Siamo capitati qui per caso in quanto la struttura che doveva ospitarci ci ha rimbalzato su questa senza spiegazioni. Un complesso di 4 stanze, ci ritroviamo io e il mio compagno soli, spaesati, senza Wifi come promesso e inizialmente senza clima, a 40*. Sistemato il problema climatizzatore con cambio stanza restiamo ugualmente senza wifi senza preavviso. Luce in bagno rotta, prese non funzionanti e mancanza di acqua calda restiamo al buio di notte ISOLATI!!!!Non c'è stata possibilità di comunicare con alcuna persona. Avevamo aereo alle ore 5. Doveva passare un taxi prenotato da loro alle ore 3.45am abbiamo atteso fino alle 4.30 al buio di notte, senza telefoni, che qualcuno arrivasse e nulla! Impauriti, non avendo alternative, abbiamo fatto AUTOSTOP e ringraziando il cielo si è fermato un pullman pubblico che non era in servizio grazie al quale abbiamo preso l'aereo in tempo. Non è il modo di trattare i turisti! Vergogna per le seychelles!!!

2 semaines passées a julianas villas, l'accueil très moyen, la dame qui s'occupe des guesthouse n'est pas très présente , la maison spacieuse mais pas de cafetière, sur le contrat de location est stipulé café et restauration sur demande mais ce n'est pas le cas tout était fermé, les massages n'existent pas non plus , tuyau de douche cassé, bac de douche qui fuit partout dans la salle de bain, des coupures d'électricité, la wifi marche quelque fois mais pas souvent. Le ménage n'a jamais été fait et les draps changé mais la veille de partir et pour finir l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée est un combat . Rapport qualité prix un peu cher pour si peu de service.

Es mi segunda visita a Seychelles y mi segunda estancia en una de las villas de Juliana, en Au Cap. Y de nuevo la estancia de 4 días fue estupenda en todos los sentidos. Disfrutamos de la hospitalidad de la familia de Juliana, a la que aprecio mucho. Y de la mágnifica situación de la villa, frente a la playa y en una zona tranquila de Mahe. Como en la anterior visita, me alojé en "Oceanic Villa" y realizamos diferentes excursiones por toda la isla de Mahe desde allí. Espero volver y poder disfrutar del atardecer, metido en el agua y disfrutando de un coco natural y ron Takamaka.

We were 6 adults and 2 teens who stayed at Julianasvillas for the last evening of our visit to Seychelles. It was excellent value for money. The people were friendly, the house spacious and spotless. The aircon in the rooms were a welcome relieve. The Wi-Fi worked and the beach across the road a bonus for some last minute pictures of the locals and their boats. The little shop with drinks and ice-cream on the premises was great.

We had a very pleasant stay at Au Cap House. It is literally across the road from the beach and shares the grounds with three smaller chalets. With sturdy stone construction and high ceilings the place remains reasonably cool even when just the ceiling fan moving the air around. We made extensive use of the covered outside area which had a steady sea breeze to keep it cool. The main living area is spacious, the kitchen is also quite big. There are four reasonably sized double bedrooms each with large en-suite facilities. If there is an area where some might be put off then most likely the tired paintwork and missing wardrobe door knobs gives the place a slightly grubby feel. However the sheets and towels were spotless, there was a new cooker and swanky new washing machine, a large fridge freezer and each bedroom was fitted with air conditioning that was more than capable of chilling down a blisteringly hot room to comfortable conditions within a matter of minutes. This is the less commercialised end of the island and although we had a car for the duration of our stay it was clear that the area was serviced well with public transport. The property is located on the main West coast road close to a road junction that links the East to the West of the island giving a wide range of convenient options for sightseeing. The directions are simple to get there, turn left out of the airport, drive for ten minutes and the property is on the right with a big sign outside. The satellite TV channels were quite limited, but we didn't come to the Seychelles to watch the box so that didn't bother us. Internet was affected by the weather and a bit slow but sufficient to use Skype and see what was going on in the world. All was included in the price. Au Cap House worked well for us as a family with teenagers on a two month multi-destination holiday (thus requiring space). However, casting my mind back to days as a student this would be a great place for four couples to club together and rent. All the bedroom / en-suite facilities are similar (there is no master bedroom / box room division and each is individually lockable so one doesn't even need to be too worried about who they are travelling with. Everything was fully booked for the next five months when we left so best to book well in advance! When we booked there was not an abundance of rentals of a decent size, most large properties were considerably more expensive and away from the sea. We took a punt with the cheaper place and it came up trumps. Thanks Juliana for the hospitality!

We stayed at Juliana's Villas for a week in September and it was super. Choosing the Guest house 1 Turtle was more than good for the 2 of us. The house was very clean and bigger than we needed (2 floors). Everything essential was there: AC, fridge, hot water, stove, shower, TV, mosquito net, safe... The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They offer a delicious breakfast and information about the island. Also they offered to take us to the airport. There is a simple yet beautiful beach just across the road, a bus stop very close (3min walk) and also a small store nearby (10min walk). We would definitely recommend staying there.

Casa amplia localizada en un rincón muy tranquilo de la costa este de Mahé. Enfrente está la playa de Turtle Bay y cerca la localidad de Anse Royale. Las habitaciones son amplias, todas con baño y cama de matrimonio. El porche es una maravilla y se hace mucho uso de él. Tiene una barbacoa disponible y una amplio jardín donde aparcar el coche. La estancia ha sido muy agradable, los dueños son un encanto.

Un lugar en el que relajarse y desconectarse del mundo y los problemas. Buenos accesos a la playa y comunicación con el resto o de la isla.
