The hosts Vincenzo and Laura were very accomodating. Car park was inside a gated compound. We checked in late and were given the host's parking space. The apartment was big and well furnished with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen, We found travel brochures and maps in one of the rooms. Breakfast was provided in form of milk, bread, butter, coffee, etc. Kitchen items were also provided like oil, salt, etc. The bathroom had toiletries. We could do our needed washing after 4 days of travel on the road--thanks to the washing machine provided by Vincenzo! There was also ample space to dry clothes on the drying rack and clothes lines in the balcony. The apartment had a lot of cabinets, hangers, and had very good wifi. We used a small lift to reach it on the 5th floor. The tram had a stop just across the gate. If ever there needs improvement , it would be to have better air conditioning during the summer months. We had a lovely stay.

Friendly and accomendating hosts, clean og Nice quiet area perfectly situated only 3 stops by Metro to Porta Genova with the beautiful area of the Navigli Grande. Flie markets, Nice shops, vintage and affordable restaurants.

Buona la posizione, a pochi passi dalla metro e dalla navetta x l'I.E.O. La macchina la parcheggierete all'interno di un tranquillo residance e potrete spostarvi senza problemi con i mezzi pubblici. Presente anche un supermercato pam a 200m . Il proprietario Vincenzo è una persona gentile e disponibile. La casa è degli anni '70 con un arredamento economico ,la pulizia buona ma migliorabile, vi consiglio di portare un vape per evitare di rimanere svegli la notte a causa delle zanzare, le zanzariere ci sono ma non funzionano bene.

It is distant from the centre, but with convenient public transportation. No restaurants in the neighbour, but with big food store "next to the apartment door". Safe place with free of charge parking area. Clean and tidy apartment with no living room, but with 3 bedrooms, kitchen (fully equipped). Cosy apartment, nice sleep, a lot of wardrobes. Friendly hoteliers.

The appartment is located very quiet in a private street with very good connection to the city centre of Milan. The owner is very friendly and helpful! The appartment is spacious and well-equipped.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise wie auch in der Durchführung vor Ort war war stets prompt und engagiert. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind funktional und sauber und für einen Stadturlaub, bei dem man ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist, vollkommen ausreichend. Durch die ausgesprochen nahe Metro- und Straßenbahnanbindung ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt oder anderen Zielen. Es handelt sich um ein größeres, eingezäuntes Privatareal; Parkplätze in umnittelbarer Hausnähe waren immer vorhanden.

A lovely clean apartment with good links with public transport, would benefit from having a sofa in the room where the tv was as other then the beds we found there was no where to relax.

La struttura è situata in un complesso privato che assicura tranquillità e sicurezza. Risulta comoda per l'accesso alla metro ed ai mezzi pubblici, compresa la navetta per l'istituto Europeo di Oncologia. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi è anche un supermercato. L'appartamento è semplice e spartano, ma pulito ed ordinato, dotato di cucina e con 2 camere da letto. Molto disponibile il proprietario. Ottimo il prezzo.
