Zeer mooi appartement op een toplocatie! Beschrijving op de website komt volledig overeen met de werkelijkheid. Alles is aanwezig van broodrooster tot wasmachine... De 2 slaap-en badkamers stralen luxe uit. Jason was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje: lichte vochtgeur in het appartement daar er geen of weinig zon (laagseizoen) in het appartement en op het terras komt..

Exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable mattress and top air conditioning which is a must in Malta during the hot Summer days. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Walking distance from public transport, shopping and beach. No shortage of good restaurants close by. My wife loved the swimming pool. Jason and Ruth were very helpful and accommodating hosts.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was on site and the selection of bars restaurants and shops nearby ensured all our tastes were catired for. Jason, the owner, collected us from the airport and gave us a guided tour of the area on the way. Would recommend this rental without hesitation.

We visit Malta quite often and have always stayed in hotels, avoiding apartments as we we've worried that what you see in the brochure frequently does not reflect reality. This apartment is just as it looks in the on line brochure, the photo's tell the truth. It is just a beautiful apartment, spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean.Large outdoor swimming pool, too cold in January but fantastic in summer. Malta's largest shopping centre, (Compact by UK standards), complete with four restaurants is only two minutes away. Sliema seafront with the ferries, buses , shops and restaurants is just five minutes walk. The owner, Jason was fantastic, picked us up from the airport, explained everything in the apartment and was on hand with any queries we had and at the end of our stay he took us back to the airport. We are now planning our next trip to Malta and will be staying in the apartment again. Just fantastic and such great value for money.

Good location within walking distance to the ferries and bus stops. The apartment looks exactly like it is shown in the photographs. Very spacious and well maintained. Jason was a great host and he picked us up from the airport and drove us around Sliema showing us the supermarkets, restaurants and the general layout. It was a wonderful stay in a friendly and beautiful country with great maritime history. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Malta.

Friend of mine asked to book an apartment for our holidays in Malta. He found Summer Breeze as a decent option. And believe me - it's a very good option if you want to stay in a modern place. Very well furnished and in a very good location (ferries are not far away, Valletta is 10 minutes drive, the well known promenade is just around the corner). All that you can see in photos and read in descriptions or comments (reviews). But I would like to tell more about owner - Jason. He was a great help before arrival. I didn't expect such friendly and helpful communication. Additional bed for kid - no problem. Advices on restaurants - you're welcome. Information on cruises - here you are. And there were many so good advices what you can't find in tourism guides. Just because locals are always better for this reason. Jason was very helpful and I couldn't thank him enough on what he offered. So waiting when he will visit Lithuania to show around and give a hospitality in my own country.

We were surprised that the apartment looks exactly like the photos taken, as that is not always the case. We found the apartment to be perfect, clean and had everything one needs for a flawless holiday (home from home). Jason was always at our disposal, friendly and extremely helpful. Furthermore, he was punctual at picking us up at the airport and also when it came to taking us back to the airport at the end of the week. Unfortunately, the pool was in the shade after 4pm (but it might be different in the summer months), but the pool was very clean and only a few steps away from the apartment, the main supermarket too. One does not have to walk up the steep roads to get to the apartment as there are many shortcuts which are really flat. There are many shops, restaurants and pubs which are just a minute’s walk away, including the promenade. By the way, restaurant no. 18 on Jason’s map is not a bad place to eat, great value for money. The apartment is in a great location for buses (if you are planning on travelling the island) plus ferries going to Valletta. A week’s bus ticket costs 21 euros and the ferry from Sliema to Valletta about 2.50 euros return. There are only a handful of sandy beaches on Malta, but Golden Bay Beach is about a 40 minutes’ bus ride, a great place to go swimming plus food and drinks are not too expensive. This was my second time in Sliema and it will not be my last. My friends and I loved the apartment and the location (my friends who have never been to Malta were amazed and cannot wait to return). We will definitively rent this apartment again when we visit Malta in the near future. Jason, a big thank you for one of the most relaxing holidays we have had so far.
