Alessandro and his family were so helpful with our stay. Butcher shop, market, cafe with delicious pastries and coffee all within walking distance. Great for two couples.

We were 2 couples who stayed at this Airbnb for nine nights. Our accommodation was ideal as there were 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms along with a kitchen & small sitting area. Outside our entry was a garden sitting area with table - we used this area extensively. Zuzana & Alessandro & their 2 young children made our stay really fun & enjoyable. They gave us help & answered our questions promptly. We shared a meal with them one day which we all enjoyed. This Airbnb is stituated within walking distance to the Metro although the road you walk on is narrow & the cars drive by very fast so you have to stay alert. Alessandro had cautioned us about this. The one drawback about this location is that there are no restaurants within walking distance - however, the fact that the Metro is close helped to manage that drawback.

Lovely clean spacious apartment, beautiful garden with the added bonus of a Jacuzzi Alessandro and Zuzanna are so helpful with ideas of places to visit and general information including picking us up from the station when we arrived Our favourite place to visit was Bar Nullo a few minutes walk away. Great coffee and delicous pastries every morning. Fab icecream We loved Catania and all there is to visit on the east coast of Sicily. Thank you for my birthday fizz A & Z. A lovely surprise. We are planning on staying again {:-)))))) xx

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Catania city centre.The accommodation is lovely especially the garden area which is fabulous for eating and relaxing. Like all the other reviews Alexendro and his family could not make you feel more welcome with all the information you would ever need to make your trip fantastic!!!

D'abord une belle rencontre avec nos hôtes siciliens. Un couple (et deux enfants) extraordinairement sympathique. Un accueil fabuleux et chaleureux. Alessandro nous a prodigué de très précieux conseils dans toutes nos escapades sur l’île : ce qui a contribué amplement à la réussite de notre séjour. Il parle parfaitement le français. L'appartement très propre, très bien équipé, avec un jardin très bien entretenu, magnifique et paisible. Toutes les commodités à proximité à pied (commerces, pharmacie etc ...). Quartier très calme,très pratique, proche de l'accès autoroute, du métro et de l'aéroport (sans aucune nuisance sonore). Bref vous l'aurez compris nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille avec nos trois filles âgées environ de 11, 8 et 5 ans. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix, et si par chance nous retournons en Sicile, Il pozzo e l'ulivo sera notre adresse.

Zuzana is the perfect host looking after us as though we were family. Our family of 5 stayed at the beautiful residence for 6 nights. Zuzana kindly took us to Mt Etna and on a wonderful tour of Taormina and to Syracuse and also arranged a lovely boat ride for us to see the Rocks that Cyclops had thrown into the sea on the east coast of Sicily - a beautiful and memorable boat trip up the east coast of Sicily for over 5 hours! Our stay in Catania at this lovely residence is still in our minds today - a really nice place close to very good food shops and pizza places and a supermarket. We will definitely stay at il posso e l'ulivo again next time we go back to Catania! Thank you so much Zuzana for your wonderful hospitality and holiday place! Bill and Kate Auckland New Zealand.

Logement bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description, calme, champêtre. Ce qui fait le plus de cette location, c'est l'accueil et la présence d'Alessandro très attentif au bien être de ses invités... Son français est excellent, il connaît très bien la région et ses conseils sont très appréciés. Il y a la possibilité de prendre des repas sous un auvent dans le jardin. Un logement très agréable, proche de l'aéroport, sans en avoir les nuisances... A recommander...

The apartment was well arranged. Contained everything we needed in perfect condition, but the best part was the owner. On the day we came he waited for us, showed us not only the apartment but also the surrounding area. Later that day he also helped us to plan the coming days. And even gave us stuff that we forgot at home. We felt at home and sorry we had to leave
