The Loft is a cosy but well equipped and comfortable studio space in a nice quiet neighbourhood of South West Amsterdam. The large roof terrace would be a wonderful additional 'room' in warmer months. The host Rieleke was incredibly generous, filling the fridge with goodies for breakfast, wine and beer and making us a lovely chocolate cake. The apartment is on the no. 2 tram route which goes right into the centre and Central Station, and it's also a lovely walk from there across Vondel Park to the museums. We would recommend Par Hasard in nearby Hoofddorpplein as a place to eat, and Traiteur Beer at the end of the road does delicious meals for take aways.

I booked this lovely bijou of a flat and happy I was able to stay here. Truly a wonderful flat to stay in and a beyond gracious host. Easily accessible via public transportation. If you are looking for a place to stay that is easy to reach, quite and clean, and a host that host that truly cares then stay here!

We stayed at the Loft for 4 days recently - what a wonderful find !. The accommodation was so very clean, and had everything we needed and more !. Thank you to the lovely owners, who even baked us a cake and , had stocked the fridge with some goodies for us too !. When we arrived, we were pretty hungry & thirsty - this was a lovely welcome . The Owners invited us to use any bathroom toiletries on the shelf - this was very kind, and the small kitchenette (perfect for 2) was extremely well stocked with everything . The Loft is about 20 mins walk , thro Vondel Park, to Amsterdam Centre - this is a truly wonderful place to stay for 2 people. The patio doors opened out to a lovely garden area, with beautiful flowers & garden furniture to use. The weather was so hot - this was perfect ! Accommodation was so clean, bed linen was new, and everything was perfect , even a vase or two of fresh flowers to welcome us !. I highly recommend the Loft , you will not be disappointed, and a huge thank you again, to our lovely owners for being so kind and generous. Sue and Rob Hughes England

Splendidly appointed loft in the perfect location in Amsterdam. Very walkable to many sights, bars, shopping and groceries. I stayed here in May and felt very welcomed from my initial introduction to Rieleke. She is the hostess with the mostest. She was super friendly and available during my stay. The loft was decorated beautifully and was very cozy. She had the best breakfast items including eggs, ham, cheese, bread for toast, butter, jams, oranges (for fresh squeezed orange juice), milk, etc. She even had some beer in the refrigerator and a bottle of wine. The loft was bright and for us women she had high wattage light bulbs in the bathroom. She had everything you would ever need to make your stay comfortable. She absolutely thought of every detail. Thank you Rieleke. Also I want to thank you for the wonderful cake you made for me one evening. Delicious. As soon as I walked in the building I could smell that you had been baking and what a fabulous note you left for me with my treat. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay even if I would have spent many more Euros. Do yourself a favor and think no longer. With Rieleke is where you should stay. If I ever get back to Amsterdam it's a no-brainer for me where I'd lay my head at night. Hugs to you Rieleke. It was my pleasure meeting you.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy but well-equipped apartment. Rieleke was a fantastic host - her communication was great and she was very generous by supplying us with some food and drink for our stay. We loved the roof terrace which was a great space to eat breakfast in or just wind down with a drink at the end of the day. The location is also excellent - it was easy to get to from the airport, is a simple tram ride into the centre and the area around the apartment is also lovely to walk around.

We spend 5 days here with my partner and it couldn’t be better. There were tons of nice things for our breakfast, delicious and fresh. We felt welcomed and well looked after. Some days we had breakfast on the sunny terrace with a lovely view. Although is only for one or two people, everything is so well designed that you feel totally confortable. The location is very quiet and you can reach the center easily. A huge thank you to Riek for being a wonderful host.

My partner and I had a lovely four night stay in the Loft. The location is excellent; very peaceful street in a nice suburban neighbourhood with plenty of amenities around. A 5 minute cycle to Vondelpark and 15/20 minutes altogether to get right into the city centre (30-min tram to central station). Riek provided a very nice breakfast, tea, freshly ground coffee even a bottle of wine and two beers - lovely touch. Riek was very helpful also, extremely quick to reply to our messages and went out her way to help us out. I would definitely recommend the loft.

We were very pleased with the location. Tram goes nearby and takes you directly to museum quarter. The apartment and the wonderful owner was really pleasent. We recommend.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and it was exactly as nice and cosy as shown on the pictures. The host/owner was really helpful with everything. When we arrived, the fridge was filled with food and drinks. We will definitely recommend it.
