This is probably the worst place you can stay at in Milan. This was so bad that I would have rated -1 star if I could. 1. The check in instructions were wrong. You need to use the key to open the main gate. You do not need to call the intercom like what they said in the instructions. 2. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the small elevator that can only fit two people at a time. 3. The place is extremely dusty and dirty. - The walls had so many markings and the sofa bed was discoloured and dirty. - Lights were covered with dust in the bedroom and there are no ceiling lights. - The air con was also filled with dust, and the pipe had so much dust on it. - Toilet was filthy, there was mould in the shower area and dust on the hair dryer. I was appalled at the amount of dust that was in and outside the hair dryer. - The washer/ dryer DOES NOT WORK. We followed the Italian instructions on the sheet of paper (had to google translate) and it didn’t even dry the clothes after three hours even though we had the right settings on (as per the images provided in the instructions). We had to go to the nearby laundromat to rewash and dry our clothes, a complete waste of our time as we had to spend another 2 hours at the laundromat. - Towels provided smelled stale, we had to bring it to the laundromat to wash them. - The bedsheets smelled stale and it didn’t feel clean. - The walls are extremely thin so please bring your own ear plugs to sleep at night. You can hear your neighbours vacuuming, having sex, their squeaky chairs/ bed, talking in the early morning and late at night. - Coffee machine is dirty, not sure when it was last washed. The boiler also had so much calcium deposit inside it. 4. On the last day when we checked out, I got stuck in the lift as it malfunctioned. The lift stopped earlier than it was supposed to and the buttons did not work. Thankfully it was 9am and the janitor was around to tell me what to do and I got out within 10 minutes. Please pay more at another hotel or apartment, it’s just not worthwhile to stay in such a dusty and dirty apartment with a malfunctioning lift.

L' appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e vicina alla stazione centrale (5 min a piedi). Se si arriva in auto si trova parcheggio facilmente ( a pagamento fino alle 19). L'appartamento è silenzioso,elegante e pulito. Se non ci si vuole far la colazione c'è un bar molto carino dietro l'angolo. L'organizzazione per il check e checkout semplice e comoda. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Posso dire solo che bene. Complimenti

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla stazione centrale, fondamentale per chi è legato ai mezzi da/per gli aeroporti. Appartamento arredato a rifinito con gusto, camera matrimoniale spaziosa, bagno curato e soggiorno (con divano letto) accogliente. Molto premuroso lasciare le cialde del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. Propietario di casa gentile, disponibile, puntuale. Ottima soluzione che, quando tornerò a Milano, prendere assolutamente di nuovo in considerazione.

La réservation s'est faite facilement. La correspondance avec le propriétaire était très facile et peut être trop présente durant le sejour. On a plutôt envie d'être en visite de la ville que de devoir répondre aux multiples messages du propriétaire. Certains détails auraient pu être réglés avant le séjour plutôt que pendant. La qualité du logement est correcte mais sans plus. Il a été sûrement très bien il y a quelques années mais après un entretien qui n'a pas du être parfait, il y a maintenant un travail de rafraîchissement à faire. Il va falloir dépenser de l'argent pour retrouver un standing. Et peut être investir dans 2 vrais climatiseurs fixes plutôt que 2 mobiles qui prennent de la place et font du bruit. Les draps sont blancs mais pas toutes les serviettes de toilette. La douche mériterait d'être débarrassée de la moisissure et du calcaire. Certains meubles mériteraient d'être renouvelés. Il est visible qu'ils ont vécu de nombreuses années. L'ascenseur est très vieux et très petit et pas du tout pratique avec ses petites portes en bois qui se referment fortement sur les gens. Il est plutôt désagréable d'avoir une caméra braquée sur la porte d'entrée. Peut être pour assurer une sécurité mais il est spécifié que le propriétaire n'est pas responsable des vols dans l'appartement. Alors est ce pour vérifier qui rentre et sort de l'appartement et à quelle heure ? La localisation de l'appartement est très bonne par rapport à la gare et aux transports métro et tramway nécessaires pour accéder au centre ville. Pour un court séjour pour deux personnes, le choix est interesssant.

If you need an Apartment with close proximity to Milan's Central Train Station and the Metro.....this is the place to stay as it's 8mins walk without luggage and 13mins fast walk with luggage. It's all flat and the only cobbled surface is the last bit near the station, hence very convenient to catch the train to the Airport. Constructive FEEDBACK on the apartment: 1. It's on the 3rd floor but there's a cute little elevator to get your heavy luggage up so there is no hassles in this department. 2. Is of a decent size, well furnished but the mattress and probably bed frame needs to be changed. It is rather soft and there is not much support for anyone with bad lumbar problems, even without such problems, you won't get a very comfortable sleep. 3. Bed Linen and Towels though fresh and clean, they should be WHITE and not coloured. 4. Well equipped kitchen but there should be: A. An electric kettle rather than having to boil water for coffee and tea over the gas stove with a coffee pot. B. Better instructions to dish washing machine and provision of tablets rather than usage of liquid. C. The annoying auto turn off of the exhaust and lights in the bathroom cum toilet should be abolished especially when one is in the shower or on the toilet, it switches off automatically after the set period. D. Eradicate the "smell" from the sewerage as it is an old building and also some of the mold in the shower.... my "PET HATE" E. The annoying buzzing window leakage sound should be fixed.... change the SEAL on the window and not place a note to renters that it is not the air-con sound. Lastly, stop hassling the guests for "registration" IDs when you agreed during final booking payment, they will be provided and left on the table with the keys and City Tax... this annoying behaviour is uncalled for. Oh! de-clatter the apartment with minimalist decorating and ornaments Hope this helps

Bellissima esperienza! casa e pulizia ottima. Anche la posizione era perfetta ci tornerò sicuramente.

Le séjour à mal commencé car à notre arrivée la serrure de la porte était brisé. Toutefois, Piergiorgio est venu nous aider et a été en mesure de corriger le problème mais avec un délais de 2 heures. Par la suite le reste du séjour a été parfait. L'appartement était propre et à 5 minute de la gare. Le système pour les clés est bien. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour

è un'elegante casa a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla Metro. Ben ristrutturata e completa di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. è tutto fuzionante ed efficiente. Il letto matrimoniale è comodo, il bagno è spazioso. Il proprietario, inoltre, è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Esperienza da ripetere

Appartamento pulito, stiloso e comodo. Nulla da chiedere di più. Organizzazione precisissima e massima disponibilità.

Останавливались в Милане на три ночи по пути в Лигурию. Искали недорогие апартаменты около вокзала, так как прибывали в Милан поздно вечером, планировали поездку в Стрезу на острова и уезжали из Милана на побережье рано утром. Не хотелось тратить время и силы на передвижения с багажом от- и до вокзала. Дом, где находится квартира, нашли быстро. Расположен он в тихом районе города, несмотря на близость к вокзалу. Там живут коренные миланцы, обычные жители большого города – спокойные, милые и доброжелательные. Квартира понравилась – удовлетворяет всем требованиям: и эстетическим (недавно отремонтированная, чистая, стильная), и функциональным (укомплектована всем необходимым для проживания: отличный wi-fi , посуда, чистящие средства, стиральная машина, удобные диван и кровать, хороший душ). Хозяин быстро отвечал на запросы во время бронирования, был внимателен и вежлив при заселении. До Дуомо дошли пешком, минут за 30. Театр, памятник Леонардо да Винчи, галерея – все по пути. Осмотрели замок Сфорца. Дошли до технического музея Леонардо да Винчи. Обратно ехали на метро. Рекомендуем для использования, сами при случае обязательно вернемся.
