From here, it is possible to get to different shores, such as Mazzaforno, Baia dei Sette Emiri, Salinelle and Cefalù, enjoying the different landscapes and environments the route displays. Interiors: The VILLA is more than 180 sqm; it offers a comfortable, open space living room/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one study and one closet. Everyday life inside the VILLA can take place in the living room/kitchen area, which comprises the proper kitchen, with handcrafted stones and potteries, a large dinner table, sofas, small tables and a big satellite TV set with Dolby surround, which can reach every single room thanks to a modern cable radio system. The kitchen is equipped with every useful utensil, including a dishwasher and a wood-burning oven, which is the ideal means to experience the typical Sicilian recipes. On the outside, the terrace with the cookhouse and the barbecue is the perfect place to spend some magic moments in company under the stars. The 3 bedrooms are fully equipped with wardrobes, bed tables and table lamps; they can hold 7 people in all. The 2 big bathrooms are fully equipped with all the sanitary fixtures and shower cubicles; one of them features the hydromassage as well. The study is carefully refined and includes ancient pieces of furniture and a writing desk which belonged to a noble Sicilian Notary; its spaces offer the possibility to read, write and work peacefully, without “invading” other places in the house. The entire facility is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet connection. Exteriors: The original house's roof has been transformed into a panoramic terrace (150 sqm), decorated with beautiful handcrafted Sicilian potteries, offering a wonderful sight over the sea and the entire bay of Mazzaforno; the wooden gazebo, equipped with deckchairs and small tables, is the perfect place for a cocktail at sunset – a moment to be immortalized and kept forever. In the recently built garden, the wonderful swimming pool with hydromassage, the different solarium zones immersed amongst the olive trees and the luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation in itself complete the scenery. Private car park comprised. VILLA LUXURY is the ideal solution for a vacancy of complete relax… luxury and comfort.

Beautiful

We spent a week here in early April 2017. We were a family of 6, ranging in age from 2 to 55. The location is great, a couple of miles out from the stunning Cefalú. With a lovely beach. We had a car, but I understand the bus route is good. The pool is lovely, shared with the villa next door. There is also a roof terrace shared with next door. We stayed while both villas were occupied and we didn't even meet our neighbours! The villa itself has indoor AND outdoor cooking areas, ample seating, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The furniture is beautiful and there is a definite rustic feel to the place. We had excellent communication with Francesco before we arrived and was looked after by Dominique who lives next door during our stay. Dominique was a fantastic host and really went above and beyond in looking after us. Our car broke down on the first day and she spent the whole day ferrying us around trying to sort it out. We visited Cefalú, Gibilmanna & Palermo. For more fast paced, you could fill every day in Sicily and still not see everything. The place is wonderful, full of history and stunning scenery, we will be back.

magnifica vacanza

vacanza stupenda in una casa bellissima e molto curata. posto tranquillo e un po decentrato da Cefalù e dal mare, ma con vista mare fantastico! ne vale veramente la pena. i siciliani sono veramente affabili, la sicilia è bella tutta, si mangia benissimo.

Fabulous Villa

I’ve just returned from a wonderful two week holiday at Villa Luxury with my husband, two year old and 6 month old. The villa was a perfect base for us and it was so spacious that we had room for another family. The villa itself felt very authentic with a traditional outside cookhouse on the terrace which directly adjoined the indoor kitchen and living space. Also the décor and furniture felt very Sicilian! The pool and garden area was fabulous and very tranquil with a great size pool to splash about in. From the pool we were able to access an impressive roof terrace which offered splendid views and a nice spot for an early evening beer. The whole trip was made even more enjoyable by the very helpful owner, Francesco – as well as being a very nice guy, he was happy to offer advice and recommendations. I’d definitely recommend this villa as a great base for Cefalu, it would also be good for larger groups as you could take the adjoining Villa Lux too. I’d say that a car is essential as there aren’t any pavements or paths into town so you’d need to use taxis.

Villa luxury - says it all.

We stayed at Villa Luxury for two weeks in June. The villa is certainly luxurious and has all the comforts of home and more with a superb swimming pool. It is conveniently located not far from Cefalu and on the bus route. Our host Francesco was most helpful and was always at the end of the phone if we required any assistance. I would suggest hiring a car which would give you the freedom to travel further afield. It is an ideal location and I would highly recommend Villa Luxury as a holiday location.

The Palermo Province stretches out in the northern part of Sicily looking out over the Tyrrhenian sea, with a tract of splendid coast opening out into the Carini Gulf, Palermo and Termini Imerese. Besides the beauty of nature, renowned localities and marvelous artistic treasures of different eras make this territory unique and special, a popular tourist spot well-known among visitors. From the Solunto ruins to the archeological area of Monte Jato, from Monreale to Palermo, the entire territory is full of art treasures, enchanting landscapes and attractive remains of ancient civilization. Palermo shines in the center of the Gulf bearing its name, a city with a rich past that in ancient times was the melting pot of European and Arab civilization. The province is full of highlights, from the historical villas punctuating the Bagheria area more epicurean attractions, and from the traditional folkloristic celebrations to relaxing holidays by the sea. Palermo and all its territory is a traveler's mecca for all seasons and all demands.
