The apartment was easy to find and was exactly like described. We actually walked from the bridge drop off point. There were baggage handlers at the pier. He took 8 suitcases to the apartment for 60,00. There was 12 of us in the apartment. We had no problem with beds or sleeping arrangements. There is 1 bathroom and we did not have a problem with everyone showering. We opened the windows for air and it actually got very cool at night. We hung our laundry on the line outside the window. Yes, there is a dryer but we only used it to fluff the clothes. The apartment was in a great location to the sites of Venice and to some wonderful restaurants. Horacio was a great host!! He met us at the apartment went over everything with us. Left a call number incase we needed anything. Thank you Horatio and I hope to see y ok u again soon.

There were 8 of us on a too brief a visit to Venice, we enjoyed every minute, mostly because we opted to stay in Venice and not out of town. The apartment was in a perfect location close to water taxi's, markets, good restaurants, and of course the canals. It was clean and in excellent upkeep, we truly felt we lived the Venice life if only for two nights. Our host met us at the water taxi dock, and guided us to the apartment, which was very helpful as I doubt we would have found it on our own. One of the joys of Venice, watching tourists walk around with a map and a confused exception on their faces! Would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This apartment was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large and the kitchen was fully functional. The host met us at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. Horacio was very gracious and offered a lot of good information. He even had wine, juice, coffee and some cake waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had such a beautiful time at your place in Venice is a beautiful place to visit lots of shopping and restaurants! People are so friendly and nice. I definitely will come back in future.

Estuve en el departamento a principios del mes de marzo. El anfitrión es muy solícito y atento. Esta todo pensado hasta el mínimo detalle, incluso si se viaja con niños pequeños, como en mi caso. Limpio y en buen estado. además muy buena ubicación. 100% recomendable!!!!!

Best location, close to the most important attractions: Museums, Restaurants, Market, Shopping, drinks ... But in a quiet street !! Very clean and spacious. Host very nice. great price.

L'appartamento è vicino alle principali attrazioni della città ed è stato facile da raggiungere. Accogliente, pulito e ben arredato. Il gestore è stato molto corretto e disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà o contrattempo. Per noi è stato perfetto... è da consigliare anche per famiglie e gruppi per i suoi ampi spazi.... Bello!
