We had a lovely time in Scarborough. Perfect apartment in a great location. Attention to detail was superb. Any queries were dealt with by Sue promptly.

Great Apartment
Wonderful apartment with secure parking. All facilities you could need in the apartment which was also very clean. Sea views & within walking distance of beach Peasholm park & many more attractions. North Bay cafe across the road well worth a visit good home cooking at a reasonable price.

Half-term break
Lovely 4 day stay in this wonderful apartment located in the North Bay. The apartment is ideally located for the beach and some great local cafes. We parked the car on check in and was great to have 4 days to just walk, enjoy the beach and the local attractions. The apartment is modern, really well maintained and Sue has provided lots of little extras to make your stay a home away from home. We would definitely book again.

Fantastic apartment
This extremely clean apartment has everything you need for a short break. It's in a wonderful location overlooking the sea in North Bay and about a 15 minute walk into Scarborough Town centre. Communication with Sue was effortless and her instructions for checking in were very clear. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to use this apartment again.

Couldn't be better
Loved the apartment, everything one needed, couldn't ask for more. The secure parking and easy access to the lift was a bonus. Its located in great situation, views of sea and castle, with ease of getting out of Scarborough North, South and West. also very easy to get to either bay and shops, once we and acquainted ourselves with were we were.sue the proprietor was a great help before and once we were there. We would love to return.

Great location, lovely apartment
Very well appointed apartment, comfortable, great kitchen, great to have two bathrooms. With hot water on demand, best to schedule showers. Wonderful location close to quiet beautiful North Bay beach. Great walks in both directions. Bonus cafe, grocery and movie theatre nearby as well as pubs and cafes at the beach. All in all a terrific stay.

Great Accommodation in Scarborough
Stayed in this apartment for 3 nights, great location near to Peasholm Park. Host met with us on check in to show us around the apartment where to find things etc. Apartment had its own private parking space. Apartment was immaculate there was tea coffee and sugar and other bits and pieces for us to use. Great view of Scarborough Castle and Bay - would highly recommend.

Communication and details from the owners was perfect.Onsite secure parking.Flat spotless and everything you need.Mike met us bang on time and showed us round.Very easy to walk to everything from flat.Will be back and possibly double up on there sea view apartment in Filey.

A well equipped 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
We spent two weeks at Royal Sands and enjoyed our stay very much. The two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable. While there were only two of us the apartment was large enough to entertain family members who came to visit.
Sue, the owner, is very accessible and responded to text messages very quickly. A small bottle of milk was in the fridge when we arrived and basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper lasted us for the two weeks. The apartment is equipped with an elevator and a secure designated parking space. A bonus in this area.
A gorgeous view of the North Sea and Scarborough Castle from the living room and eating area.
A small grocery shop is close by that carries a wide selection of goods. A pub and cafe are just steps away from the front door and last but not least North Bay Fisheries is a short walk away and sell excellent fish & Chips!
