The location is great, it is just 50 metres from a great square with several restaurants, bars and regular markets. The apartment is totally unique and has all the necessary facilities. We had a great time there.

Perfect
We were fortunate to stay at Palazzo Bucciolini for 9 nights in early January. What a great decision to book this place. It was like a dream come true. The place is accurately reflected in the photos, and all I can really say that would add to them is that the cleanliness is perhaps not appreciable in the photos. This apartment was so perfectly clean it was hard to believe anyone had ever stayed there. It was so well located. The piazza which is so close by is just beautiful. There is a daily market with changing stall holders so every day it's different. The cafes and restaurants there are great, unlike cafes that are usually located on a piazza. The apartment is dark at night, quiet, light during the day, spacious, incredibly comfortable; just a pleasure to be in. Our booking and check in procedure was seamless and even a 3 hour delay to our flight resulting in a late arrival was not too much trouble. Would I recommend this property or stay here again? Without hesitation. I could live here.

Wonderful
It is an absolutely beautiful flat. You feel the ambiance of Florence and all the wonder of the era. The patio was an added plus. Location was ideal. Right around the corner were many restaurants and a square. A cozy yet magnificent place to stay. If lucky enough to visit again I would choose the same rental.

Stunning apartment in the best location
We had such a beautiful stay in this amazing apartment! The apartment is situated (in our opinion) the best area of Florence, with Santa Spirito square on your doorstep. I have never stayed in an apartment so beautiful and our host Mrs Eleonora was so kind and funny. She made us feel very welcome and talked us through everything to see in the local area- please do not hesitate to stay here!!

Stay here!!!
We rented the one bedroom based on the pictures and I can't express how beautiful this apartment is. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in something this amazing. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is walkable to everything and everyone was so easy to deal with from reservation to leaving. They have maps marked with suggestions for great restaurants, markets, etc. I took pictures of the map on my phone and would enlarge them while walking around and it made it easy to find everything. I was a bit worried because everyone said it was on the other side of the river from downtown. This should not have been a concern. It is literally a five minute walk at most to the bridge. There is an outdoor market and great restaurants just down the street. The apartment was clean and quiet. I don't know if we will ever get back to Florence, but if I do I will be looking first to see if this apartment is available! Don't hesitate to rent this. I have shown pictures to so many people and their jaws drop every time. The paintings on the walls are 400 years old and Canada is only 150 this year. Kind of hard to wrap your mind around.

Five-star plus apartment in Florence
Magnificent is the word that comes to mind when thinking of our stay in Florence. This apartment offers the best of the Renaissance past and modernity. First, the kitchen, bath, and amenities are modern and very comfortable. It has everything one needs while on holiday. Second, it is a flash back to a time when homes were works of art. Every wall from the grand entry hall, the salon or living room, and the bedroom of the apartment were beautifully painted with frescos. The high ceilings along with period lighting and furniture take you back to a time of elegance and grandeur.
The apartment is located in the perfect neighborhood for the "flaneur" or wanderer. Not only are you located in the historical center of Firenze (Florence) but restaurants, and markets are steps away.
We will rent this one again sometime in the near future.

Fantastic apt.
The apartment was better than expected. My wife and I felt we were staying in a meuseum surrounded by wonderful 300 year old murals on the walls , crystal chandeliers and 20 ft soaring ceilings with murals. The location could not be better with bakeries ,restaurants with in steps of the apartment. Additionally it was 15 to 20 minute walk to Uffizi and shopping. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. Please note it is not handicap friendly.

Outstanding stay
We had an fabulous time staying at your property. It is like going back in time with all the Fresco on the wall and the timeless furniture and decorations. The property was everything we thought it would be and then some.
Eleornora was absolutely fantastic!!!! Very informative and every location that she recommended from restaurants to shopping to the best gelato in Florence (la carriera) was spot on for what we were all looking for ......
We would highly recommend your property to all our family and friends.

