Arrived late due to late flight,know welcome pack but we new that , up the next morning to find the place was not clean dust everywhere it's a pity I can't show you the photos that we took would explain a lot better the state the apartment was in. The cleaners who live in the apartment above use ,introduced themselves said anything we can do just call that's not true, we told them the wifi router was about to burn out,contacted owner who replaced it but not installed properly told the cleaners they don't want to know so had to live with an open wifi, then the wife opened the over which was a black dirty and turn on to have black geasey smoke complained to the cleaners about this again his wife came down and she cleaned it up a little not much better,then we told them we had a leak in the air con so him the cleaner tried to say it was because the doors were open wrong the doors were shut they said we can't doing notting as we are at a party and drunk ,so after that we never saw the cleaners anymore in the 4 weeks we were there , just to add she said this apartment is the bain of their life not our problem. The bathroom is in a state the shower is passed its sell by date leaking shower head the taps are all coroided and the same in the kitchen, all the utensils,toaster, oven, stainless steel drainer was all rusty, everything was not clean, even the cheese grater had never been cleaned it still had cheese on it, under the sink was dirty and bad in a very poor state the kitchen . in the living room the black chairs where in in a bad state they were that old and porus that when you sat on them the underneath all fell off. Now if you like your television like us you are told to take your HDMI lead with you to watch it, now we are form Britain so everything on are laptop and phones don't work abroad in Europe so useless, this place needs a TV box so you can have some TV. Now it you like to sunbathe this place has 4 sunbeds but you guest it the are filthy and not if for purpose the bed mattress are all cracking and in disrepair. We paid good money for this place and between the apartment and the cleaners above us ,it is a place we will not be returning to .

Appartamenti belli puliti e spaziosi, cucina accessoriata, bella piscina, luogo un po' lontano dal centro di Paphos ma cmq raggiungibile e molto silenzioso ideale per famiglie. Un saluto a Chris, Pete,razmick.. Grazie di tutto.

Fantastic relaxing holiday. The apartment is very well resourced. Nice pleasant walk to local shop. Couldn’t ask for anything more if you want an away from it all holiday yet can access local area easily. Will definitely be returning

We spent two weeks in this apartment this summer and had a lovely family holiday. The apartment is clean with everything to hand. The complex quiet and very well kept. There is a large pool right outside the back door which we loved. The apt is near enough to multiple beaches but in the heat of July with 3 kids, a car is recommended. We travelled around a lot and it was a great base to come back to and have a cool down swim in the pool. Vincent the owner could not have been more helpful and any question was responded to immediately. I would definitely recommend this apt. Thank you again to Vincent.

It has now become an annual pilgrimage to appreciate the delights of Paphos and Vincent B.'s attention to detail when providing an ideal base camp in Diana Gardens is second to none! Having now visited on numerous occasions, it ticks all boxes (close to the airport, clean and courteous surroundings, near to beach, not far from both old town and new town, excellent dining etc.). The experience is so good that we always plan to book a return visit every time we return and this year is no different - bring on June 2018!

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Basen czyściutki. Do centrum miasta można dostać się na piechotkę ok 2 km Byliśmy tutaj już drugi raz :) Kontakt z gospodarzem albo z opiekunem bardzo dobry. Na pewno jeszcze tu przyjedziemy.

We passed the greatest holidays... Very clean.... very nice place... We are very excited!!! My children are very happy!!!

We have recently returned from another wonderful trip to Paphos and cannot speak highly enough of our accommodation and the ease of its facilitation as the owner, Vincent, was more than amenable in ensuring that our stay was fully prepared. Diana Gardens is excellently located on the periphery of town providing easy access to the core facilities at ones disposal in the area (i.e. beautiful beaches, golfing, sightseeing, restaurants etc.) and only a short jaunt from the airport. The apartment complex is spotless and very well maintained whilst looking straight out onto a crisp swimming pool that we certainly made full use of during our all too short stay. Needless to say, we are already planning for next years' adventure and we certainly don't need to look any further than Diana Gardens for great accommodation!

Stayed here for the 2nd year in a row - enjoyed our first visit so much we had to come back again this year. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and location is perfect - short drive from the airport, shops and beach. Having the pool on your door step is such a blessing - so is the ice cream van that stops by every day! Stayed for 2 weeks this year but we forgot to arrange a linen change at the end of week 1 before we left. Didn't need to worry 1 phone call to the local agent and the linen had been changed within a day for small charge. Everything was so easy and enjoyable - we had the best 2 weeks ever. Already booking up to go back in 2016.

We had a chance to spend very nice vacations in very nice apartment in friendly environment. It was my first experience renting the apartment instead for staying in hotel. First I was a little bit worried about all things like check-in, check-out, getting keys and getting into flat and other casual things, but even before arrival our host provided very detailed and printable instructions regarding all questions I had. Additionally there was all information about nearest shopping centers, food stores, taverns and places of interest. Location is also very good - sea with nice beach is only ~2 km from apartment. Center of the town and harbor is also located about the same distance from the place. So it's not a problem to reach everything by foot. Taxi would cost about 10 euros. You also could travel by bus which stops about 50 meters from the door.
