We have rented apartments from Truly Venice for years and have found both accommodations and service to be excellent.

From making the reservation, to their excellent website, to our departure, Truly Venice came through for us quickly and efficiently. The apartment is very well placed, quiet, well equipped, and comfortable. Some may find the layout of the MBR bathroom a little strange as it is a small distance away from the bedroom, but this worked fine for us. We used the upstairs as a bedroom which may not be appropriate for the elderly. The beds and rooms were all very comfortable. Nabucco is a lovely apartment/home and we were fortunate to be there. We will always get in touch with Truly Venice when we return.

One of the best apartments I have ever been in. We were a group of 7, staying for 4 nights and it was perfect. This 5th floor apartment has 3 bedrooms and an upstairs loft accessable via a spiral staircase. The upstairs loft has a comfortable queen sofa bed. All rooms have a view from the window. The main living area and upstairs loft have a outdoor terrace with amazing views of the City. Location is central and approx. 5 min walk to the San Marco Square. No problems finding good restaurants for breakfast lunch or dinner nearby. Elevator was broken when we checked in, but our host arranged for a porter to transport our luggage to the top floor. The host indicated the elevator would be fixed on the Monday when we were to check out. On Monday the repairman showed up in time to fix the elevator making it possible to check out and move our luggage down with no issues. Decor is modern mixed with antique furniture. There is a beautiful small library with books from the early 1800's. Fine touchs that just make this apartment special. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. This Nabucco apartment was booked through Truely Venice. This company is very accommodating and responded to my email requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend booking this accommodation through them.

Truly Venice made our trip seamless from coordination of transportation, helpful staff and quick responses to any questions. Our apartment was beautiful and perfect fit for the 5 of us. The location was great and easy access to water taxi and St.Mark’s square. Believe it or not, we never got lost! Can’t wait to go back and visit again!

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our seventeen night stay at the Nabucco apartment, and we hope to return in the not-too-distant future. We would choose to stay in the same location with Truly Venice again. We would especially like to thank Daniela for patiently working with us until we could make the Covid vaccination roster and reschedule our original reservation. The apartment was exactly as pictured and an integral part of our wonderful Venetian experience: terrazzo floors, exposed wooden beams, breathtaking rooftop views, and all of the conveniences of home. Add to the above, the perfect location: just around the corner from a beautiful church (even more so at night) and lovely campiello, a traghetto crossing, and (we believe) the most gorgeous spot for a vaporetto stop in all of Venice. Be sure to be at the stop at least once as the sun goes down and the lights come up: magical! What a wonderful way to see Venice.

Appartamento Nabucco perfetto in tutti i suoi spazi ampi così come descritti e senza sorprese. Il capodanno perfetto, con cucina attrezzata per preparare cene con amici, comodi divani per trascorrere le serate (siamo stati in 6) e terrazza per godere di panorama sui tetti e su uno dei canali con gondole di passaggio. Scala a chiocciola per raggiungere piano superiore, quindi spazio aperto, con altra terrazza panoramica, bagno ( unica pecca ma vivibile: un po’ scomodo per doccia aperta che divide il passaggio dal lavandino al water, quindi pavimento bagnato dopo la doccia e difficoltà a raggiungere water senza bagnare le scarpe) . Appena possibile, ci torniamo a Venezia e in questo appartamento. Disponibilità da parte dell’agenzia per problemi risolvibili.

My husband and I recently booked the Nabucco apartment in Venice, Italy for 30 days with Truly Venice. I hardly ever write a review but after my wonderful experience in Venice I felt I had to. Beside Venice being one of the most interesting cities in the world the Nabucco apartment was great. It was supplied with everything you need to create a fabulous experience. The apartment itself is sophisticated, well equipped, and the location is central to everything you wNt to see while being 2 short blocks away from a vaporetto stop. I can’t say enough good things about the apartment but one of the best parts of our trip was dealing with Truly Venice. They were helpful, accommodating, and didn’t treat us like we were just one of a 1,000 people. Each time I contacted Daniella she was patient and had a real desire to help solve the situation no matter what you needed. A thousand times more helpful than Airbnb or VRBO. We cannot recommend Truly Venice more highly. Thank you Daniella and Enrico for making our 30 days in Venice so memorable.. Happy Holidays!

The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. The location was perfect, close to all main attractions but very calm. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The two terraces offered spledid views over the rooftops and the views from the windows were beautiful too. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The communication and check-in/out were effortless, and the water taxi service worked perfectly too. Nothing to complain. We can sincerely recommend this place and would love to come again!

Ahead of our vacation in venice, our family was looking to stay in an apartment which would provide us with the ultimate, authentic Italian experience. Nabucco immediately caught our attention due to its beautiful terrazze and its grandesse. Safe to say, it did not dissapoint. The flat was beautifully furnished mix of Venetian aesthetics and modern elements. It was very clean and all the rooms well equipped. The kitchen was loaded with appliances and even basics like salt, pepper etc. The apartment is situated in a prime location - in the heart of Venice, with a 5-10 minute walk to both St. Marc's square and Accademia. The highlight were the two terrazze with amazing views over the roofs of Venice perfect for summer evenings! The apartment was very spacious, with two "master bedrooms" and one single bedroom. On the second floor, on the gallery ,there is couch that could easily be converted to a doublebed if needed. The service was impeccable, the staff of "Truly Venice" took time to pick us up from the boat station, answered our questions and gave us insider tips for restaurants and bars in Venice. They were very well informed and truly cared about our experience there. The only complaint we would have that a machine in the service room next to one master bedroom was a bit loud. The apartment made us feel at home in venice and we would - without a doubt - book it again and recommend it.

My family (husband, 2 daughters aged 9 & 6 and mother) stayed at the Nabucco apartment for 4 days over New Year. It is located on the top floors of a traditional old building in a quiet corner of San Marco. The apartment itself is beautiful inside- sparkling clean, spacious, warm, and all amenities modern and in good working order. Lots of wardrobe space and a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The whole apartment had a cosy feel and was beautifully decorated. Views, especially from the top terrace were stunning.We also enjoyed excellent service from all the Truly Venice representatives who arranged water taxis and even returned a forgotten kindle by post without charge. Highly recommended.
