On the first floor, with stunning views of Beverley Minster and opposite the oldest pub in the East Riding of Yorkshire, the apartment has one double bedroom, beautifully furnished, and a small double sofa bed in the living room, which also has comfortable seating for four adults, LCD flatscreen smart TV, DVD player, CD/radio and iPod dock. The dining area has a table and chairs for four adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery/cutlery/utensils etc., plus kettle, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bathroom includes a full sized bath with shower over. Also in the apartment is a selection of games, books and CDs as well as plenty of tourist information and original artwork throughout. Perfect location
The views of the minster are stunning and really couldn't be better. The location is perfect for exploring the town which is full of historic buildings, and for the surrounding Yorkshire Wolds which are my favourite unexplored corner of England. The apartment was clean and gorgeously decorated, and the welcome was very friendly. In short I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone for the perfect break or long holiday.

Splendid !
I moved away from East Yorkshire over 30 years ago, so I was very
pleased to find such a pleasant place to stay for a couple of weeks
and rediscover the area. I found the apartment very comfortable for
the 3 of us staying there, everything was clean and in good working
order and it was a nice surprise to find a supply of tea, coffee and
fresh milk waiting for us when we arrived. I went to Beverley Grammar
School in the 1970’s and my recent stay allowed me to rediscover some
of the wonderful things about Beverley. A guided tour of the minster
roof allows you to see how it was constructed as if you are seeing it
through the eyes of the craftsmen who built it, also walking on the
Westwood gives you a view of Beverley that is probably one of the most
scenic views in England.
The apartment is very conveniently situated & it is easy to stroll
along to Wednesday Market to enjoy a morning coffee in one of the
cafes while reading the paper, and in the evening have dinner in one
of the restaurants and enjoy a pint or two on the way back.
I would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a
place to stay while visiting the wonderful town of Beverley.

Excellent location in a comfortable apartment
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was an ideal location, within walking distance to the centre of Beverley. Also a good location for visiting York, Hull and the East Yorkshire coastline.

Very nice and cosy apartment with a wonderful view
The apartment is on the first floor (with no elevator)of an old typical building, 5 minutes away from the town center (Beverley).
The apartment is very nice and cosy. It's quite comfortable and well equipped. The living room and the bedroom are airy and bright and the view of the Minster is really fantastic.
In the apartment there are a lot of guides/brochures about the town and the Yorkshire.
The neighborhood is very safe and silent.
Mary Kate is a really lovely owner!

Wonderful view of the Minster to wake up to
This was a most comfortable flat in a central position of Beverley, which is a great town to explore. We also like being able to cook in the well equipped kitchen as the food shops in Beverley are very good. We woke up our first morning to the view of the East end of the Minster will full sun on it. What a glorious sight. We like the flat so much we have booked to go there again in September.

Weekend singing at the Minster
Ideal place to stay when singing at Beverley Minster for the weekend. Kitchen adequate to self cater for 3 days. Only ate out once and we managed to cater for friends too. Good location, clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

The best place to stay in Beverly
Two years ago, my sister and I stayed in this apartment and we wish it wasn't so far away. It was everything it said it was. I hope to return some day. Staying in Beverly was one of the main highlights of our trip. Close to the train and shopping. No need for a car.

Great location and ideal base for Beverley
I stayed for 3 nights with my 3 year old son whilst we were visiting Beverley to see friends and family and attend a party. It was a great base for us, the owner was so friendly and helpful on arrival and when we had an issue with the internet.
I didn't have any phone signal but that is because I'm with Vodafone and Beverley never seemed to like my phone network anyway. But because I was on a break and intended not to use the internet and phone much anyway it didn't bother us. There was enough internet to check opening times of attractions and email my husband so that was all we needed.
The flat is very well equipped for cooking and we even had a couple of friends over for dinner one evening and catered for them too. It was cosy and relaxing staying in the flat on an evening and so convenient for popping in to town. It was lovely leaving the curtains open on an evening and look at the Minster lit up. There was live music in the pub opposite but my light sleeping 3 year old slept through it so was fine.
We definitely plan to stay there again. Great place

Great View
My partner and i had a lovely stay here.The apartment was just as it was described.
If i was to be a litlle picky we did have issue with the shower as it did run cold on occassion.
The location was great for getting around and we didn't need to drive at all.
Wouls stay again.
