Het apartement heeft hier en daar wel wat verbeter punten nodig. Bedden/matrassen waren zeer slecht. Slaap/zitbank valt bijna uit elkaar. Keukenblok/wasbak-kraan echt in slechte staat. Wc-bril dwars doormidden. Lampje in koelkast werkt niet. Als de eigenaar deze dingen zou verbeteren is het een mooi apartement. Dit is de reden waarom wij het nu matig tot redelijk noemt.

We stayed for 3 nights during a very hot August 2018. The ceiling fans in the main rooms and additional fans provided were very much appreciated. The apartment is spacious, kitchen is very well stocked, and instructions provided are clear and helpful. There is no end-of-stay cleaning charge (guests are meant to leave the place as they found it) but we did feel that the place could have been cleaner when we arrived. Overall good value for money and conveniently located close to public transport.

The apartment is conveniently located with supermarket and public transport 2 minutes away, Schonbrunn palace, gardens and zoo just 5 minutes walk. Nice old apartment building in a quiet street. Keys easy to access and use. The top floor apartment is spacious, warm, light and clean, and has lovely rooftop views from the dormer windows. It needs some maintenance, eg the kitchen tap was very loose and did not work well, and we never managed to access the Dropbox files where the apartment information was located; a folder of printed information would have been useful. However the owner was helpful with quick answers to email queries. The end arrangement was unclear - clean up or leave money for the cleaner; we cleaned up, stripped the beds etc but were unsure exactly what was required. Again, printed information would help in this respect. Overall, the apartment met our need, which was for a warm base in a particularly cold spell of weather while we explored beautiful Vienna.

Apartment is in good location, close to public transportation; grocery store close and many fine restaurants in the area. Attic apartment with no views out windows. Apartment is run down and a bit shabby. Computer does not work. Windows were not secure and during our stay a major wind event caused the window to open and it would not properly shut. The owner was informed of the problem Response was inadequate. Owner was traveling and left it up to us to deal with a problem beyond our capacity to fix. Had to rig a temporary fix that preverted damage to the floors.

The location of this flat is amazing, and it is very spacious, though it is a top floor with no views outside. The bathroom, kitchen, and some of the furniture is a bit ramshackle, the floors weren't super clean, but it worked really well for us traveling with kids, and again the location is really great. Harald is also very helpful and easy to get in communication with.

Gut gelegen an der praktischen U-Bahn. Praktische, freundliche und moderne Ausstattung. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Bei Sonne etwas warm, die Bedienungsanleitung der Heizthermostaten (insbes. des Wohnzimmers) hätte die Heizkosten dezimieren geholfen. Leider sind die Fenster im Wohnzimmer schwer zu schließen, so dass wir uns nicht getraut haben sie nochmals zu öffnen.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione molto bella e comoda. A pochi passi si trova la stazione della metro e il castello di Schobrunn è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti (c'è anche un bel parco dove correre, ma la sera viene chiuso). La casa da fuori sembra antica, ma dentro è molto moderna e davvero molto ampia. Eravamo cinque amici e siamo stati comodissimi. Letti puliti, bagno pulito e cucina funzionale. C'è addirittura un computer con stampante se dovesse servire! Lo consiglio a occhi chiusi ;)

I have rented apartments for short stays everywhere from Rome to Barcelona to Riga but this is the best yet! It is in a fabulous location (metro around the corner, Schonbronn Palace at the end of the street and supermarket around the corner) on a very quiet street. Because it is at the top of the building it is a very quiet apartment. The rooms are all enormous and really tastefully decorated so it is a real home-from-home. The kitchen is well-equipped (enough plates, bowls and glasses) and bedrooms are enormous with clean comfortable beds. Lastly there is a washing machine and microwave. All-in-All, this is a superb apartment so I really recommend it very highly indeed. By the way key pick-up is especially easy as there is a key-safe on the front door and the owner will send you a code to open this. Thus, you do not have to have the owner awaiting your arrival. This also is handy if (like us) you must leave for an early train or flight.
