Grazie a Gennaro che ci ha messo a disposizione tutta la Villa per una Reunion particolare di vecchi amici con le rispettive famiglie per festeggiare un anno speciale. Poter vivere a pieno un weekend con la struttura a disposizione, piscina, cucine, tavolata ed anche una grande TV per seguire l’Italia… abbiamo cucinato , chiacchierato , goduto del panorama , fatto rinfrancanti bagni ed il tempo è volato …. Terremo questa soluzione nella nostra tasca per usarla di nuovo presto !

E' il terzo anno che sostiamo con la famiglia a Villa Nobile per qualche giorno, di ritorno dal Nord Italia . Struttura immersa nel verde, stupenda e ben tenuta , strategica in forza della vicinanza a numerosi luoghi da visitare, tra i quali Cortona ne costituisce solo un esempio. Ma ancor piu' da sottolineare e' l'educazione, la signorilita' e la disponibilita' della proprieta' . Per quanto mi riguarda , una struttura nella quale tornare ancora.

Gennaro è un host giovane e molto esperto, sa accogliere gli ospiti e farli sentire a proprio agio. È disponibile e da ottimi consigli di ogni tipo sul territorio. Villa Nobile è un posto bello curato e familiare, adatto ad ogni tipo di evento, vicino ai punti più turistici della zona.

The sweeping vistas that greet you as you turn into the main road to Villa Nobile gives but a hint of the many attractions that await you inside. Time stops the moment the mini-bus turns into the main path leading up to the Villa. You hold your breath and one is rendered speechless as the sight of cypress trees lining the path is but mere preparation for the beauty that lies ahead, assaulting your senses immediately while continuing to slowly seduce you, day in and day out. The Villa and its expansive grounds look like a series of paintings. Flowers in full bloom add a symphony of colours to the abundant greenery, and the majestic central fountain provides a perfect setting for the backdrop of the elegantly imposing Villa. Each corner invites discovery and beckons one to take pleasure in the exquisite beauty that abounds. No photo can do justice to the reality of Villa Nobile. It was the perfect setting for the painting workshop I just attended and for spending a relaxing, zen holiday in. An occasional swim in the huge, clean pool offers a welcome respite from the warm Tuscan sun. Breakfasts excellently prepared by Gennaro and dinners by a professional chef were both gustatory and visual delights. Villa Nobile shines with the personal love and care tendered by the gracious owner and excellent host, Raffaele Nobile and his equally affable son, Gennaro. Nonna and Micaela welcome you with open hearts too. Your stay at the Villa leaves you wanting for nothing more except more time to linger and return to visit again one day soon. Villa Nobile... Where time stands still and one feels at peace... Heaven on earth... Simply beyond words...

The location : Perfect. Close to all amenities, yet far enough away to feel secluded. Take a trip to Cortona and Montepulciano you will not be disappointed. The Hosts : Perfect. The team went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and we’re helpful to guests requirements. The wedding : Perfect. So much work went into the setting up and running of the day. It was an intimate and no detail was overlooked. The scenery : Perfect. Stunning 360 degree views. Villa Nobile - Perfect. Clean and tidy with a fabulous pool. This property has been lovingly restored and it shows in the detail in the rooms and gardens. Would I return - Most definately! Thank you Raff and Gennerio you are both absolute stars 🌟

My wife & I got married at Villa Nobile in August 2018, and it was an unforgettable experience. We traveled from the U.S. along with our immediate family & photographer, and all were comfortably accommodated at the villa. Raffaele and his son Gennaro went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. This included coordinating vendors, decorations, landscaping, flowers, and everything else that comes along with planning a wedding. We communicated numerous times via Skype, phone, and email to iron out the details. He speaks English and Italian (and possibly more) which helped immensely. Raffaele also has a mini bus that he used to transport us for a group dinner and wine tasting in the scenic towns of Cortona and Monetpulciano. The grounds, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, bbq, and villa were perfect for our family of 11. The property is continually being improved year after year, especially the shrubs, trees, and flowers. If anything came up, Raffaele or Gennaro were quick to help out as best they could. The villa is a mix of bedrooms and apartments, totaling 7 units each with a bathroom and AC unit. If you are considering a trip to Tuscany, Villa Nobile is the perfect option. My wife & I cannot wait to make a return trip in the future!

We rented out all of Villa Nobile for a family trip. There were 24 of us including adults and children. It was perfect! The setting of the house was picture perfect with beautiful landscaping and lots of outdoor space. The rooms were spacious and clean. I cannot say enough good things about Raffaele and his son Gennaro. They made us feel right at home. From the villa we were easily able to get into Florence, take a hot air balloon ride and many in our group enjoyed a day sightseeing with Raffaele. We had one meal prepared for us that was delicious and also used the kitchen ourselves. Stores were close by. I would highly recommend this stop for anyone looking to spend some time in Tuscany. Raffaele , his son and Kuman made a cycling holiday to Tuscany very special indeed. The villa and its grounds are stunning, and the food they prepared for us was delicious. These guys know how to look after you and nothing was ever a problem. I cannot recommend this as a holiday destination highly enough.

We've just come back from a great week at Villa Nobile with a group of friends (and our 7 young children). The place was beautiful, and Raffaele was a great host. I have no hesitation in recommending it and would happily go back again.

Not a lot I can add to all the other rave reviews for this beautiful villa. 19 of us had a fabulous two weeks here. Everyone in the party agrees it was the holiday of a lifetime, in no small part thanks to Raffael who looked after our every needs and proffered great advice about the area. Must also mention Kuman who seems to be the Man Friday of the villa. Raffael and Kuman cooked two lovely Italian meals for our party and Kuman also cooked us all a Sri Lanka meal which was delicious. Thanks Raff everything was just brilliant.