A magical experience
My husband and I and our two daughters stayed for two nights in this beautiful apartment. We were in awe from the moment we opened the door. The frescos on the walls and 20 foot ceilings, the antiques and beautiful furnishings and rugs, the herringbone floors - we could not believe that we could stay in such a remarkable place. We had tons of space, even a private outdoor area to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. On top of the historic aspects of the beautiful building /apartment, the condo had a newly renovated bathroom (incl. a gorgeous shower and new washing machine) and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. Everything was immaculately clean and well presented. Basic supplies of soap etc were also provided.
The condo was a stones throw from great restaurants, gelato stores, bakery stores and cafes and across the street from a small convenience store which we used to buy cereal and fruit and juice for breafast. It was only 10 minutes walk from the Uffizi Museum. It was close enough to the tourist sites but far enough away to not be stepping out into a tourist trap when you left your front door. The location was perfect!!
I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. You won't be disappointed. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the beautiful history of Florence in an intimate setting - it almost feels like you are sleeping in a museum.

Non è tutt'oro ciò che luccica ...
L'appartamento a prima vista appare grazioso ed elegante, in stile rinascimentale e ben curato. Osservando nel dettaglio, si notano da subito con un briciolo di attenzione alcuni piccoli difetti tra i quali: una porta danneggiata, l'assenza di utensili da cucina adeguati (neppure per 2 persone) e l'ecletticità del bagno, assai scomodo. Al check in come detto dal proprietario, era presente la sig. Eleonora, la quale non si è neppure presentata personalmente a parte banalmente col suo nome e con la quale si è stipulato da subito l'orario di check out (alle 10:30) e che dopo 5 giorni di beato soggiorno, la stessa si è ripresentata tramite sms alle 23 della sera antecedente la nostra partenza col messaggio : " Domani il checkout dev'essere alle 10...ho altri clienti in arrivo. Buonaserata ". Una prepotenza indegna e raffigurante l'effettiva incapacità della gestione di una simile struttura, essendo che la stessa signora ha insistito più volte affinchè ce ne andassimo senza colpo ferire tramite altri sms, alle 10 anzichè alle 10:30. Siamo già stati a firenze e mai ci è stato riservato un simile trattamento, forse perchè clienti giovani... Vergognoso ed infantile.
The apartment at first sight appears graceful and elegant, Renaissance-style and well cared for. Looking at the details, they notice immediately with a modicum of attention some small flaws such as: a defective port, the absence of adequate kitchen utensils (not even for 2 people) and the eclecticism of the bathroom, very uncomfortable. At check in as told by the owner, was present Ms. Eleanora, who has not even submitted in person except trivially with his name and with which it has signed immediately the check out time (10:30) and that after five days of living happily, the same was resubmitted by text message to 23 the evening before our departure with the message: "Tomorrow the checkout must be at 10 ... I have other clients arriving. Good evening". An arrogance and unworthy depicting the actual inability of the management of such a structure, being that the same lady has insisted several times so she left without a shot being fired by other sms, to 10 instead of 10:30. We've been to Florence and there never has been reserved for such treatment, perhaps because young customers ... shameful and childish.

Salve, grazie per la sua review. Siamo molto desolati che il suo soggiorno di 5 giorni sia stato compromesso da averle chiesto (gentilmente, ho letto tutta la messaggistica che avete avuto con la sigra Eleonora) se poteva lasciare l'appartamento mezz'ora prima, alle 10:00 invece che alle 10:30. Quando lei ha infatti evidenziato che per lei era un problema le abbiamo detto che cito testuali parole "non volevamo sconvolgere i vostri piani" e che sarebbe stato mantenuto l'orario di uscita inizialmente pattuito alle 10:30.
"I am really sorry that you holiday was not great just because we asked in the kind way (I read all the massages that you had to Mrs Eleonora) just to leave your flat half hour before at 10:00 and not at 10:30. After that you told to Mrs Eleonora that for you It was a problem to leave the flat half hour before she said to you that she did not want to change your plain and that you could leave at 10:30.. sorry It was so hard to ask to you like a pleasure to leave the flat at 10:00 and not at 10:30...
