We have just stayed in Ozkan’s apartment which was beautiful, comfortable and ideally located.
The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a holiday in Copenhagen. The beds are comfortable and warm. The kitchen has all the facilities if you want to cook.
The apartment is located within easy access to train and bus routes so getting around is very easy.
There are lots of restaurants and bars at the end of the street along with supermarkets to stock up on provisions when you arrive.
I would recommend this apartment 100%. Ozkan is very helpful and is very quick to reply to any questions you may ask.

Lovely flat, great location
This is a lovely flat, large and attractive, and, since it's only about 15/20 minutes' walk away from the historic centre, it was an ideal base for a great weekend we had exploring this fantastic city. As a bonus, the owners, Ozkan and Bettina, were also very helpful.

Spacious Copenhaguen
Good location near train station. Very clean,
Spacious , located near shopping, groceries and restaurants .
However a little noisy. Some blank noise could do the trick

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist hübsch und sehr zentral in Kopenhagen gelegen.
Bis zum Hafen sind es nur ca. 2-3km. Alle Interessanten Punkte sind gut zu erreichen. Leider wird die Wohnung privat genutzt und alle Schränke sind belegt. Wir mussten aus den Koffern leben. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und es gibt eigentlich keine Möglichkeit dort die Gebrauchsgüter von 3 Personen zu platzieren. Also muss man wie auf dem Campingplatz den Kulturbeutel mitnehmen. Mir war es auch nicht möglich den Fernseher vernünftig zu bedienen, habe auch nur das ZDF gefunden. Jedoch war das TV natürlich nicht so wichtig während des Urlaubs. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock, was ein anstregenden Aufstieg bedeutet.
Durch den Eigentümer wird man zur Anreise sehr gut über den Ablauf informiert.

Wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen !
Lovely spacious apartment for two adults and two grown up children .... who were very pleased to have their own rooms and Wifi .
Great location for tripping about - we had two concerts to attend at the Royal Arena so the station was handy , bikes could be rented within 200m and the bus stop round the corner was close for our trip to the zoo . There were two supermarkets within easy reach - we recommend Netto which is open 7-24 . We did not eat out but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The owner was flexible on our departure time which meant we could leave our bags and sightsee on the morning of our departure .
We collected our keys en route from the kebab house round the corner. Beware ! If you are not fit or under 25 or if you have heavy luggage , there ARE 8 flights of stairs to negotiate ! Also 'lake view' from the balcony is a slight stretch of the imagination .... you can glimpse water between the trees at the end of the road! Church view is more accurate, but it is a very pretty Church .
We did feel a little awkward surrounded by the owners many belongings - including a fridge full of food and medicines ... we kept expecting the owners to burst through the door at any moment! We were impressed with the owners trust in complete strangers - we would not have wanted to police small children with the lego models on display !
We much enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen ; the concerts were fab, the donkey bike rental scheme was excellent value , as was the Copenhagen card . We saw many more sights in detail having the card , which also covered the public transport for 48 hours. We even fitted in a visit to the zoo with its wonderful array of baby animals and majestic polar bears .

Great place and really nice hosts
My friends and I have spent a wonder time in Copenhagen, especially because we were staying in the very centre of the city with easy access to everything. The flat in itself is well equipped and the owners are very nice. We can only recommend this place ;)

Perfect location
Great flat only a 10 minute walk from the central train station and the neighbourhood itself is full of nice bars and restaurants. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Would thoroughly recommend for a group of friends or family visiting Copenhagen.

Convenient but a bit 'inconvenient
The apartment is very spacious, clean, tidy. The only flaw: we booked for 6 people, but we had just 5 beds, in fact 2 of 6 we have we slept on an air mattress on the floor (bit 'inconvenient). ideal for 5 people. the bathroom is a bit 'small and the apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift: I recommend suitcases not too heavy
is centrally located: just 10 minutes walk from the station and Tivoli Gardens, the street below has shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets where to eat and the main attractions of the city! the view is fascinating

Lovely apartment with the “hygge” ambience
We had a 4 day break in this lovely flat. It is in a great location for sightseeing. A short walk to the hop on/ hop off tour bus and with all amenities nearby. We loved Copenhagen and found the people very friendly. It is a beautiful city
Oskan was most helpful and met us at the station with the key. He pointed out areas of interest on the short walk to his home and even helped to carry our cases up the 71 stairs!
Flat was very comfortable and warm and well equipped. There was a lovely family feeling with all the photographs and children’s artwork, toys and medals. We would definitely stay here again and would love to return in warmer weather to get a different view of the city.

Fantastic holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful few days in Copenhagen. Ozkan’s apartment was beautiful and very clean and stylish - a perfect base for exploring the city. Our highlights were a canal tour starting in Nyhavn, Tivoli Gardens (within walking distance of the apartment) and the Experimentarium (brilliant for children). We didn’t get to meet Ozkan as our flight was very delayed, but he was incredibly helpful over the phone and gave us good tips on what to see. We would definitely stay again as it was such a beautiful apartment to return to at the end of a long day and also such an amazing city!
