We stayed at this apartment for almost a month between July and August 2021. This was the best place, so far, we have stayed at in Alghero. First of all, there is much to say about the owners! Giovanna and Gianni were fantastic hosts. Prior to our vacation, they communicated with us and went above and beyond answering all our questions, then they were extremely helpful when we arrived. Our flights were delayed, and we showed up at the apartment quite late. Not only they waited and enthusiastically welcomed us, but they also made sure to leave our fridge and pantry full of breakfast and other basics groceries, knowing that we could not get anything at that time of the day. During our stay they were also very attentive to all our needs and responded to all our message within minutes. The apartment it-self was great for us. We were looking for a very central location but away from the noise of the Centro Storico. It was perfect! The apartment is few blocks away from the center, the market and the marina. One can walk everywhere very easily. We are a family of three and the apartment was the right size for us. Our teen son had his own room with TV and large couch and my husband, and I had a very comfortable bedroom with a view on the bay. The apartment is surrounded by balconies full of beautiful plants that Giovanna keeps in great shape! The view is spectacular on all sides. We enjoyed breakfast, lunches and dinners on the balcony facing north every single day. Since we had to work quite often, just looking at the view made working while on vacation much more bearable. WiFi was absolutely perfect, and teen-proof 😊. Finally, and always very important to us especially in these times, the apartment was spotless and with all the needed new utensils perfectly organized and accessible. We strongly recommend this apartment. We travel to Alghero quite often and we would want to stay there again for sure. Thanks Giovanna and Gianni for your hospitality!!

Bellissima vacanza in una bella città e soprattutto nell'attico con vista sul porto , sui memorabili tramonti di Alghero e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Ho soggiornato 11 giorni a settembre con mio marito e mia figlia ,abbiamo molto apprezzato le terrazze e le grandi vetrate che ci hanno permesso di ammirare il mare anche da sdraiati a letto. Giovanna grande 'organizzatrice attenta ad ogni necessità ci ha consegnato un appartamento perfettamente pulito e molto accessoriato. Gianni, sempre cordiale e sorridente ci ha fornito preziose indicazioni su dove fare acquisti e come muoverci in città, con un giusto equilibrio tra qualità e prezzo....... Abbiamo lasciato in sospeso un aperitivo con voi che se torneremo ad Alghero sarà nostra premura onorare . Grazie Giovanna e Gianni, per la vostra belle casa e la calda accoglienza che ci avete riservato. Ottimi padroni di casa. Esperienza consigliatissima🙂

appartamento bellissimo, pulito e dotato di qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno. Posizione invidiabile, vicina ad ogni comodità. Supermercati, ristoranti, spiagge e centro storico si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Altra cosa importantissima Giovanna e Gianni sono due proprietari disponibilissimi, gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni cosa. Di sicuro se torneremo ad Alghero questo sarà di nuovo il nostro alloggio. Siamo Stati benissimo , bellissima vacanza, l'attico è in una posizione invidiabile, a due passi dal centro storico di Alghero, immaginate la sera cenetta sul terrazzo con vista mare e tramonto sul mare è uno spettacolo per i nostri occhi. Pulizia eccellente, tutto nuovo, i proprietari di casa Gianni e Giovanna 2 persone meravigliose, attenti ai minimi dettagli cortesi disponibili e sempre presenti per qualsiasi cosa. Potrei scrivere ancora molto, ma lascio a voi scoprire gli altri lati positivi. Consigliatissimo

Appartamento in ottime condizioni, comodo e i propietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Torneremo per un un'altra vacanza.

Schöne, sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Hafenblick, kurze Fußwege zum Einkaufen, zur Altstadt und Hafen. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe sind Glückssache (oft hatten wir Glück!) sonst kein Problem am Hafen. Toll sind die 3 Balkone, entweder morgens Frühstück im Schatten oder Kaffee in der Sonne. Giovanna und Gavino sind unkomplizierte, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. und kommen gerne wieder!!

Casa veramente eccezionale! Siamo stati io e il mio compagno per 10 giorni nel mese di Giugno. La casa offre di tutti i servizi possibili, fornita di tutto il necessario. Ampia vista sul mare grazie alle porte finestre presenti nella camera da letto e nella cucina. Si possono ammirare dei tramonti mozzafiato! I padroni di casa sono veramente delle persone d'oro, son stati presenti in ogni situazione in cui avevamo bisogno, non ci hanno fatto mancare veramente nulla. Ci sono venuti a prendere all'aeroporto e ci hanno anche riaccompagnato senza chiederci nulla. Veramente gentili e accoglienti!! Bellissima Alghero e bellissima casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto, a presto!!

Giovanna e Gavino sono degli host fantastici, ospitali e molto disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Un grande merito va anche all'impegno che Giovanna mette per la cura e l'impeccabile pulizia. L'appartamento è confortevole, pazioso, nuovo e moderno. Fornitissimo di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Mi ha colpito molto la tranquillità e la meravigliosa vista dal terrazzo che da sul porto di Alghero. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, non vi deluderà sicuramente.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dieser zentral gelegenen Wohnung verbracht. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Hafen, Strand und die Altstadt, sowie Supermarkt und Restaurants. Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Den große Balkon mit Blick zum Hafen haben wir viel genutzt, schön ist auch, dass bei kühlerem Wetter der Esstisch so steht, dass man den Hafenblick auch von innen hat. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind absolute Glücksache, aber am Hafen gibt es genügend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We stayed here in July for our wedding anniversary, and thanks to this apartment and the warm and attentive hosts we had the perfect week. The apartment is spotless and the views are beautiful, we had many dinners on the front balcony watching the sun set over the harbour so romantic. The location is perfect, very peaceful and safe but only a short walk (5-10 mins) to the bus station and the old town. The apartment block felt very safe and clean, but the lift only goes up to the 4th floor, so you have to walk up the last flight of stairs. I only mention this as we took our baby boy so we had to carry him and his pushchair up to the top, but it didn’t bother us in the least. The balconies are very large, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the interior is modern with traditional accents. There was a beautiful hamper when we arrived, with milk, butter, biscuits, brioche, jams etc which we were very grateful for as we arrived late at night. The air conditioning was a real relief as the weather was very hot in July. We recommend the apartment to a friend who also had a magnificent week in Alghero this October. It really is touching how caring and generous Giovanna and Gavin are to their guests, they will go above and beyond always offering ways to help you. We can’t wait to be back at this apartment again, grazie.
