A quelques minutes du Vérone antique, tout se fait à pied à 10 minutes. Très bien équipé, climatisation et même un petit ascenceur. Parfait.

Die Wohnung ist top, in Zentrum, wir sind zum zweiten Mal dort und werden immer wieder hin gehen . Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ein Spar ist Inder Nähe wegen einkaufen.

Ideally situated for the Railway Station and the sights of Verona. Ferrucio was very helpful on arrival and spent time showing us round the apartment, maps and how to make the most of our stay. It is extremely clean, spacious and well equipped, nice bedding and towels. A very comfortable week in a gorgeous city.

We had a really excellent weekend staying in this beautiful contemporary apartment situated just a short stroll from the centre of Verona. Ferruccio met us at the apartment and was full of information about Verona and recommended places to visit and some good restaurants. The apartment had everything you could need -there was a welcome pack of coffee,water,juice,biscuits. We had breakfast on the small terrace in the sun! I would really recommend a stay at this property!

Très bonne adresse, appartement dans une residence au calme avec ascenseur, possibilité de se garer dans les rues adjacentes ( garage très etroit et à angle droit : volvo XC 60 quasi impossible de se garer meme si on est un bon pilote, place pour petite auto italienne !) L'acceuil est très chaleureux, très à l'écoute de nos demandes (parle un peu Français) donne beaucoup d'informations sur la ville, activitées... Vraiement adorable. L'appartement est très propre, clime efficace et silencieuse. tout équipé Lave-linge, Lave-vaisselle, tv dans chambre, congelateur, nombreuse vaisselle, produits et même de quoi se restaurer ! bref parfait pour passer un bon séjour à prix compétitif

Situated in an established residential apartment block in central Verona, we spent 4 nights in this delightful ,spacious apartment. What a find! We came specifically for the opera and a short 10min walk took us to the Arena. Everything in the apartment was spotless, Ferruccio met us on arrival, settled us in and explained everything, including a local central map with directions! Decor is contemporary and minimalist with great attention to detail. Comfortable beds, decent air con and a welcome pack in the fridge. We shall visit again for sure.

When our travel plans changed at the last minute and caused a delay in our arrival our host, Ferruccio wasn't fazed and went out of his way to accommodate our updated schedule. The accommodations were clean, well maintained and comfortable and the location was charming and quiet but with good access to restaurants and only a short walk away from the heart of town. We would recommend to couples, families or as was our case, business travelers looking for a more personal alternative to a hotel. Bravo Ferruccio!

This apartment is well appointed and in a great location to explore Verona and the surrounding area. I can only agree with the sentiments of others who have stayed here. From the open plan kitchen dining and lounge area to the bedrooms, one with on suite, the attention to detail is superb. The apartment is minimalist, tastefully decorated with a modern uncluttered look. There are plenty of appliances, the kitchen is well appointed including anything necessary for meal preparation from breakfast to dinner. Spotlessly clean as well. Add to that excellent WiFi. The area around the apartment while looking busy is relatively calm. An easy walk to all that old Verona has to offer, local coffee shops, restaurants, gelataria, great supermarket nearby. Ferruccio, the host, was terrific provided great advice, a very thorough explanation of the apartment, keys, knowledge of the local area, maps. There was great information left in the apartment for reference. A lift to the apartment made carrying luggage easy as well. Very, very impressive. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Ferrucio also arranged very convenient secure parking if coming by car. A seriously convenient apartment. Bravo!

Wir waren zu viert anlässlich eines Opernbesuchs in der Arena di Verona für 3 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist topmodern und komfortabel ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, schöner Balkon. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer hatten eine Klimalange - bei über 30 Grad waren wir sehr froh darüber! In knapp 10 Minuten ist man bei der Arena und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unbedingt Tiefgarage dazu buchen, man kann kaum parken. Unser Auto wurde die ganze Zeit nicht bewegt, haben alles zu Fuß erkundet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würde bei einem weiteren Besuch in Verona wieder hier buchen.
