ottimo per un weekend a Venezia
Ottimo soggiorno, ideale per visitare Venezia sia a piedi che in vaporetto. La fermata Stae è vicinissima, ma si può anche andare a piedi. Eravamo in 5, io e mio marito con due figli adolescenti e un'amica, quindi avere tre bagni a disposizione è stato perfetto . La cucina spaziosa ci ha permesso di cenare a casa con comodo dopo aver camminato molto, in completo relax. Molto pulito, letti comodi, ottima accoglienza dal proprietario che ci ha dato dei consigli utilissimi. Lo consiglierei.

Dégoûtant !
1) Le proprio était absent à notre arrivée et nous A expliquÉ au téléphone que la clé de la porte est dans un trou dans le mur de l'immeuble..... tout un début !
2) Difficulté de joindre le proprio pour les instructions comment ouvrir les lumières, l'air climatisé, le four (gaz) etc.
3) La première nuit, mes amis se sont levés en sursaut suite à la découverte de punaises de lit sur le lit, la tête de lit et qui sait à quel autre endroit ? Ils ont dus déménager dans la cuisine avec les bagages sur un sofa-lit très inconfortable.
4) Finalement, lorsque nous avons joint le proprio (impatient) pour lui faire part de notre trouvaille, la seule chose qu'il a trouvé à dire c'est "quel est le problème, au moins ils peuvent dormir sur le sofa-lit" ? Il a aussi tenté de nous accuser d'avoir emmené ces bestioles chez-lui ERREUR..... il n'était pas surpris de notre découverte.....il nous a dit qu'il ferait un traitement à la vapeur dans toutes les chambres (au fait il l'a fait dans une seule chambre, et ça n'a rien donné)
5) Finalement il a mis en doute notre paiement du logement, même si nous avions payé en totalité.

Je suis désolé pour les punaises de lit, mon français est pas bon et je voulais dire que les insectes sont tirées de la clientèle de stockage, pas vos bagages ..
2) Je ne dis pas "Quel est le problème ..« Je disais que, heureusement, il ya un canapé-lit dans la cuisine à temps pour résoudre le problème ..
Il a passé la vapeur à 110 degrés et lavé tous les bugs et il y avait plus et que vous me vous avez dit aussi le jour du départ!, Puis nous avons fait sur les deux autres chambres mais après votre e départ.
3) le canapé était inconfortable parce que vous ne l'avez pas utilisé le matelas supplémentaire que je vous ai donné .. vous avez dit qu'il était pas nécessaire!
4) Pour le paiement, je demandai comment vous avez été payé parce que ce ne fut pas le débit direct.
5) les clés dans le trou est une bonne solution pour récupérer et ouvrir la porte .. puis d'ouvrir les lumières, la cuisinière et la climatisation, généralement ne crée pas un problème, mais je suis désolé que vous avez eu ce problème aussi.
Je pense que la difficulté de parler en français pour vous et moi que vous ne comprenez pas l'anglais, a rendu la situation beaucoup plus compliquée ..
Je suis vraiment désolé.

Fantastic Location, Very Comfortable Accommodations
We were traveling with a group of 9. The 3 bedroom and common area was perfect for our group. Nicola was nice, very easy going. We arrived a little early and he just had us go in and get comfortable. The unit seemed newly updated and clean. The bathrooms are small, but it's Venice. And as others have said, the wifi is spotty. That said, though you are a little way from some of the "key" spots, we found the location to be perfect. It really is just a few steps to the ACTV dock on the Grand Canale, and getting anywhere from there is a breeze. We chose to walk several times, just "getting lost" in Venice, and found that to show so much more than so many typical tourists to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge area see. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Venice, especially if staying with a decent size group.

Comfortable, Basic and Great Location
We stayed at the Valeria Apartment for 3 nights in July 2014. We were a party of 3 couples. We rented all three apartment rooms with the common kitchen area. Each room has its own small bathroom and shower. The rooms were clean but somewhat worn. The bathrooms were clean but the minimally supplied towels were pretty worn out. Each room had a typical Italian air conditioner unit and they all functioned well. The kitchen common area was nice but basic. The Valeria Apartment was very comfortable and was a perfect match for our party of 6. The wifi is sketchy and is only accessed in the stairwell. The apartment location is excellent as we could walk and ride the Vaporettos around Venice very easily.
The owner, Nicola Luca, is a very nice, hands-off landlord. I communicated with him using WhatsAp with no problems. When you check-in, Mr. Luca provides all the details you need to know regarding the accommodations. He also gives you a fast-paced rundown of sites to see and how to see them as he draws on a map. This actually turned out to be great information for us and we followed through on several of his recommendations.

