My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 10 days in October, and we loved it. The apartment is attractively furnished, comfortable, and functional. It is within walking distance of a metro stop, tram stops, Rossio Train Station, and many restaurants and stores, but the apartment is very quiet. Ana was very helpful in responding to any questions or issues we had. I have no hesitancy in recommending this apartment. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location, clean, spacious and quiet
This rental is perfect - easy to get around location, quiet, comfortable, clean, and spacious with many amenities. Not only was there a book of recommendations of restaurants, stores and attractions, there was also a detailed book on the working components in the apartment - washer/dryer, air, dishwasher, etc.. The owner, Anna, met with us and explained everything. She booked for us a driver to pick us up at a station and take us to another station at our departure.
There was also a special complimentary gift when we arrived.
I will have a hard time finding anything this nice when I travel in the future to other locations.

ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN LISBOA...fanstastico
THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY.... ....
......it's Centrally located, Classy, Bright, Well furnished, and Well equipped.... very spacious for a one bedder plus a bonus....a safe box too....we were very very very sad to leave after 5 nights stay
Pedro's the most hospitable and friendly Host of our entire European trip as he goes beyond any Host we have met....
.....and providing a Welcome bottle of Port and beautiful MANTEIGARIA Natas was a great touch too....
p/s....we bought six freshly made ones prior to our departure to the Airport....hate them all even before our flight took off....a! ha! ha!... they are better than the famous Belem's which we found a bit overrated.
Pedro's hospitality is genuine (unlike the Italians), he is so well organised and professional....
.....ALL information (Train Stations, Restaurants, Supermarkets, etc) needed by tourists are well categorised in a folder and
....another folder on Instructions for all electrical equipment in the Apartment.... he has thought about everything.... to make us feel at home and home did we feel too.
We had no issues with rashes on my wife's neck and shoulders too.
FYI, the driver he arranged to drive us to the Airport is a very safe and pleasurable one, unlike the scary fast driver we experienced from Porto Airport to the apartment....
I have recommended at least 5 of friends to stay here when/if they get to Lisboa as Courtesy Morning Apartments have at least 4 more apartments in the building and I believe there are 3 more nearby too...to cater for different requirement/s.
Thanks again Pedro and glad to have met your lovely parents too.
Will definitely stay with you again should we ever get back to Lisboa.....

Perfect place to stay in Lisbon!
This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Lisbon, in a lovely part of town which is very central. The apartment is immaculate, stylish and so well equipped, particularly if you are travelling with children. We took our 7 month old and it was so helpful having a high chair, baby bath, pushchair, cot and so many lovely toys. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Lisbon and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect home away from home!!
WE LOVED STAYING HERE! My husband and I visited for one week with our 9 month old baby. It was spacious, with lots of light, and had everything we needed! Ana was so kind and they gave us the most incredible and well organized binder full of recommendations with walking directions from the apartment.
There are so many great restaurants, shops, and everything you need just steps away. All sightseeing is very close. The Rick Steves walking tour even ends at the church/square at the end of the street! And no, it was not noisey at all, even the evening of "White Night" when there was a DJ and huge street dance party only a few blocks downhill!! It helps that your windows face an inside patio.
I picked this apartment in particular because I wanted to avoid having to climb many stairs. It was only about 5 steps up from the street level. The only recommendation I have is that they provide baby proofing plugs for the outlets, just as an extra since I am guessing they get lots of babies staying at their apartments.

Wonderful!
Excellent apartment: clean, bright, spacious and quite. Beautiful building. The location is just perfect. Ana,our hostess, was very kind and professional. She also helped me when my baby got sick. Hope to visit it again!!!

Appartamento e soggiorno di alta qualità
Sono un professionista ed ho lavorato presso il Teatro Nacional de Sao Carlos in Lisbona durante il periodo di Marzo Aprile 2018, ho soggiornato presso questa struttura e devo riconoscere che ha pienamente soddisfatto in pieno tutte le mie necessità, l'appartamento è spazioso, molto luminoso con un grande open space salotto/cucina con tutto il necessario per preparare qualsiasi pietanza, il bagno spazioso e curato, la camera dal comodo letto confortevole. Pulizie settimanali puntuali ed eccellenti, cortesia dei proprietari e disponibilità totale a qualsiasi mia esigenza. Posizione in pieno centro storico a due passi dal teatro e dalla piazza do Carmo dove troverete anche un comodissimo Market e ristoranti carini.
Complimenti per questa struttura meravigliosa.

Excellent stay in the heart of Lisbon
Words can't describe how confortable we have felt during our stay. Location was beyond perfect, the building and the apartment so functional, clean and full light and the care of its hosts incredibly nice. Thank you Pedro and Ana for everything, we will definitely visit again.
