Muy buen alojamiento. Bien situado, cercano a la estación y al puerto. Lo mejor, la hospitalidad de los propietarios. Nos recogieron en la estación, nos recomendaron sitios y nos enseñaron el piso. Muy muy amables El piso es un poco antiguo, pero está equipado con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable! Gracias por todo!

Lovely apartment and well situated! Grocery store right around the corner!! Although there was no AC the nights were cool enough that it was not necessary and two fans were provided. We loved La Spezia and how easy it was to get to Cinque Terre.

The location was excellent-in the heart of La Spezia just a few minutes walk from the Marina and close to restaurants, shops and a well-stocked supermarket. The apartment was on the fourth floor (lift available) with nice views towards the mountains from the balcony, the kitchen was well equipped the only negative point was the absence of air conditioning, it was July and the weather was very hot. La Spezia was an ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre region, the train station was within easy walking distance from the apartment. The owners parents met us at apartment and were extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet. We hope to visit again very soon!

Accès à l'appartement : adresse imprécise - traduction en français approximative et insuffisante ; il est noté "De là, marcher quelques mètres vers via Del Pione et tourner à gauche au coin. Vous y trouverez nombre 203 juste sur votre gauche" : si l'on tourne à gauche pour Numéro 203 on part à l'opposé de l'appartement ! De fait nous avons été obligé de demander plusieurs fois pour trouver l'adresse. Ce sont les parents qui nous ont reçu pour la remise des clés : charmants et serviables, nous ont amené au seul parking gratuit de La Spézia, situé entre 1km200 - 1km500 de l'appartement (pas de navette au mois d'août de ce parking jusqu'au centre...). Le loueur (le fils ?) n'a jamais répondu à nos SMS l'informant comme il nous l'avez demandé que nous arrivions à La Spézia. Attention : l'annonce ne précise pas que l'on doit se garer à plus d'1 km ... Le parking le plus proche (payant de 08h00 à 20h00 - 2€/heure) se trouve à 500 mètres de l'appartement. Wifi : appareil pour la connexion a "grillé" le 2ème jour - Celui fourni par le propriétaire le sur-lendemain ne nous a pas permis d'établir une connexion. Un petit mot du propriétaire pour le désagrément aurait été sympathique, même s'il n'y était pour rien... L'appartement : photos conformes mais ne montrant pas les points importants. L'appartement donne l'impression que les propriétaires y ont laissé tout ce qu'ils ne veulent plus chez eux ... dans la chambre : télévision entreposée avec 2 fauteuils, 2 ventilateurs, pas de place pour ranger les affaires ... salle de bain très étroite, lunette des toilettes pas à la bonne taille par rapport à la cuvette !! ... cuisine très vieillotte comme les équipements ... Literie : bon matelas Eau : bonne pression - eau chaude ok. Propreté : très très "limite" - tapis de baignoire très sale sur l'envers (noir). De fait on hésite à se servir des équipements mis à disposition. La Spézia : si vous voulez visiter les Cinque Terre posez-vous plutôt à Levanto, plus jolie que La Spézia qui devient vite une galère au niveau parking sinon venir en train sans voiture car tout est réservé pour les résidents et où il n'y a pas grand chose à voir par rapport à d'autres villes magnifiques d'Italie.

we were on a family vacation (2 adults + 2 children aged 6 and 8yrs) visiting the cinque terre region. we stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. the aparment is centraly located with easy walking access to both the railway station and water front. lots of restaurants around to choose from , with a supermarket within few steps. the apartment was clean, had all basic amenities, it felt just like our home.the hosts very were warm and courteous . we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for families with young children.

We found the apartment to be in a perfect location , right in the centre and with easy access to numerous restaurants. It is not new but quite comfortable, very good value and managed by very friendly and helpful owners. We would certainly book the apartment again .

Nice, cute apt in central La Spezia, in the midst of great shopping and resturuants and fairly to train station. Federico and Bernadette were absolutely charming and a delight to work with! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and has a quirky appeal. La Spezia much nicer than anticipated and some fabulous restaurants close by, for me the bed was a little uncomfortable, but at the price we paid I still think it was a fantastic bargain and would definitely return.
