You can't ask for much more than a clean, well equipped apartment with comfortable bed and blissful shower, in easy walking distance to everything. This is a home away from home, close to the Sant'Ambrogia Market and neighbourhood which gives you a wonderful feel for life in the real Florence. While the tourist attractions are nearby, you're far enough away for this to be in a quiet area. Elena is a wonderful, attentive host who looked after all of our needs. We highly recommend this apartment and will be returning to it again.

This is a lovely apartment in Sante Croce which is about 30 minutes walk from the train station. It has 2 flights of stairs to it and then one more to access the little terrace. Everything was lovely and clean and worked well. The bed was nice and comfy. Elena kindly gave us a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary.

The apartment was just perfect. Elena was super friendly and the check in was easy. The apartment was very clean and had everything in it that we needed. It was just perfect. The location is perfect , we could easily reach every place in Florence by walking.

This apartment was perfect with only a short 10 minute walk from all the main attractions. I loved that it was on a quiet street away from all the crowds. The upstairs patio was perfect for an evening glass of wine. It was very convenient having the washer to throw in a few loads before the last leg of our trip. The full size kitchen was also perfect to save a bucks and preparing our own lunch and snacks. Would definitely stay again - hopefully longer next time!

My husband and I are just coming to the end of a two week stay in this lovely flat. We chose it because if the amenities mentioned in the posting and reviews- in particular, the central location, the quiet, the fact it was on the top two floors and had a roof terrace, the quality of the furnishing and facilities. Our choice would have been a twin bedded flat but decided to use the settee as a second bed as everything else seemed perfect. We have not been disappointed in anything. The flat is every bit as comfortable as described. Elena met us promptly and explained everything and gave us directions to the supermarket etc. She also left a very useful guide book which we used a lot to find our way round in the early days. We met her husband, Giovanni When foolishly we left the key inside on our second day here! We realised as soon as the door closed behind us. We were on our way out for the day anyway and so arranged to meet later in the afternoon. I know it was very inconvenient for them as they were out of Florence and Giovanni had to drive back but was so charming and only cared that we were comfortable and happy with the flat and we certainly were. Really not sure what to add that all that has been written already by others. If you do need to use the settee as a second bed my husband found it very comfortable and even though the room faces the street there was no noise and he slept well. The bedroom is also extremely quiet. The flat is fairly cool even without the air conditioning but with temperatures above 30c the whole time we we’re here we were grateful to have it. We ate in for most of the two weeks and there is everything you need here to prepare meals - microwave, hob, oven etc work very well and dishwasher appreciated. I would certainly commend this flat for your stay in Florence and would stay here again if ever we we’re to visit .

Loved staying at this apartment . It is big, very comfortable & had everything we needed . Quiet street close to buses but in walking distance to all the main places in Florence .... and lovely restaurants . Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again . Thank you Elena 🙂

I saw the good reviews for this apartment and they are all true. Ideally located minutes walk away from Santa Croce and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops it's a great home from home and was perfect for a long weekend for me and my boyfriend. The added bonus is the balcony, where you can sit and hear the birds singing and the church bells ringing. We'll be back! :)

The flat lives up to its description, it is charming, comfortable and spacious for two. The location is terrific, an easy walk into the city centre and not much more to get to all the major attractions of Florence. The nearby market is wonderful for local produce and the supermarket stocks all he essentials for a longer stay.

Elena’s apartment in Florence was the perfect place to stay at for my husband and myself, we’re only sorry we didn’t have more time in Florence. Not only was the location perfect but it was clean, quiet, charming and lovely. The bed was comfortable, it was nice to be able to do laundry, and the place was spotless. Elena was excellent to communicate with and there’s isn’t one negative about her apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We could walk to all of the sites we wanted to see, there was a clothes washer, which really came in handy. The owners, Elena and Giovanni were wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to beautiful Florence.
