The apartment we stayed in on Via Morin was very comfortable and clean and quiet. It was located north of the Vatican, in an area which is not well-known to tourists, so walking back felt like we were going home everyday. It was a little removed from the centre of Rome, and took us about half an hour each day to walk into the centre of town, but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, apart from, perhaps, the forum and coliseum. For that, we took a hop on, hop off bus. The Vatican was the closest area, some 6 blocks south. The apartment itself has air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, 3 TVs (which we didn't use), WiFi, which was a definite plus, living area and kitchenette. Overall, I would recommend this property.
