A wonderful comfortable apartment in the center of all the action
The apartment is large and airy. It was well equipped and central to the waterfront. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful city apartment
We stayed here for 8-days while touring the Lisbon area and were pleased with the accommodations. The rental agency arranged for our transportation from and return to the airport which was a real nice touch. They met us at the apartment and went through the operation of all the appliances, showed us where everything was for the kitchen and laundry, and best of all, left us a bottle of green wine. Great service.
This is a city apartment and as such it comes with all the good and bad of an apartment located in the heart of a city. Great restaurants, shopping and bars and noisy Friday and Saturday nights. We found closing the windows and shutters blocked most of the sound but not all. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Lovely Apartment in downtown Lisbon
Lovely apartment in Chiado, right in the heart of Lisbon within easy reach of all the central districts of Lisbon, plus the metro and Rossio and Cais de Sodre stations for travelling further afield. Great views from the apartment across to the castle. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with aircon and the added bonus of two bathrooms. The letting agency were very good to deal with

Excellent accommodation
Two bedroom apartment fully furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and beds and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and everywhere spotlessly clean. Good views of Lisbon street scenes and the cathedral on a hill. Excellent location, central to main areas and near the river. Agent was friendly and helpful despite our later than expected arrival. Highly recommended.

Excellent Apt.; Excellent location; Excellent Staff.
Unfortunately, the apt. is in the process of being sold, we were the last tenents to rent. The staff from Portugal Rentals were excellent and I higly recommend them for other apts.

Lovely place to begin exploring Lisbon!
The Chiado Apts/5A worked perfectly for our party of 4. The central location was easy to navigate to from the airport via metro, and close to the cruise terminal (just a quick Uber away). The apartment is spacious, the rooms comfortably sized. A couple of fair warnings: 4 full flights of stairs!! And the shower in the 2nd bathroom is TINY!! Will be very difficult for a person of much bulk to utilize. The master bath, however, is spacious. We were even able to string up some clothesline to dry some of our clothes over our 4 night stay. HUGE BONUS: a small washer/dryer unit allowed us to refresh our travel clothes after 8 days on the road, and they provided a dryer rack, too. Nice! Strong wifi and LOVELY views out the windows. We'd highly recommend it!

Excellent location. Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, several small balconies with great views. Two elevators. There was a telephone for free local calls but did not work. Fast wifi.

Perfect location and great service
I rented this apartment for our family (and later a smaller one floor down for the in-laws). The booking procedure was completely flawless and any questions and requirements were adressed by Chiado Apartments in very short time. I also booked ad transfer from the airport and a pick-up - everything went completely smooth.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the beds and duvets were great - we all slept like logs even the first night here.The kitchen was fine and had everything we needed plus a little extra. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a washing machine.
In the building there are two elevators, so even heavy luggage is no problem.
We were received by a representative, who showed us around in the apartment and told us a little bit about the neighborhood, and they were very helpful during our stay by helping us finding the best places for Fado and the like.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, with lots of shops and restaurants. The famous/notorious Tram 28 is only a few hundred meters away, and the metro station Baixa-Chiado even less.
The only catch is the door opening system to the apartment (like the entrance door to the building it opens by a RFID keycard), which can be impossible to operate for children and people with rheumatoid arthritis due to the small size of the knob and the force needed. Maybe the only small point of improvement could be this.
But I will not hesitate by recommending the place.
