The property was very clean and in a pleasant location. However, I booked the property because it promised three double/king beds. We arrived to find one bedroom with a king bed (two singles put together) and a single bed. I had to persuade the owner to open another bedroom with a double bed and made up the bed myself. The remaining bedroom remained locked as we had no key, so ended up moving the single mattress to the small dining room and putting it on the sofa which folded out. Likewise the living room which was featured in the pictures remained locked. The kitchen was very ill-equipped (no kettle, tea towel, washing up liquid, method of lighting the gas cooker etc) and we had to buy a number of basics. The property received very little sun, was underneath the owner's property (you could hear quite a lot of noise) and worst of all was fairly damp. The only bonus was that the weather was hot and our clothing dried out during the day.

Matteo is a great and courteous host. Wish the person i brought along with me could be as such.lol... Matteo is very accommodating and friendly, so is his Dad and Girlfriend....and the Dog😍😍. Yes, This place is a great relaxation spot. Just bring someone who knows HOW TO RELAX Because This is a hidden Gem.

Lovely double room with comfortable bed. Always hot water for the shower Very nice roof top terrace on the upper floor and garden to read or admire the view The village of Viole close by has two excellent small supermarkets.

Splendido posto, accoglienza calorosa, molto pulito e i proprietari sono molto attenti alle esigenze di ogni singolo ospite! L'ambiente è molto accogliente, il panorama stupendo, c'è tranquillità e silenzio per rigenerare la mente e il corpo, ma la struttura è vicinissima ad Assisi e a tutte le zone d'interesse turistico. Esperienza davvero bellissima, tornerò sicuramente!!!!!!!

Siamo venuti tre giorni per rilassarci alle pendici del Monte Subasio, posizione perfetta per visitare Assisi e le zone vicine. Ampia struttura, proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno consigliato su come muoverci nei dintorni. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita con giardino carino, bella la vista, prezzo onestissimo.
