Appartement lumineux, très spacieux, moderne et idéalement situé. Nous avons apprécié sa propreté et son équipement soigné. Il est particulièrement calme, malgré la situation centrale. Supermarchés, boulangerie et bons restaurants à proximité. Accueil attentionné du propriétaire. Nous y retournerons.

Super appartment in toller lage
Das Appartment war super sauber, schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und die Lage ist prima. Sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan und leckere Restaurants. Wir waren begeistert. Andrea hat uns am Busbahnhof abgeholt und alles erklärt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne dort wohnen.

Perfect Apartment, Great location
My partner and I booked this for a long weekend break. Anne came and met us from the bus stop and couldn’t of been more lovely and accommodating. She gave us great information about Venice and the local area, all have been great recommendations. The apartment is a great location and has so much within walking distance. Excellently equipt and supermarkets very close! Would most definitely use this apartment again! Great find! And thank you Anne for being so lovely!

Appartement Très confortable et situation topissime!
Nous y retournerons "les yeux fermés" et le conseillerons à tous ceux qui souhaitent se rendre à Venise. L'accueil de nos hôtes a été chaleureux et attentionné (avant, pendant et après notre séjour) MERCI à Anne et Andréa !
L'appartement est spacieux, calme, propre et bien équipé. Idéalement situé, dans un quartier populaire (petite supérette à côté, de nombreux petits restaurants avec vente à emporter...) sans être trop à l'écart du centre historique, il est à deux pas de la station de vaporetto San Toma ce qui est un plus quand après deux jours de découvertes (à pieds) on se dit qu'il faut peut être se ménager un peu, histoire de profiter pleinement du reste de notre séjour dans cette merveilleuse ville de Venise. Séjour parfait !

Our month in Ca Milla
My husband and I spent part of June and July in Ca Milla. We were met by Andrea who made us feel very welcome. The apartment was beautifully furnished in a modern style. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was well situated within easy reach of the Rialto markets and close to the vaporetto stop of St Toma. The pull out sofa bed made it possible for our children to spend a few days with us. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we plan to return again next year

Appartement idéal pour découvrir Venise
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Venise et cet appartement y a été pour beaucoup. Nous avons particulièrement aimé sa localisation (à San Polo, près d'un arrêt de vaporetto et de traghetto) qui nous permettait de nous déplacer aisément dans la ville. Le quartier est charmant et relativement tranquille après le départ des touristes de passage. On y trouve tout à proximité (épiceries, restaurants et autres commerces). L'appartement était propre et bien équipé, conforme aux photos du site. À noter aussi, l'accueil d'Anne dès notre arrivée à Piazzale Roma qui fut très apprécié! Bref, nous recommanderions cet appartement sans hésitation.
