Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde giardino grandissimo...la casa accogliente con tutti i confort....ottimo per riposarsi...a pochi minuti dal centro di Firenze con autobus per raggiungere il centro con facilità. ...i propietari cordiali e gentilissimi...ps un cane bellissimo....

Gite relativement bien situé pour visiter Florence tout en étant à l'écart, avec un parking sécurisé à l'intérieur de la propriété. Bien équipé avec un seul regret : pas de possibilité de laver du linge !

Location assez bien située avec parking fermé et petit coin de jardin. L'intérieur de la location comprend un salon-cuisine avec couchage et une petite salle de bain. La propreté était moyenne et l'ensemble était humide et mal aéré. En Avril, nous avons eu un peu froid (17-18 degrés en soirée et le matin). Il y avait aussi quelques insectes un peu gênants... L'accueil était correct mais le départ un peu compliqué et retardé (propriétaires non disponibles). Dans le petit bourg, nous avons trouvés une épicerie très sympathique, avec de très bons produits.

I came into Florence by train. I then took a bus to Paizza Ferruchi; from there I took another bus to this cottage. It was not bad at all, just do your homework ahead of time because some of the bus drivers are not very helpful. When I arrived at the cottage, I was greeted by a very lovely lady of the house (separate from the cottage); she showed me around and went over some bus and tourist information with me and left me to enjoy the beautifully decorated rental and it's garden. I walked over to the store to buy some groceries and spent the first evening settling in and watching the fireflies as the sky grew darker. This was awesome! I chose the country setting over the city because I wanted to be around nature, and this place was perfect. The rental was very clean and comfortable; most importantly, I felt safe since I was traveling solo. The kitchen was well appointed with the exception of utensils - I found a teaspoon in the coffee jar, and I kept forgetting to ask for a knife and fork, so I took on the challenge of making that spoon work as a knife to cut my produce. You do have to purchase your own coffee, but there are condiments available for use. I did not have any shampoo with me and the host was very kind and brought me some of hers. The Pizzeria across the street has a wonderful variety on their menu, and their salads are the best, but they also have meat dishes and pastas, etc. Not to mention, great wine! Overall this is a great rental, great location, great price oh and they have a very friendly dog.

le descriptif correspond à la réalité : proximité de Florence, grand jardin, stationnement...attention il est bien précisé qu'il s'agit d'un studio mais dans le descriptif il est également précisé 1 chambre ce qui peut porter à confusion si on ne fait pas bien attention ce qui a été notre cas. Nous pensions avoir une chambre séparée de la pièce principale alors qu'il s'agit d'un réel studio (indépendant de la maison des propriétaires) le moins ; bruit de fond de l'autoroute les plus : les propriétaires sont absolument charmants discrets tout en étant très disponibles, le quartier, les proches alentours de la maison sont très agréables

A small, comfortable place. One room plus bath, it has a usable kitchen area that is nicely appointed, comfortable seating for two to eat, and a fold out bed that is quite nice. The bathroom has a nice shower and just enough room. The "giordino" is a lovely place to sit and write this review, read, have a snack or a drink. The pizzeria across the road is great, and there is a bus stop just a little down the road (maybe one minute walk). A ten minute drive to a supermarket, and about twelve minute drive to Galuzzo where there is a daily market, free parking, and other buses to Florence. A great value, and Daniella and her son were very nice and helpful.

Bel appartement situé dans une petite maisonnette à la campagne. Très propre. Environnement agréable et sécuritaire. Propriétaire très sympathique. Bonne localisation. Wi-fi fonctionnel, Petit marché gastronomique à proximité. Nous avons adoré.

Séjour très agréable. Lieu plein de charme! Maison atypique avec le nécessaire pour bien profiter du sejour. Accueil chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive (22h30). Il est préférable d'avoir un vehicule pour aller a Florence. Merci à Dianela et sa famille.

La maisonnette se trouve dans un très grand jardin au bout d'une allée bordée d'arbres. Le quartier est très faiblement urbanisé mais tout proche du centre de Florence. Une épicerie et un restaurant sont à proximité immédiate de la location. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et parlent un excellent français.
