Appartamento nuovo, luminoso, grande (130 m), appena ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata in ogni stanza e una molto buona connessione WIFI.
È situato a circa 7 minuti dall'Arena di Verona, e circa 10 minuti dalla Porta Nuova stazione ferroviaria.
L'arredamento è chiaro e di design italiano.
CI sono duel balconi con tavolini e sedie, con vista sulla città antica e le colline circostanti.
Ci sono tre camere matrimoniali, due bagni completi con doccia, un ampio soggiorno con una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto (forno, lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavatrice, macchina da caffè Nespresso, smart TV), divano letto bianco a 1 piazza.

Dopo alcune disavventure di questa estate eccoci a Verona in una location fantastica!! Siamo stati accolti dalla sig.a Rosella la quale ci ha fatto sentire subito “a casa” . Pulizia,gentilezza e non da ultima la comodità a due passi dal centro. Perciò consigliatissimo!!

Absolutely Fabulous
This is a wonderful apartment which is very close to the historic centre of beautiful Verona. It is about 5 minutes walk to the centre and not much further to the Train and Bus stations. The apartment is well appointed, quiet and is just as the photos depict, large modern and airy with air con in each room. Our party of 7 fitted nicely without feeling as if we were in each others way all the time. It is on the top floor of the block but there is a lift if you don't fancy working off those gelato calories on the stairs.
All interactions with the owners were first class, emails were answered promptly and they were happy to communicate in English. During our stay I dealt with Rosella. She was very helpful, allowing us to check in early, providing us with useful tips on eating out and which sights to visit. We used the airport transfer, which is a very reasonable price, this went according to plan. Rosella even organised two further taxi trips at short notice.
All in all a very sucessfull stay, great apartment, great hosts and a wonderful time in sunny Verona, thanks to Rosella and family.

Big bright apartment in a great location.
My wife and I spent three weeks in this apartment in April 2019. Absolute bliss!
Verona itself is a beautiful compact city, rich in history with many lovely walks and very warm welcoming people. We took several day trips by train including Vicenza, Venice and Bologna. Verona is a great base to explore Northern Italy. Local produce and wines are superb. Good shopping too.
The apartment is first class. Tiziana and her mum, Rosella, are very professional in managing the property and are very responsive to their guests needs. Big rooms, bright and airy and immaculately clean. If you like to self-cater, as we do, there is a functional kitchen with a proper oven. It is in a great location with a huge selection of cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. The local gelato store and pizza place are very good also. There is a very good café across the road where the owner bakes his own very delicious pastries. There are a couple of good supermarkets close-by and the train station is also an easy walk as is the main shopping precinct.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very roomy!
Thanks Luigi for a great stay. Loved your Roomy apartment. We were able to get everywhere in the city and to the train station twice to visit Venice and Padua.your place was so central to everything. Very clean and convenient to the mercato too! Not your typical cramped small apartment. So thrilled to have booked it when i did. Will definitely file nuovo loggia away for future stays.

Wonderful stay

Perfectly located, beautiful apartment
We rented Nuova Loggia Apartment from June 10 - July 1, 2018. We were 4 adults and 3 children. We were given the opportunity to specify the arrangement of beds before we arrived, so we could have 3 beds in one very large bedroom for the 3 children, which worked perfectly. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of Piazza Bra and the Arena. Rosella met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. She showed us the circuit breakers within the apartment and even took us to the basement to show us the main circuit breakers, which we actually had to use one time! She had a map of Verona and indicated where we could catch the bus and where the grocery stores were located. She gave me her phone number and we were encouraged to contact her with questions. She always responded right away and gave us tips on activities and things to do within a short train ride of Verona. She was so kind and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware, as well as a full refrigerator and dishwasher. And there is a washing machine and large clothes drying rack. There is a lovely balcony off the kitchen and one off of the large bedroom. The apartment also has electronically operated shutters on all the windows and they are complete room darkeners - great for sleeping in the first day after a very long flight! We would most definitely visit again.

Charming Apartment in a Charming City
Stayed with a group of friends so we all had a double bedroom, everybody very happy with their room. The apartment is really appointed, comfy and well located, no more than 10-15 mins to anywhere if on foot to take in the sites of Verona, eat out or use the train station to get about to Lake Garda or Venice. We were picked up at the airport, and returned as arranged on time for a quick transfer.
Verona itself is charming to walk around, lots of history and inter-wining streets, colourful buildings, lots of places to see and eat, and we found it to be a lot cheaper than we expected to eat out, even in the main squares, (we never paid more than 35 euro a person for 2 courses, plenty of drinks and a coffee). Whoever greets you at the apartment will give you all the information you need and make suggestions on how to get the most from your stay.
We would recommend Angelica's, just a 2 minute walk right out of the apartment for a good cheaper meal and Osteria Casa Vino, (left down to Via Roma and left into the square before the castle), which served very good quality food at the said 35 euro per head.
Would not hesitate to stay again if returning to Verona.

Perfect in every way!
Tiziana's apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. It is perfectly located as all of the beautiful sites in Verona were within easy walking distance. Our flight was delayed which meant that it was nearly midnight when we arrived but Tiziana's mum and dad arranged a taxi for us and came to greet us to show us around the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We have stayed in many apartments before but this was certainly the best! We will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this apartment to friends and family. Thank You!

Beautiful
Right from the start it was a great experience. Our welcome was very friendly and informative. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. The location put everything within walking distance.

Lovely Apartment
My two sisters and I stayed in this 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. The owner organised a private transfer from the airport ( extra cost but beats dragging cases through the streets ) and it delivered us right to the door where we were met by Rosetta. She went through the places of interest and gave us local restaurant recommendations. The apartment is situated in an excellent location for exploring this city and also 10 mins walk to the bus station and Railway station. It was spotlessly clean, very modern, plenty of hot water and well equipped with everything you need . We spent a full day exploring Verona and on the other days we took a train to Venice and a bus to Bardolina on Lake Garda ( the bus stop is just around the corner from the apartment). I would highly recommend this apartment and say a big thank you to Tiziana and her mum for all their help.
