We stayed at the Mimosa Apartment at the end of August for 3 nights.
We loved this apartment (once we got there - see below!). The check in lady was very nice and informative. She can even sell you some vaparetto tickets (you'll need them to get to the apartment). The apartment itself is huge! Massive master bedroom, two bathrooms with showers in each and a large kitchen. Very bright, white and concrete everything. A modern esthetic for sure, but almost felt a bit unfinished. But the coolness of the concrete with the AC was great after a hot day of sightseeing. Only complaint was the second AC unit to the bedrooms didn't work, although fans were provided. And best of all, there was laundry, which we desperately needed by that time in our trip and really appreciated.
The location is good - walking distance (20 mins) to Rialto and San Marco Square. You will get lost but that's half the fun. The apartment itself is interesting to find - the alley where the front door is, is about shoulder width wide. Very neat. If you make two left turns out the front door and cross the bridge you'll be at Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo which is so beautiful and relatively quiet compared to the throngs around Rialto and San Marco.
Check in is located in Piazzle Roma (Sant Andrea vapretto stop), whereas the apartment is located in the Cannaregio area, near the Fondamente Nove stop. If you are lugging luggage this may be difficult for you. This is the only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5. We took the Alilunga waterbus to Guglie stop, had to walk down to Piazzle Roma, check in, then walk down to the Sant Andrea waterbus stop, ride for 25 minutes, then walk about 15 to the apartment. So for us, 2 adults and 2 kids with our bags it was a bit of a slog. Given the distance and transportation options I really wished the office was closer to the apartment and this is the only reason I wouldn't stay here again.

Would Not Recommend
I know there are a lot of positive reviews for this property but my family had a very negative experience, unfortunately. The air conditioning didn't work and my God was it hot and humid. The wifi stopped working on the first day. There were not enough towels provided (only 4 for a registered 7 people). The toilet paper was wet like it had been dropped in the toilet and then left on the counter (thank goodness there were a few more). The management people did not help us even though we asked many many times. We were only staying 3 days so it felt like they were just waiting for us to leave. Hopefully this is not the normal service level but if it is, my recommendation is to avoid it.

I will try to fix them for the new guests.
Regarding the towels usually are inside the sofa bed.

posizione perfetta
Ho prenotato questi due appartamenti nella stessa palazzina per un gruppo di amici.
La posizione è fantastica se si vuole vivere Venezia respirandone fino in fondo la sua autenticità e strategica per visitare anche la parte più turistica. La dotazione degli alloggi è molto buona così come la pulizia. Il personale del ricevimento cortese e competente. Consiglio sia il singolo alloggio che l'agenzia che li gestisce (perché ne ha diversi in diverse zone).

Moderno e ben equipaggiato
L'appartamento è molto moderno e di recentissima ristrutturazione, dotato di mobili e accessori per cucina Ikea.
Non ci sono soprammobili o tocchi 'personali' quindi se cercate un luogo romantico o tipicamente veneziano questo posto non fa per voi, tuttavia la pulizia è assoluta e gli spazi sono ampi.
Ci sono due camere e due bagli (un vero lusso!!) e il divano in cucina può essere convertito in letto matrimoniale.
La location è perfetta - appena fuori dal tumulto turistico ma comunque vicina a tutto
