Dear Mrs Cook, Thanks very much for your review, we will have a look to all your claims carefully, now during the quite months of May and June. The boiler is new, had not any previous claims about this, but still sorrry. This week we are starting changing and renewing all towells, sheets , sofa protectors and cortains. I must tell you that the curtains were in perfect condition, sometimes they spoil the use. Normally the guests are given a set of keys, if they request a second without problem in the same way as the welcome pack. Everything depends on guest tastes. The cleanner only Merlin has hired a fast wifi internet line, all this depends on the use in downloads and the area basically... Cleaning is only done under request, as specified in the advertisement. Normally we do not clean or go to the apartment without prior notice I sincerely believe that many of your complaints could be solved during your stay, but you have thought that it is better through the review, which in effect will make us improve for the following guests, but not for your use. In jedem Fall teilen wir Ihnen mit, dass die Immobilie gerade das Qualitätszertifikat 2019 erhalten hat. Es ist wahr, dass wir die Bedürfnisse sehr gut bedienen und wenn der Kunde etwas benötigt, lösen wir es schnell, einschließlich einer neuen WLAN-Datenleitung und bald mehr als 2000 internationalen Kanälen für unsere Kunden.
