towns (treviso, padova) the train to Venice only takes 20 minutes and treviso 12 minutes And they run until late and are very easy to work out.
And if you would rather dine in the little town that the apartment is situated in there are a few really lovely local bars and restaurants just 10 minute walk. And an amazing market on Mondays
This holiday home is perfect and we would 100% recconmend it to anybody
Romeo will even do airport transfers for less money than a taxi service and on the way to the apartment he stopped to show us where everything was (supermarket, train station and best pizza in town)

Would we visit Venice again?
We had a lovely trip to Venice, but we think once was enough. Unfortunately the local Venetians seemed very intolerant of visitors, showing in their behaviour towards us. Pushing past you when queuing. Now there is a visitor tax going to be applied, they won’t be getting ours!!

Pleasant holiday home
Simone and Romeo are lovely hosts , airport pickup , and provide lots of useful information on the local area and Venice. The accommodation is a little tired however,you get what you pay for. There was an unpleasant smell from the plumbing, and felt a little uncomfortable when sat outside as we were asked to speak very quietly due to neighbours complaining. As we were hardly there it didn’t really matter , but we don’t think we would go back . Sorry Romeo and simone as you really appear to be nice people.
If you are on a budget and don’t mind 3 star accommodation , then go for it .

Absoulty a cozy beautiful Villa well worth the price with prime location!!
When we first arrived into Venice we stayed at a name brand hotel on the island which was extremely over priced and expensive with a tiny room that we continued to bump into each other and trip over each other. I contacted Romeo as I was so disappointed with the hotel and he an his wife we more then willing to let us arrive at their villa ahead of schedule however, I could not get out of this reservation of over 400 Euro a night. We were relieved to finally get to our rental villa and for a fraction of the price of a hotel we stayed and at this cozy Villa nestled rightoutside of Venice which is less then 10 minutes via train off the island at a cost of 4 Euros for the transportation. Included is a full kitchen, bath, living room and bed plus a beautiful landscaped yard to relax in! This was our serenity home for the next few days that got us away from the chaos and crowds on the island! Upon getting off the train there is a full service grocery store right on the corner less then 2 blocks from the villa. We found this very useful as we wanted to cook homemade meals! The town center of Magliano Vento is in close proximity and there you will indulge with the splendor of the locals, shopping and outdoor cafes. The locals are extremely friendly and if your shopping for some high end purses this is the place to buy them!! We ventured further north on the train for a visit to Treviso also called the "City of Art on the water", similar to Venice however, much better clothing boutiques and very few tourist. We stopped at an outdoor café and for 2 glasses of wine which included snacks was less then 5 Euro! The train location is so accessible and for less then 4 Euros you have your choice of going back to Venice or exploring other nearby towns. Romeo and his very were very accommodating, they picked us up at the train station unplanned and continued to spoil us with little gifts each day. You do not need to buy any amenities as they are all provided for you including coffee, spices, oils, hygiene products, towels and much more! They thought of every detail and are very lovely people! Romeo was kind enough to take us to the airport for a fraction of a taxi price. Note:Taxi service is expensive in all parts of Italy plan 50 Euros one way! This is a perfect gem villa to get away from the crowds and to relax! Venice itself is magnificent and the food was absolutely the best I had during my trip to Italy! There are plenty sites to see and I suggest to purchase the water taxi that runs thru the main part of the city or 20 Euros. The city square is also a site to take in with a lot of shopping and restaurants. (Eat on the cannel and not at the city square as you will 5 star service with much better food on the cannel.) Also note, that the bridges have steps on them so plan to hire a baggage porter to move your luggage for you which is usually 5 Euro per bag. They are readily available or ask your hotel front desk to call one. Again, I highly recommend not to stay on the island especially if you do not like large crowds and would like to save money. This villa we choose is a hidden cozy gem perfectly priced and with prime location! Romeo and his wife Simona are wonderful host who ensure their guest are well taken care of!

Awesome quiet place with easy access into Venice
Thank you Romeo for a wonderful stay. We loved your quiet neighborhood and the suite itself had everything it needed. The advice to buy the weekly train pass for 13 euro was great and we had so much fun touring Venice each day and relaxing with wine and a picnic in the outside space in the evenings. Being only a short walk from the train and a convenient grocery store was wonderful. We also appreciated you picking us up from the airport after our long flight. If you like having a quiet space to come home to then this is a great rental for you!
Only suggestion would be that a screen on one of the windows would be great to allow fresh air in without the bugs.
Thanks again, and we will recommend your place to other visitors to the Venice area.

Agréable séjour au calme
L endroit est très bien placé pour se rendre en train a Venise,Padoue et Trévise. Hôtes très accueillants et discrets. Studio tout de même un peu petit et manquant quelque peu de nécessaire dans la cuisine. Prix attractif mais prestations supplémentaires payantes( abri voiture, climatisation et animaux...) Touchantes attentions par des petits gestes de la part des propriétaires. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l endroit et le calme et la gentillesse de leur part.
