Casa vacanze Casale Orioles è una struttura di recente costruzione. L'appartamento è completamente arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. L'appartamento è costituito da soggiorno con divano letto, TV e cucina (piano cottura, forno, frigo e utensili da cucina), bagno con box doccia e camera con letto matrimoniale e armadio (a richiesta è possibile aggiungere un ulteriore letto singolo o lettino per bambini). L'appartamento è dotato anche di impianto di climatizzazione, riscaldamento, internet wifi gratuito e viene consegnato completo di lenzuola, asciugamani, ed asciugacapelli oltre ad un piccolo kit per l'igiene personale. Nell'appartamento sono disponibili anche una mappa stradale della Sicilia e guide turistiche in varie lingue. L’esterno è costituito da un’ampia veranda arredata e da un grande spazio verde a disposizione degli ospiti, con barbecue per grigliate all’aperto, un angolo con lavabiancheria e stenditoio ed un ampio parcheggio auto interno. Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus “Casale Orioles” liegt in der romantischen kleinen Ortschaft Torretta, nur 20 km von Palermo entfernt. Hier können Sie die Ruhe der sizilianischen Landschaft genießen und befinden sich weit weg vom lästigen Lärm der Stadt. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer idealen Position, es ist ruhig in einem Olivenhain gelegen, aber nur wenige Kilometer von der Autobahn, die den Flughafen Punta Raisi mit Palermo verbindet, entfernt. Zu den gepflegten Sandstränden mit kristallinen Wasser von Capaci und Isola delle Femmine sind es nur 5 km. Das Ferienhaus “Casale Orioles” ist in drei separierte Wohnungen aufgeteilt. Auf Anfrage kann ein zusätzliches Einzelbett hinzugefügt werden. In jeder Wohnung befinden sich Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden komplett gestellt. Eine große Veranda umgibt das Ferienhaus, die zur freien Verfügung der Gäste steht. Hier befindet sich auch die Waschecke mit Waschmaschine und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten, der sich durch Grünflächen, Olivenbäume und verschiedene exotische Pflanzen auszeichnet, bietet Platz zu vielfältigen sportlichen, aber natürlich auch erholsamen Aktivitäten, ein abgetrennter Bereich wird zum Parken genutzt. I was in this appartment for 2 weeks and it was just great. The owner was very friendly and a hearted person. He always checked if somebody needs something and if everything is ok, so we were in best Hands ;) The appartment is beautiful and it was really clean. Its not so far from the beach of Capaci and well located (Airport, Palermo City and other wonderful places are just few minutes away). The appartment is nevertheless very quite and a pure place to relax. I would definitly recommend it to everybody to stay in CASALE ORIOLES!!!

Posto meraviglioso , comodo pulito ,confortevole , circondato da ulivi e fighi d'india e' il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dalla vita frenetica della citta'; posizione ottima per effettuare gite al mare da Trapani a Palermo ; Meraviglioso il proprietario Giuseppe e la sua famiglia.

Bonjour à vous future locataire, Je vous conseil très vivement cette maison de vacance, le cadre est super beau la maison un petit bijoux pas très loin de tout et tellement calme et reposante à la fois. Le propriétaire de la maison est sympathique, sociable à l'écoute de ses locataires et vous aides vraiment à être le mieux possible c'est pas toujours la cas et c'est très agréable. Nous sommes restées une semaines et nous nous sommes régalées .. Alors foncez !!

absulut empfehlenswert!!!!! die wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen sehr stilvollem neu gebauten haus in einem olivenhain. alles nötige in der wohnung ist vorhanden. der gastgeber guiseppe ist ein liebenswerter, hilfsbereiter mensch, der um das wohl seiner gäste bemüht ist. die lage der wohnung ist sehr günstig - zum flughfen von palermo sind es nur 15 oder 20 minuten; palermo ist sehr nahe; montreale mit dem schönen dom, mondello und schöne küstenabschnitte sind in unmittelbarer nähe; 5 minuten zu fuß, ist ein tolles restaurant, und auch viele andere gebiete von sizilien kann man in tagesreisen von hier aus besuchen. für den etna und für andere gebiete im südosten müsste man allerdings schon sehr früh aufstehen, um es an einem tag bewältigen zu können... einziges kleines problem in der kühleren jahreszeit ist die realitiv hohe luftfeuchtigkeit in den räumen, die mit der klimaanlage, mit der man auch heizen kann, nicht bewältigbar ist...aber an diesem problem arbeitet guiseppe

There is very good local restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Great beaches and beautiful sites 30-60 min drive away. Thank you for a great week, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super Unterkunft mit sehr, sehr netten Vermietern! Das Areal ist traumhaft schön und so groß, dass es selbst bei Belegung der drei Appartements für jeden ein schönes Plätzchen gibt. Die Lage ist ruhig und liegt für Ausflüge auf der Insel strategisch gut. Die Kücheneinrichtung der Wohnung ist nicht üppig - reicht aber völlig aus. Die riesige Terasse ist einfach toll - inklusiver gemütlicher Sonnenliegen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!! Vielen Dank an Rosaria und Ihre wunderbare Familie.

A dream. Exactly what we were searching for. Great nature, cooking on our own, silence. It was perfect for relaxing and reading in the sun. Supermarket is a 5min drive by car.palermo and great beaches nearby reachable by car in about 30min. . All in all great and we'll definitely try to come back.

We planned to make several trips by car, so we selected suburban location of the apartment.Reality was fully consistent with our expectations. Wonderful house in the garden with olive trees, mountain views, intoxicating air, birds singing outside the window in the morning. Peaceful atmosphere. The stylish interior. Has everything you need for the kitchen and table. Near supermarket and highway. Friendly hosts. Thank you so much, we have spent wonderful time.
