We (a party of six adults) spent the month of October in this beautiful apartment and enjoyed "living" in the neighborhood around it. This was the second time my wife and I rented from Piero, the first was in 2018, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and provided us with easy access to the city center, especially since we enjoyed walking along the Arno. Should you have an opportunity to visit Florence for an extended period of time, I highly recommend renting this apartment. You will not be disappointed and the location will give you a chance to experience "life as a local" in the delightful neighborhood surrounding the apartment. I hope to return to this beautiful city and have the opportunity to stay in the Terrace Riverside apartment.

apartment was near the river and easily accessible by walking or by convenient public transport (various bus lines); owners were very helpful and there was lots of information in the apartment itself; a nice outdoor terrace too.

There were 5 adults and 2 children staying at this riverside apartment with two terraces. The apartment was very quiet if the doors to the riverside terrace were closed. The bedrooms and the second terrace are on the internal part of the building and very quiet. There were a number of bus options, some just a few steps away from the building while others a couple of blocks away. A small grocery store is literally next door while larger supermarkets and super centers are accessible as well. We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the ability to watch Netflix and the internet connection was quite good. We utilized the kitchen fully and found the kitchen table to be large enough to accommodate us all. We did buy a plastic table cloth, however, to protect the wooden table (that had a fabric table cloth) from potential spills. It takes 20-30 minutes by bus to get to the historic district which could be a little far if being close is a priority for you. A taxi from the train station was 25-30 euros.

The apartment worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults and three kids. While the apartment isn't right downtown, it was a beautiful walk to get there. Piero was great to work with and always helping us with recommendations of things to do.

Beautiful view of the Arno, a great location just a 15 minute walk to the city center. There is a grocery store three blocks away that carries everything you might need for dining at home. The patio is just three floors up from the street and noisy, but we used it daily for coffee and cocktails. Having a garage was good, however, rent a small car (Pietro will let you know acceptable models). It is REALLY tight. A few good restaurants...Chalet Bellariva, is three blocks away and on the Arno, delicious food and service. Affe di Bacco is a short walk to the other side of the river...excellent pizza and not far. The photos on the site are a bit confusing as both apartments for this owner are shown together. Clarify before signing lease!

the view on the Arno is fantastic and the terrace really nice. Consider a major road between the building and the river. Apartment very clean, nicely furnished and really luxurious, with air conditioning in every room. Should we go back to Florence, we would consider re-renting the same apartment. the host is extremely helpful, before and during the stay. A great moment

We were quite surprised to find this very elegant, spacious apartment near the river Arno. You have everything you need there in good condition: washing machine, dish washer, all the kitchen equipment. Even Netflix is at your hand. The rooms are nicely decorated, all the three rooms have their own bathroom - a blessing for a good start in the morning. Our host has put a lot of usefull information and travel guides on the desk. You can reach the historic centre with a 30 minutes stroll, but you can also (quite cheap) take a bus: 1.50 one ride. About the restaurants near on the other side of the Arno I don´t want to say anything: just try them, all different and one better that the other. Hope we will come back one day!

The apartment is beautiful, very large and was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Check in was easy and the owner gave us many explanations about the apartment, the local area and the city (there are also some guides available and documentaries in English to see on the smart TV). Very fast Wifi and connection to Netflix have been very much appreciated by our children .... The location is central, just outside the historic area which is easily reached by walking along the river (cars are not allowed in the center). I therefore advise you to avoid renting a car because you will have to leave it all the time in the garage of the building. We really enjoyed the commercial area near the apartment because the prices are much lower than in the monuments area (we saved a lot in our purchases !!). There is a supermarket in the same building also open on Sundays. A few steps from the building there are all the shops (pharmacy, laundry, bars, restaurants, fashion shops, etc.).

This was a fantastic apartment with great attention to every detail. It was nice to have Piero great us on arrival and answer all of our questions. The apartment was beautiful, very roomy, and situated in an excellent location. If you are used to hotter weather you will enjoy the excellent heating. The kitchen was great and had everything you need. We even had wifi and Netflix for down time. Great location near the river and very close to the centre and lots of attractions. It was very convenient to have a large and well-stocked supermarket (low prices! not for tourists!) in the same building as the apartment, also open on Sundays.

The apartment is very large and with full facilities. The cleaning was perfect. The main monumaneti were reachable by walking along the river. In the local area the prices are low and all the shops are close (the supermarket is in front of the door and is also open on Sundays). Also in March we enjoyed the day on the riverside terrace because it is covered and facing south.
