Appartement très très bien situé tout proche de la place Saint Marc. La maison et l'appartement sont délicatement décorés, bien équipés et superbement entretenus. L'accueil par Paolo (un Vénitien!) se fait téléphoniquement dès l'aéroport ce qui est très rassurant et permet un timing de réception parfait. Les consignes de Paolo sont complètes, données avec bienveillance, et un brin d' humour de bon aloi pour un début de vacances. Un salut à Roberta aussi! Nous sommes restés une semaine, ménage et lit faits tous les jours. Un grand merci et une expérience que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir sans aucune hésitation

Located in the most central part of Venice in the most beautiful street. 5 minute walk from St Marks square. The Hosts Paolo & Roberta make you feel at home from the time they pick you up from the boat station. The apartment is spotless and Paolo gives you a detailed tour of the beautiful home. You feel very very safe staying in the apartment and being original Venetians they are able to give you lots of advice on where to visit, shop and restaurants to eat in. Better than any tour operator. cant wait to go back.

The apartment is in a perfect location, beautifully kept, full of character and spacious. Paolo was great in meeting us and showing us around. Simply a great way to stay in the heart of Venice in a very nice spacious place that feels home.

Flat was very clean and central to everything. Paolo was very welcoming and informative for things to do. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is just about perfect. It is located on the main street in Venice 50metres from the Grand Canal and only 100 metres from St Marks Square - so all of the main attractions are only a short distance away. The apartment is nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with a full kitchen. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk and a variety of other goodies such as butter, jam, yoghurt, water and fruit juice to get you started. Paulo and Roberta left us a beautiful traditional Venetian cake which was delicious. The apartment even had spare new toothbrushes! Paulo met us from the taxi and provided lots of very useful information about what to do and where to go. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone and plan to return in the very near future ourselves.

Our family of four stayed here for two nights and loved it. The location was excellent and Paolo went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. He met us at the water taxi stop to walk us to the apartment, took great care in showing us the ins and outs of the apartment. It had all the little extras that make a good stay into a great stay. The fridge had light snacks, water, juice and milk for coffee. The bathroom had shower gel, soap and shampoo. He had detailed maps showing the cities highlights and best places for food, gelato and touring. We hope to get back there again and revisit this beautiful city.

If you have ever been to Europe and stayed in a hotel you know how small the rooms and bathrooms are. This is not the case for this property. We had a very spacious front area room with dining table, couch, english channel tv and kitchen area for making coffee and a refrigerator. Nice size bedroom with plenty of electrical outlets that came with U.S. adapter plugs thru out apartment. Good size bathroom with great hot water and shelf space. Located next to a major Gondola stop so those beautiful Italian songs would drift up thru the open windows if you had them open at night. Couple of hundred yards away from St. Marcs Plaza so terrific location and above the Chanel Store. So if anything was not perfect it was the long walk up the steep stairs and the mosquitos that would get in if you left the windows open. Other than that a terrific place and we would go back.

What a beautiful apartment. Very comfortable for me, husband and 15yr old daughter. The pull out couch was huge and could sleep 2 adults comfortably. The hosts are delightful giving local tips on the area. We were met at the vaporetto station and escorted to the flat which was a short 5min walk that included a walk over a bridge - quite a nice introduction to Venice. The fridge was stocked with breakfast goodies including coffee and juice for the morning. If you wanted the kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. This is a lovingly restored heritage building and we feel privileged to have been able to stay here. Location is superb too - chanel, ferragamo etc in the same plaza. p.s. very safe to stay here.

Great location just to west of San Marco-easy access to Academia ,Rialto ,San Marco and Valporretto stages Owner met us at water taxi drop off-Triniti?(close to san Marco) Appartment -double bedroom, sitting room/kitchenette diner-inc fridge and all necessary gear TV in sitting room and bedroom. Bathroom with shower in bath but very clean throughout Some building work going on with conversion for Channel on ground floor but no real hinderence no air con but didn't need in November overall 8/10
