Alles wat je in een appartement nodig zou kunnen hebben, is aanwezig. Er is heel goed vooruitgedacht. Alba is zeer vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Het huis is brandschoon. De locatie is prachtig, en rustig. Route vooraf even goed bestuderen, maar als je de weg een maal weet is het erg gemakkelijk. Fiesole en Florence zijn goed bereikbaar. Warm aanbevolen!

Bliss in the Hills
My boyfriend and I had a fantastic week long stay in this lovely home in the Tuscan Hills. It was what we had hoped for and more -- we weren't expecting the added wonderful friendliness of our host (who left a lasting impression on us both), and the sharing of wine and laughter. Truly heart warming.
Of course, the location is excellent and just as pictured. The charm of the old home, and it's surrounding rose gardens, not to mention the views and scenic drives through the hills to reach the location: perfection.
We will be back for more!

Beautiful, historic villa on an idyllic Tuscan hillside.
This is a beautiful historic villa, upkept for generations, with it's quaint, Tuscan decor untampered, while still making room for the modern, state-of-the-art ammenities. We loved our stay here so much, with it's beautiful scenic view of the countryside, that it was hard to motivate ourselves to leave. During the days, we would go to nearby Florence or other Tuscan towns like Sienna. It is very close to the historic chuches of Fiesole and barely 30 minutes away from all of the wonderful sights of Florence. We highly recommend this villa! And the landlady, Alba, is absolutely charming!

Fantastic!
Splendid structure located along the franchigena road surrounded by greenery and easily accessible by a paved road. Peace and tranquility. Recently renovated, it has all the comforts. Alba, the owner, is a nice and very kind woman ready to give you the best advice for a perfect stay in one of the most beautiful corners of Italy! Excellent value for money.

Perfect Tuscan Holiday
This location is amazing! We were looking for a place to stay in Tuscany that was in the hills and away from cities, but not too far from restaurants and grocery stores. This place is perfect for that! As long as you have a car, nothing is too far away. Even Florence is less than an hour away. I also really liked that we could take many hikes from there without even having to get in the car. Just walk up the road a bit and you can access some of the many trails that are all over Italy. The fall colors were breath taking and beautiful. Our host Alba was so nice and helpful, she made our stay excellent. There was a light snow one day and she brought extra coats and hats and even chains for the car, in case the snow continued. Luckily we never had to use them! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you'll need for cooking and the whole place has a welcoming, cozy feel that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Lovely villa with a view!
My husband and I booked this villa for our honeymoon. It was January so it was not peak travel season, but the view was still lovely and the weather was still temperate for us. The lovely two bedroom villa is beautifully appointed with so many extras were provided. It shows how thoughtful the owner is. Alba was very kind and made us feel very welcome at the villa. We would rent this villa again and definitely recommend it!

Amazing experience
A beautiful historic house in a unique environment, Alba is a perfect host, gentle and always ready to help. . The house is cozy and perfectly restaured to its original conditions. A few minutes drive from Florence city center or 20 minutes bus, worth for staying in a relaxing peaceful environment far enough from the tourist crowd. Strongly recommended.

Siamo tornati per il Narale 2017 e siamo felici di questa scelta
Villa Torre di Conne è accogliente e Alba generosa con i suoi ospiti
Abbiamo trivato una ottima novità: l’asciugatrice che in dicembre è stata molto utile
Il tempo è stato bello e sbbiamo fatto passeggiate a Firenze, Siena e nel Chianti
La casa era ben riscsldata ed era un piacere tornarci

Idyllische Umgebung bei sympathischen Leuten
Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung im Mai gebucht.
Als wir dort ankamen hat mich die Aussicht geplättet.
Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist ländlich eingerichtet. Nichts modernes, jedoch sehr gemütlich. Ich fand, es hat genau diesen ländlichen Charm.
Als wir ankamen, wurden wir von Alba begrüßt. Sie wohnt direkt in der Nähe. Alba ist eine herzliche Dame. Bei Fragen hat sie auf englisch geantwortet und falls sie es nicht auf englisch kann, dann hat sie noch ein Translation App. Ich fand es super und total lustig mit ihr. Darüber hinaus hat sie auch ihre Familie mobilisiert uns Tipps und Informationen zukommen zu lassen. Bspw. Afredo (ihr Schwiegersohn), der uns super Tipps gegeben hat, wie und wo man in Florenz parken kann.

If you are looking for the true taste of Tuscany look no further this is the spot for you.
Situated approx. 15 klm north of Firenze a short 15 minute drive to the Firenze bus car park.
Dont miss The food market & leather shopping also of course Duomo.
The rolli g hills surrounding the villa abound in in Olive groves & Vines.
For day trips suggest Chianti, Sienna , Lucca Cinque Terre etc etc etc, the list goes on & on.
The accommodation is excellent as is the hostess Alba such a beautiful soul including her entire family.
We became lost upon arrival be Alba at 8.30 pm came to rescue us ha ha ha.
I could go on forever as we spent approx 3 weeks here September 2013 & hopefully will go back in the near future.
