We are three friends who stayed here for vacation in March 2016. The location is superb, if you like to be in the centre of the city close to the waterfront, standard shopping, a main market, nightlife and some sites (e.g. churches). If Thessaloniki were London the apartment would be, geographically, like staying on The Strand. Despite the central location we experienced no problems with noise at all. The apartment is about 5 floors up, and has a balcony that was decent for overlooking the main street and a taverna/restaurant below. The apartment is well furnished, and was comfortable for three men staying togthether, using a main bed, a sofa bed and a large couch. The kitchen is OK, small, which is only a problem if you plan to stay in and cook extravagant meals each night. Otherwise it works fine, with fridge/frezzer/microwave. The bathroom is also small but worked OK for us. The host (Sophia) was very helpful, relaible and pleasant, and was able to help us out at least twice with information after text messaging her. All-in-all I recommend.

Posizione ottima. L appartamento e' stato consegnato pulito, fornito di qualsiasi elettrodomestico necessario e perfino di generi alimentari per la colazione e merenda! La proprietaria e' cordiale e disponibile.

Sofia's apartment is in the perfect position for downtown Thessaloniki. Right on the doorstep there are countless shops, resturants, cafes, bars and historical interests of the city. Sofia is the perfect hostess and nothing was too much trouble for her...even giving me a mobile phone for the duration of my stay there. The apartment was perfect for me and my 2 teenage sons, especially since there was wifi internet and a computer in each bedroom! The bathroom and kitchen are compact but both had everything you would require for a real home from home. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, as well as washing powder for the washing machine. Yes there are probably bigger and cheaper apartments in the city but we had a fantastic time at Sofia's place and I would recommend it to anyone taking a vacation in Thessaloniki.

This is a a very nicely equipped apartment right in the centre of town. Anna, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. If you are happy to party until the early hours, then this is definitely the place for you. If, like us, you prefer a quieter night then it is not, as the local tavernas had music and singing until at least 2.00am EVERY night and sometimes even later.at the weekend. That was the only downside in an otherwise wonderful stay.

I stayed here with my wife for 4 days in April 2014. We loved the apartment. Our hosts, Anna and her sister Sofia, were welcoming and helpful, giving us excellent directions to arrive by bus with no trouble from the airport and waiting for us at the bus stop. The flat had lots of natural light and a great balcony. It was very clean and furnished in a modern style. The location is very central, just few steps from Plateia Aristotelous. The area is safe, quiet but busy until the early hours. The area has supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, and intimate bars. The kitchen had enough equipment to allow you to cook meals and also toaster and coffee maker. There were maps and a really good wi-fi connection. Anna gave also us a mobile phone in order to be easily reached in case of need. We really enjoyed our stay there because Anna made us feel like at home with her kindness and assistance. We would recommend this apartment and its hosts Anna and Sofia. We will return!
