Ho alloggio presso questa casa vacanze per 3 giorni, che dire: la pulizia della casa è stata più che eccellente, la posizione dell'appartamento permette di visitare tutto il centro di Roma in meno di 2-3 minuti. La gentilezza della proprietaria e la disponibilità vi permetterà di avere tutte le informazioni necessarie...la struttura è stata inaugurata da poco tempo e questo non vi farà avere tante recensioni della casa ma vi assicuro che sarà una garanzia.

Wow! Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed here during our 1st visit to Rome. It was perfect! Extremely clean, super comfortable, and lovely hostess. The location was perfect, as we could walk to most everything- Spanish steps, Borghese Park, Colloseum, Trevi fountain. We even walked to Vatican City through shady streets. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and cooked one meal in the well equipped kitchen. It was extremely hot in Rome the days we were there but inside was very comfortable, making it a pleasure to come home to our apartment and have a wonderful night’s sleep after exploring. We were only here for 3 days but this apartment would be great for longer stays as well.

Another great stay at Delia’s! Apartment is centrally located & is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Delia is a perfect host. Restaurant reviews are spot on - she even recommended a hairdresser for a much needed haircut. Last year she came to the rescue when I needed new shoelaces for my most comfortable sneakers. We have already reserved two weeks in September.

We have just returned from our 4th stay in this apartment. We love it more each time we are in a Rome! The owner, Delia, is absolutely wonderful! She is very warm, helpful and responsive to your questions and needs. The apartment is always clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is a nice size if you decide to have a Roman experience of shopping in a fresh market and cooking in the apartment. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of many tourist sites like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc. The Metro is also close by making it easy to get to the Vatican, Coleseum and Roman Forum. The area around the apartment has many delicious restaurants and wine bars. I highly recommend staying here during your time in Rome! We have already staid 4 times and will be back in September!

This was our third year in a row staying at Delia’s wonderful apartment. The location is perfect! You are a 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and less than 10 minutes from the Spanish Steps. We also walk to many other key sites like Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de Fiori and the Borghese gallery and gardens. The Vatican, Coliseum and Roman Forum are all a short metro ride from the apartment. The apartment is VERY comfortable! The living room, dining area, large kitchen, two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths are perfect for relaxing and feeling like you are living the life in Rome! The Host Delia is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely helpful to all your needs and is easily reachable on WhatsApp to answer any questions. Delia keeps the apartment very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will continue to stay here every year when we return to Rome! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Rome!

Thank you Delia for another enjoyable stay!! My daughter and I stayed here a year and a half ago and it was wonderful! Recently, we had a family wedding south of Rome and decided to spend a few days in Rome before heading home. This time it was the whole family and once again it was fantastic! Delia’s apartment is clean, spacious, welcoming and felt like home. We were within walking distance of all the major sites to see in Rome and the metro and buses were easy to navigate. Not to mention all the shopping in the area! La Rinascente is a short walk ~~ don’t pass up the rooftop bar for an afternoon aperitivo! There are many wonderful restaurants and places to grab a quick bite to eat as well as grocery stores nearby. All in all, Delia is a gracious host and makes you feel welcome and at home. We look forward to staying here on our next visit to Rome. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to visit Rome in the future.

This apartment definitely exceeded our expectations. It is in walking distance to Rome’s well-known sites, immaculately clean with two very comfortable rooms, an easy to use kitchen, and tastefully decorated living area. The host Delia is wonderful and goes out of her way to make visitors feel comfortable. She greeted us, helped us settle in, and gave us great suggestions about where to go (with maps she had downloaded) and eat. She also reserved taxis to take different members of our family for the airport on different days very early in the morning. We will be back!

Delia's apartment is perfect, very safe, very quiet, and central to everything. All the attractions are within walking distance, 2 supermarkets nearby, and a short stroll away is Via del Corso for high end fashion. Delia is an exceptional host - met us at the door, showed us where everything was, ( there is a full kitchen with breakfast goodies ), all this combined with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes the ideal package. No request went unanswered, and she arranged a taxi when it was time to leave. We spent 5 nights here and would do it again without hesitation. Ciao Delia Grazie Mille Jan & Ken

This is the second time we have stayed here. Delia, the owner, goes out of her way to ensure we have everything we need The location is fantastic - close to the Trevi Fountain and there are lots of restaurants on the doorstep. We will definitely return!

What can I say, Delia is the perfect host, she runs the apartment almost like a B and B. She sent us pre-arrival e-mails. met us outside of the apartment. showed us how everything worked, supplied us with rolls, yogurt, juice, coffee and water. a bottle of wine too, The apartment is close to everything, a market, and the Metro. its a block off a main street but very quite, its on the 3 floor (US) of 4 floor building, apartment windows face the garden on one side and another courtyard on the other side. I think Delia lives above. Big comfy beds and bathroom. Great for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Delia also offers city maps and walking maps. We stayed 3 nights, wish we had stayed 5 nights
