The apartment is about 200 meters from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. It's an excellent location. There is a taxi rank across the street from the Colosseum so it's never hard to catch a cab from the apartment if you need one, which you might from time to time (e.g., Vatican). There are excellent restaurants within walking distance; we followed Giusippina's advice and were happy to have done so. Good restaurants require reservations. The apartment is excellent; it has two good-sized bedrooms with a large living room that can serve as third bedroom. By going in November we enjoyed excellent weather for touring sites, and the number of tourists and line-ups seemed to be a little less. There is a bike rental shop at the apartment's entrance. We rented electric bikes and had a tour guide take us through parts of Rome. It was excellent: one the highlights of the trip. (Make sure you take an electric bike; biking for three hours becomes effortless.) Finally, I would be remiss if I did not note and thank Giusippina for friendly, warm and professional service. To say the least, our trip from Canada was a nightmare - two missed flights, arriving about 26 hours after we had planned; our luggage arrived three days later. I was in constant contact with Giussippina. She was sympathetic and helpful as I scheduled and rescheduled things. It made a huge difference. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We very much appreciate Giuseppina and her thoughtful communications and assistance. Arriving Rome after a long flight, it was so helpful for her to arrange transportation for us. She then met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked. Additionally, she made an extra trip to the apartment due to our misunderstanding the air conditioning controls! The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It was well situated for two couples. The amenities were plentiful and bedding good quality. It was quiet and very safe. An comfortable spot to recover from jet lag and start our Italy adventure! In terms of location, we were able to walk most places we visited. Photo attached was taken across the street from our building! Coffee and grocery stores quite close as described. The train and bus system were available but we prefer walking. Used “Free Now” app based rides for a couple of late nights, although we felt perfectly safe wandering back late at night. Thank you, Giuseppina!

This unit is very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, the top two attractions of Rome. There are plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby so you can easily get your needs met. Giuseppina, our thoughtful hostess, speaks English very well. She walked us through the unit, making sure that we know how to operate the washing machine, wifi connection, and air conditioning. We found the unit clean, functional, and quiet at night. Perfect for a small family vacation in Rome!

Casa di Bine is an excellent place to stay in Rome, especially if you are a small family. The flat is very comfortable, the beds are big and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The flat is located very close to the Colosseum and the main area of Imperial Rome so it is very convenient. The attention of the owners is excellent and they make it very easy for you to find your way around the city.

The location is quite good, walking distance to colosseum. And the apartment is really beautiful. Giuseppina is really nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Met vriendinnen hebben wij 4 nachten verbleven in Casi di Bine. Genoten! Het appartement is centraal gelegen in de gezellige wijk Monti. Winkels en restaurants in de nabije omgeving. Het appartement was schoon en goed onderhouden, ruim en licht van binnen en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kregen een hartelijk welkom van onze behulpzame gastvrouw Giuseppina. Vanuit Casa di Bine wandel je binnen enkele minuten naar het Colosseum. Daar is een metrostation maar daar hebben wij amper gebruik van gemaakt. Rome is bij uitstek wandelend goed te verkennen. Casa di Bine was voor ons een heerlijke en rustig gelegen uitvalsbasis waar wij na een drukke dag ons lekker konden terugtrekken. Aanrader!!

We loved staying in this clean, spacious ABNB. Giuseppina was a wonderful host, friendly, accommodating and helpful. She arranged our airport pickup/drop off and had many suggestions for us on what yo see and do. The place is conveniently located near the Colosseum and a short walk to other sites. We loved our stay!!

This apartment was absolutely the perfect place for our family. We had plenty of room, it was quiet and spacious, and Giuseppina was the perfect hostess, quickly responding to our every need. We highly recommend this flat.

I could not recommend Casa di Bene more! We rented the place for 5 days during New Years (6 adults and 1 baby) and our experience was amazing in every way. Perfect location, just minutes away from the Colosseum but in a very quiet street - supermarket, restaurants and bakeries nearby - beautiful typical italian building. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures, super cosy and spacious, very comfy beds... Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Giuseppina was the perfect host, providing with a bed and eating chair for my one year old and even giving us great tips about Rome’s nightlife!! It was by far the best experience I’ve had renting and apartment and definitely recommend Casa di Bene.
