ca serenissima ha un posizione fantastica, affacciata su una delle piazze più belle di venezia, a meno di 10 minuti dal vaporetto (Fondamenta Nove - comodissimo per eventuali gite alle isole) e poco più di 5 minuti a piedi da piazza san marco.
la casa è enorme, molto spaziosa. comoda grazie anche ai 3 bagni. noi siamo stati in 2 famiglie (8 persone) e siamo stati benissimo. tutto pulito, in ordine e secondo le attese. prezzo onestissimo e proprietaria di casa gentilissima e velocissima nelle risposte. assolutamente consigliata!

POSTO BELLISSIMO CENTRALE MA FUORI DALLA CONFUSIONE
..per un puro caso (in cambio di una prenotazione non più disponibile) l'Agenzia ci ha proposto questo appartamento...SUPER!!( almeno per noi).Nei vent'anni che frequentiamo Venezia (non solo per il Carnevale...penso di essere un attimino "esperto") NON HO MAI TROVATO UN APPARTAMENTO CHE FOSSE AL 100% CONFORME ALLA DESCRIZIONE...SOPRATUTTO NELLA FORNITURA IN CUCINA!!(fornitissima e di qualità)

Fabulous Venice!
The apartment is in a great location, St Mark's is 15 mins away / Rialto Bridge 10 minutes and 4 restaurants within 100 metres. There is a coffee shop 50 metres away for your morning caffeine kick! Plus the water taxi drop off point is 100 metres from the front door.
We were 5 adults, there was plenty of a space with three double bedrooms and separate bathrooms. All was clean and tidy upon our arrival.
The team at Juice Glam arranged everything to perfection, airport transfer, water taxi and key pick ups on arrival - all worked like clockwork.
Looking forward to returning next year.

Loved this place
Stayed for two nights. It was fabulous for we 6. Spacious, and we all had privacy if we wanted it. It was not far from St Mark's square, albeit a little complicated to find our way back, to start with. (As anywhere in Venice is!) The outside door latch was a bit dicky. But, would recommend it to a larger group, and would book it again if lucky enough to return to Venice, as we would love to do.
Finding the office to collect the keys was a bit tricky, . The trips by water taxi were wonderful. The water taxi booked, and paid for, for the return trip on our last morning did not arrive at the time booked. Panic stations for a while. We ordered another, and did just get to our train on time.

First things first. Looking for a good location near the places you want to visit. You're trying to find something to suit your quality.
You find something that suits you but you have doubts about the reality of the pictures. Looking for other impressions of those who have visited your location and make a decision.
You go to the unknown without any real guarantee.
You get where you want and, with your little soul, you are looking for the agency that facilitates renting your apartment
If you follow the instructions received by email, you can not find the agency office.
You call, you come in and you have the opportunity to communicate on your meaning wherever you are. Receive complete information including maps and rules of use of the apartment.
You go to the rented location and yet you have a doubt as to what you will find there
You get there and mega surprise. The pictures reflected reality, the location is fantastic, it's really big.
The apartment is located in an old and preserved building specific to Venice, extremely easy to find and with easy access to the objectives to visit.
It is fully equipped with everything that is necessary, as described in the agency's offer
Beware of the rules of the house. If you respect it, you have nothing to complain about.
I will return to the same location and the same agency

Appartamento spazioso, ottimo punto per visitare la città
La nostra valutazione su questo appartamento è decisamente positiva.
La posizione è comoda per visitare a piedi Venezia e, anche se centrale,la zona è molto tranquilla. Vicino ci sono market, ristoranti e negozi.
Ottima distribuzione degli spazi dell'appartamento: ogni coppia aveva la propria privacy, avendo infatti la propria camera e il proprio bagno.
Le dotazioni dell'appartamento hanno reso sicuramente il soggiorno più confortevole: cucina con tutto il necessario, aria condizionata, internet...
Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere !!

Defraud
I payed the fee (250 euros) they asked to me by card. I signed some papers in the checking office and the girl who was there explain that that was just they hold the money and they will give us back last day.
Our surprise came when we did the check out and I asked for the fee. There wasn't the same girl and her colleague told us they money will be back in 10 days. I started asking what happens and she tried to convince me asking for the papers we signed. There was no word about these 10 days.

according to the Booking.com reservation, upon the arrival we require a security deposit to pay by cash (refunded the day of check-out) or pre-authorized on the credit card. If paid by credit card, the release of the amount depends on CartaSi european regulations and not on us. Your accuse of fraud is completely wrong.

Appartement bien situé dans quartier calme. Très confortable et bien équipé.
Appartement agréable dans quartier calme. Bien équipé. Trois salles de bain. Bien chauffé. Aurait cependant besoin de quelques petits travaux d'entretien (hotte aspirante, fenêtres).
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Great location
My family and friends had three nights and four days at the apartment. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable after all the walking during the day. The location was perfect to get to all the main areas of Venice. On arrival catching the bus and public water taxi was straight forward and reasonably priced at 7 euros each. The food was beautiful, the people were polite and helpful. The staff were on hand on arrival to help us find our way. They pointed out the places to see on the map including a couple of Coop shops. The luggage drop off was easy to find and on our last day and the staff organised a private taxi back to the airport which was great. We will come back one day and stay in the same apartment.
