Piazza San Cosimato is the ideal place to stay in Rome. Surrounded by restaurants and on public transportation lines you can either enjoy the local area or go elsewhere in Rome. The apartment has a very nice bathroom and kitchen and all conveniences. We enjoyed our stay.

The amazing apartment is in the located in the middle of beautiful Trastevere and it’s quite convenient to get around the rest of Rome from here Piero is a fantastic host and really made us feel at home. His help with practical information and recommendations made our stay even better

Excellent location of flat. Used number 8 tram every day. Ideal for taking you right to a central point. Flat very very quiet as positioned at back of building. Numerous restaurants nearby. Pietro very attentive and helpful. Already telling friends and family about convenience of flat. So much better than staying in a hotel Would love to return.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is perfectly placed to explore Rome and a cool peaceful place to get back to at the end of a busy day. The place has everything you need and Piero was a great host.

We found the apartment to be very good, clean with everthing we needed. The location is perfect, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. It is within easy walking distances to all the big places of interest in Rome. Piero was the perfect host, he helped us settle in and showed us everthing we needed to know about the apartment and surrounding area, he also provided details on places to eat, supermarkets and public transport. We highly recommend this apartment and would readily stay here again.

We had a great time. Piero is a wonderful host, he give a nice welcome. The flat is clean, is very central. We didn’t have to use transports, we walked to tge major monuments. It is also an full of restaurants, resanable price and great food. It is a perfect place to stay. We defiantly want to go back there. Probably on elf our best experience. The photos don’t really show how much nice it is.

Located in a great area of Trastevere, this apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our 11 day stay (two adults, one teenager). Our host Piero was very attentive, accommodating and resourceful. Located close to a number of excellent restaurants and cafes, and just out of the way from the more touristy areas. Close to trams and bus routes, grocery, and many important Roman landmarks that might otherwise not be discovered if you weren't staying here. Apartment is very well appointed and has everything you need. Highly recommended! We would most definitely stay again.

Siamo stati in casa di Piero lo scorso Ottobre. Eravamo quatro amiche e siamo state per una settimana. L esperienza e' stata ottima, da raccomandare assolutamente. Piero e' stato un tesoro: ci ha accolto benissimo ed e' stato attento a tutti i nostri bisogni lungo il soggiorno. La casa è spaziosa e in una location ideale.

The photos accurately represent this spacious comfortable apartment in Trastevere. The apartment is so clean and the owner is very responsive. We enjoyed being steps from a farmer's market, delicious restaurants, gelateria, and right across the street from an out of this world Pasticceria. We ate the most amazing breakfasts- quiche, and savory and sweet pastries. You can make your own espresso or get it right across the street. Internet in the apartment worked great. My husband and I found one bed too firm, but we both found the other bed comfortable. All the furnishings are attractive, but also functional and there is so much space to hang up or store your clothing. We were so pleased a family member recommended we stay in this area of Rome! I hope to return one day!
