The Red Winehouse was one of the few accommodations near Oia that had lots of room and two bathrooms for a family that wants more space. It is situated in a traditional village that gave our teen-agers a more realistic picture of how most people on Santorini live while providing easy access to the beauty of Oia in just a 15 minute walk. The property has all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay and a lot of unrealized potential; it is roomy but VERY basic. It met our needs well, though we would have preferred more comfortable mattresses. The real plus for the Red Winehouse is the fabulous Irini who communicated regularly with us in the days before our arrival. She is a one woman concierge desk. She was super responsive to our every need, had great ideas for things to do, accompanied us to rent a car to make sure we received a well functioning car and answered countless questions. We never waited more than five minutes for a response. She was there to greet us, checked in multiple times to make sure everything was ok, steered us to outstanding tours and was a pure delight. She was one of the highlights of our trip.

The house is very spacious and lovely. It is located in Finikia with amazing, but sort of hidden restaurants and tavernas just a few minutes away by foot. It is about a 20 minute walk from fancy but crazy Oia, which is nice because it is easy to visit that area but very nice to be able to retreat to quiet Finikia. The house does not have AC (didn’t look like many of them in the area did, though) and it gets warm during the day but it’s cool at night. We were out and about during the day, so this did not bother us.

We stayed in the villa with 7 women from Germany 2 weeks ago.We found all facilities we needed and had a great time away from crowds of tourists.The place gives you an original greek feeling surrounded by wineyards,donkeys,small pathes and nice neighbours.There are 3 Tavernas reachable by foot.Having a car is advisable to go to different beaches.We all loved to stay there very much and relaxed perfectly.We will come again!

Surely, we were very lucky to choose amongst the hundreds venues available at Santorini, to stay at Wine Factory Villa for a week this July. We fuly enjoyed this spacious, elegant stylish private Villa, located at Finikia that allowed us to be "so close, so close and yet so far" from the most highlighted touristic attractions of Santorini. This villa was located at a walking distance from Oia, so we were free to enjoy the fabulous sunsets either at Oia, or from tne terrace of our own house. Moreover, the venue was at a close drive from ten best beaches of Santorini. The villa was modern, furnished in simplicity and style, well maintained, fresh and convenient. We were told by the very helpful and resourcefull landlady that it ws built by one of the most eminent Greek architech and sculptor, and really this place resembled a work of art. We strongly recommend the Wine Factory villa for a stay at Santorini any time in the year between April and November, since the weather there allows the visitor to enjoy this spectacular island from spring to early winter. We hope to return to Wine Factory Villa early next year.

By the end of August, we spent here 6 unforgettable days and enjoyed everything: The stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, the excellent amenities and superb hospitality. The Wine Factory Villa is a brilliant example of the fusion of Cycladic architecture, modern inspiration and minimal design. It is located in the beautiful, traditional village of Finikia, with the advantage of being at a walking distance from Oia, but away from the crowds of tourists flooding the town during summer. We highly recommend this elegant place to everyone wishing to experience the real life of Santorini

We had a wonderful stay in the Wine factory villa. Place is amazing. Stylish, simple, huge... The main hall looked like an amphitheater and was the ideal place for gathering of our group. Place was tidy and clean. Eleni, the housekeeper was the best surprise. So elegant and helpful made us feel her like an old friend. The village of Finikia is so beautiful, and so close to Oia. Really attached. We felt blessed for our choice for the silence of Finikia instead of the crowdy and noisy Oia, and got rewarded buy the absolute relaxation. We will never forget this holiday and this wonderful house. Someday we will return...
