The stay at Fairydean Mill was perfect for our family. The hosts are so nice and helpful and the place is located in beautiful calm and peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was also splendid. There is a possibility to order cooked breakfast, which was delicious. Benedict Royal is a must!
We would definitely come back if we need a place to stay in the Borders again in the future. Highly recommend!

Superb
What a find! This is such a lovely place to stay. We had a 2 night break and my word we certainly had a fantastic break. I can’t stress enough the hospitality of David and Mandi, they were so welcoming-and the food? wow absolutely delicious. Home made cakes on arrival and the most sumptuous breakfasts and what a choice. The fresh fruit salad was to die for.
The little things mean a lot and they were in abundance even down to beautiful fresh flowers in the bedrooms.
An ideal spot to tour the Borders but such lovely walks on the doorstep too. Molly, our cocker spaniel loved it.

Perfect dog friendly stay
We had a lovely stay at Fairydean B&B, David & Mandi are superb hosts and really made us welcome. Our dog was spoilt rotten and really felt at home here, the breakfast and the rooms were fantastic. A real home from home that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet break, one of the nicest places I have stayed in.

Everything was perfect
We had a lovely, comfortable stay with out dog for 5 days. We couldn't have asked for more - the food was delicious, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great. The hosts made sure we were well fed, even though we have awkward diets.
We would love to stay again.

The best. Would highly recommend.
The best. A real pet friendly find nestling in a secluded woodland setting just outside Peebles in the Borders. Home from home. We were welcomed with tea and fresh cakes, a welcome that continued throughout by Mandi and David. Fresh fruit, daily cooked bread with breakfast made to order was a great start to the day. Would go back and highly recommend to others.

Perfect place to relax
What a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We booked the Tree Top Suite which has 2 bedrooms & sitting areas with views over the surrounding gardens. Breakfast was delicious with something to suit everyone as were the gorgeous cupcakes we had on arrival. The hosts, Mandi & David, made us so welcome, especially our dog!! It feels like a home away from home. We will definitely be back :)

Amazing place to visit
This place is amazing, highly recommended. Great walk, lovely people. We will 100% be going back. Best breakfast I've had in a while also.

The best bnb in the Borders!
Perfect location for where I needed to be, easy to find, good restaurants nearby with wonderful walks. Fairydean is a jewel, so comfortable and the most wonderful breakfasts with charming hosts. Beautiful house! Thank you so much!
