Beautiful apartment, outstanding bed, luxury bathroom, quiet and peaceful place but still short distance to the city centre. And.....Lidy, the owner, is a very attentive, kind and helpful woman. A perfect place to stay!

As soon as we arrived we knew it was going to be great. The accommodation is East of the city only a 15 minute tram ride into the Centre. The apartment is spacious and Lidy is very attentive on your arrival explaining all the amenities. Once you get your breath back from the 3 flights of stairs you have a lounge area bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a small cupboard kitchen area with tea/coffee microwave fridge and toaster. Pièce de résistance is the roof top garden where you can chill after a busy day in the City. Thank you for a great time Lidy...we will definitely be back. 😄😄

We stayed at Linnaeussuite for a long weekend to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. It was superb in every way and was exceptional value for money. The Neighbourhood is quiet but also has great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance yet is also only a short tram ride from the heart of Amsterdam. I would strongly recommend this place and hope to go back again sometime.

L'appartement se situe au 3 ème étage avec des escalier assez raide. Les pièces sont plutôt grande mis à part une chambre qui est plus petite qu'elle parait en photo. Ensuite, pour la localisation, le quartier est très calme, excentré du centre-ville d'Amsterdam, mais avec le tram 9, on arrive à y aller assez vite. La salle de bain est vraiment bien, mais nous avons connu des odeurs d'égout durant les deux derniers jours de notre voyage. Pour finir le lit est assez voir très mou donc à prendre en considération aussi pour votre voyage.

Secluded little neighborhood within walking distance of tram line, bus stop, grocery, eating establishments, and a great little ice cream shop that will bring us back again. Living room has ample space to spread out. Back porch and roof top garden is a nice touch. Owners are quite responsive and helpful but live in a different part of the building, so you don't have to pass through their living space to get to the spot. Solid wi-fi connection, nice table to set up a mini-office or eat in.

The location is walking distance from the city centre. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable. Home from home! There is nothing I can say that was wrong with the apartment. It was perfect. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous at night enjoying a coffee after a long day sightseeing. Lidy was very helpful with information prior to our stay. Dolly was very cheerful and friendly when we arrived. When we go again I will definitely book with Lidy.

what to say more, to stay in a beautiful apartment in summer in Amsterdam is really very special...with roof terrace to enjoy the view over the city to have a nice 'siesta' before the sun sets... the neighbourhood is great, becomes better and better, less tourists and a lot of interesting restaurants and shops...city centre is very near ...we will come back again, merci Lidy

Stayed here last October and returning this for another wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment, wonderful neighborhood, amazing owners. You really won't find a better home base fro exploring Amsterdam. The train picks you up practically at your front door and in mere minutes you are in the center of the action. The neighborhood is wonderful with amenities seconds away and beautiful safe streets to walk. The owners make you feel like the most important person in the world. Warm and welcoming. Can't wait to return.

This top floor flat is situated in a quiet residential square surrounding a large church. Within short walking distance are tram stop, supermarket, cafes, shops and exceptional restaurants. The local park is amazing: storks nesting, herons flying and ducks everywhere: you could be in the countryside, yet are only minutes from the centre of Amsterdam. The flat itself requires a measure of personal fitness to climb the three flights of stairs, but is warm, quiet, well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. Lidy, the owner, is available if needed and very helpful.