Excellent, tidy, and well organized
A group of 7 of us (ages 20-25) stayed here for 2 nights. I had never rented a vacation rental before so I was a little hesitant. We had a highly positive experience. The apartment was easy to get to using the instructions provided by the owner which is a lot to say for Venice. The owner was friendly and accessible. He was helpful and very clear in his guidelines and the place slept the 7 of us very comfortably. The location was great as there was a supermarket 2 minutes away and lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area.
The only complaints we had were that the kettles for coffee were dirty when we arrived and that the place is advertised as having wifi but it only works in a small area at the front of the house. Otherwise everything was great.
This place is highly recommended!

Bien situado y ajustado a lo esperado
En resumen lo que puedo decir es que se ajustaba a lo ofertado y esperado.
Es conveniente para orientarse y llegar al apartamento consultar antes en el Street View de google. Realmente una vez allí desde la parada de San Stae del Vaporetto de la línea 1 no es difícil de encontrar, pero sorprende lo estrecho de la calle Tron. La propiedad está en un buen estado general aunque podría mejorarse en algún aspecto. No resulta comodo solo tener algo de cobertura WIFI en la primera planta en la que no hay mucho sitio donde colocarse para poder aprovecharla. El tamaño de las habitaciones y su equipamiento es mas que satisfactorio. En nuestro caso nos costo un poco localizar al propietario por teléfono como nos había pedido antes de nuestra llegada, pero la ventaja es que vive puerta con puerta a la propiedad y no tiene demasiada perdida. El apartamento está situado a una buena distancia de todos los puntos interesantes de la ciudad y perfectamente comunicado por la línea 1 de los vaporetto de ACTV. En general la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria.

point pos.: l'appartement est bien situé et il y a du potentiel pour en faire qq chose de bien
Description: C'est en effet un étage avec 3 chambres, lit doubles, avec chacune sa mini salle de douche. Il y a une cuisine/sam commune. Nous étions 6 donc nous avions tout l'étage ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Ceci n'est pas claire dans sa description!!!!!!
Je n'ai pas du tout aimé le fait que soit disant la gaz avait été coupé justement la semaine qu'on était la et que la télé ne marchait pas à cause du satellite que était tombé en panne le jour de notre arrivée à cause de la pluie!!!!!!
Bref, le propriétaire n'est pas très honnête, il explique tout très vite pour qu'on ait pas le temps de poser trop de question.
Les salle de bains sont sales, du moisie contre les murs, à peine de l'eau qui sort de la douche car il n'enlève pas le calcaire et les essuies de bain ne sont pas propre. Et je vous ne parle même pas du lave linge dans une des salles de bain....
Les lits sont très usées, les matelas aussi. Même avec un petit budget on peut faire de belles choses et au moins les entretenir. Ce propriétaire n'est en aucun cas une personne qui aime son métier de l'hôtellerie (il a un B&B à coté). Il veut juste faire un max. de profit sans trop d'effort.

Okay, but mattresses were uncomfortable
The apartment was very easy to find. The owner is very laid back, but friendly. WiFi is available only from a hot spot on the landing, so if you want to check email, you had to go downstairs to connect. We liked the location all right. Osteria Moncenigo nearby was good.
The apartment is not really near the main tourist sites, but they were easily accessible by water bus. We also walked back from St. Mark's Square. It's not that bad of a walk. If you want a gondolier, walk out to the Rialto Bridge. Not many in San Stae area. It was easy to find a bakery and green grocer to bring in supplies for breakfast. We shared the apartment with another couple traveling with us.

Location, Location, Location
Location was amazing! Just as advertised check in was very smooth. We texted when we arrived at the train station and by the time we arrived via water bus, our room was ready. Please understand that the "3 bedroom and sleeps 9" is for the entire house. We needed accommodations for 2 adults and 1 teen. What we got (as advertised) was one room with a double bed and one pull out bed. We were in room A. Also understand that mattresses in Italy are not like America. If you are American expect what we would call a futon mattress. The bathroom and shower were recently remodeled. As advertised the wireless works in the common area which is at the stairway landing just outside the door. What this place had an abundance of what QUIET peaceful neighborhood with classic Venice charm. Read carefully and you won't be disappointed.
