From arriving to (reluctantly) leaving, everything was just perfect. Beautiful clean villa, with information and some welcome treats waiting for us, clean, very well equipped and stunning views. 2 pools, each with their own sun beds and seating areas and 360 views of beautiful mountains and the sea.. A short walk to the taverna, and a little further to the beautiful little port Agios Nikolaos, amazing food and views, we followed the recommendations given by Kiki and never had a bad meal. You’ll need a car / taxi to Stoupa, and to explore the little villages around. Plenty of parking on site though. The beds are comfy, air conditioned rooms, shutters if you want the room dark. It’s so quiet and peaceful, we had the best sleep ever. Kiki - just an amazing lady, despite all the changes and drama that covid caused, despite the moving and changing of the booking, despite all the challenges put in her way, she never once gave any hint of a suggestion that it was a problem. So understanding and did above and beyond anything to make sure we got to visit this amazing place. I’ve read the negative comments, and can clearly see that this reflects more on the person writing them than it does Kiki. She greeted us with a huge smile and made sure we were happy with everything , ensured that we knew that if we needed anything at all, just to give her a call. Attentive, clearly has an eye for detail, doesn’t cut corners, and makes it feel like you’re stopping with a family friend rather than just a business. We can’t thank her enough, a really awesome human, and we can’t wait to go back again. We had meals in Agios Nikolaos a few nights and saw Kiki walking by, and literally had to wait our turn to say hello! It’s seems that everyone she meets loves and respects her - All the staff there were great, big smiles, nothing too much trouble, just all lovely people, they’re such an important part of the whole experience and I’ve never seen such enthusiasm and happiness. Always a cheerful hello, a wave , a good morning when you see them and every 3 or 4 days the apparent would be immaculately freshened up with new towels and bedding. The pools always clean and fresh, the sun beds always neat. They were the same team, family each time, not just random contractors . Chatting and laughing as they went about their work and making sure everyone was happy. Could it be improved ? Yeah- a few more weeks ! All in all- just perfect.

Ένα από τα πιο όμορφα καταλυματα που εχω επισκεφτεί, αμα είχαν ξεκινήσει από εδώ η διακοπές μου θα ήθελα να συνεχίσω εδω και ας εκανα παραπάνω χλμ για να δω κάποιο αξιοθέατο. Πολύ όμορφο συγκρότημα, το δωμάτιο είχε τα πάντα, ησυχία απίστευτη όπως και η θέα. Ότι και αν ζητήσαμε το είχαμε πολύ γρήγορα. Η κ.κικη απίθανη με το χαμόγελο από την πρώτη μέρα στο καλωσόρισμα μας ξεναγησε και μας είπε χρήσιμα πράγματα για φαγητό και παραλίες ,μοναδική!!!και το προσωπικό επίσης πολύ ευγενικοί και με χαμόγελο, αυτό δείχνει και το εργοδότες έχουν από πίσω!!!σίγουρα θα το προτείνω και θα το ξανα επισκεφτώ!!!!

Just a heads up for possible bookers: In these difficult times poliana Estate villas chooses to not follow European law and give customers a run for their money. Didn't receive a refund even though it was not possible for us to visit the place due to Corona. Customerservice was horrible, even though I tried to propose a solution which could work for the both of us (come next year or 50% refund). Avoid this place when you can or book very last minute when you are totally sure that you can stay. Poliana Estate Villas only operate from their own point of view. In comparison to other Villas in the region,which did gave us a refund or generous rebook possibilitys, poliana estate is not the place to choose: search for other options in the region, there are plenty.

We stayed in a Studio Room on the Poliana Estate, which was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The Hostess, Kiki, was both friendly and informative and made sure we wanted for nothing. There are two swimming pools on site and plenty of room to sit outside. The site is beautifully maintained. It is about a forty minute walk into the village from the Estate which is very doable before having your evening meal. The Restaurants in the Village were all of a good quality. The Studios themselves were not easy to find with our SatNav. It took us all over the place in the pouring rain! We almost gave up hope! The best way to find them is to go down into Agios Nikolaos itself, turn left onto the coast road and travel about a mile until you find a sign for Poliana Estate pointing to the left. Another 200-300yds or so and you will find it on the left hand side. Not much in the way of sandy beaches in the area, except for Stoupa which is very touristy. As long as this doesn't worry you, you will have a wonderful stay.

The complex is great. Beautiful apartments with a very tasteful deco and very spacy. You will find everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine! Exterior is beautiful, view is greate and two swimming pools make morning and evening swimming a must. The welcome from the staff is exceptional, offering wine, olives and handmade marmalade and Kiki will be there for everything you need with a big smile! The nearby village on the beach of Agios Nikolaos is nice with a few but very good restaurants where fish is a must. Highly recommended for short or longer holidays!

Although we were only on Poliana estate for 2 days, it was an absolute charm. Kiki (the hostess) was lovely and very welcoming and once you were settled let you have you own privacy, plus the 2 pools were a god send in the boiling early September heat. The marmalade we were given (in the fridge) was the best we ever tasted and everyone loved their rooms. As a plus, they don’t charge extra for A/C, which you may have to in other places. And as another positive, the detail on the interior design is beautiful.

Our stay in one of the villa's was fine. We overlooked the broken mesh screen panels in the doorways of both our bedrooms and the one in the living room door which fell out of its runners early on (which we got blamed for). My 6yo son sat on an armchair during the first couple of days of our stay, it immediately collapsed backwards. The back feet had broken folding in on themselves. My son is very lightweight, he literally sat on this chair. It was clearly broken or very faulty. The host took it away to fix it with NO word that we would be blamed for it or charged at a later date! So we were very shocked when a MONTH after our stay (of keeping our deposit!), they decided to deduct 280 euros off our deposit for fixing the armchair! We were told at the end of our stay there were no problems and we'd get our deposit back ASAP. The host became really rude, refused to even show us the invoice / receipt of this apparent fixing even though we did not break it. She then refused to speak to us and got a pretend lawyer to email us! We're livid that she has ripped us off and ruined our holiday. It should also be noted that you're not allowed to make any noise outside including the swimming pools during "siesta" which is basically the entire afternoon so if you have kids, this doesn't make for a fun time. The host told us off for my 6yo simply jumping in and out of the pool (not even shouting). We were not told of this rule prior to booking and only found out from the notices by the pools.

Complesso di appartamenti da sogno. Immerso dietro le spiagge di agios Nikolaos. Quiete e relax, piscina. Tutto molto bello. Da trasferirsi a vita.

Endroit magnifique, très belles prestations des constructions, intérieures comme extérieures. La gérante est très gentille et prévenant quant à vos besoins. Deux piscines dont une à débordement avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Le studio était très bien équipé avec en plus des produits locaux offerts par la patronne (dont de l'huile d'olive maison, plus de la confiture, 1 petit bocal d'olives et une bouteille de vin...). Séjour très agréable et très bon souvenir pour nous. Mériterait d'être mieux indiqué.

Abbiamo vissuto per una settimana in una casa lussuosa e isolata come dei vip. Nella stessa settimana Ronaldo era in costa navarino ma poteva benissimo venire al poliana! 😜 Posizione perfetta per tutte le escursioni. Personale discreto ma sempre presente.
