Sono stato a Roma per un lungo fine settimana con la mia famiglia e ho alloggiato in una casa in via degli Equi in zona San Lorenzo gestita dal signor Giuseppe. Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, bagno in ottime condizioni. Bella zona, ben servita. Il signor Giuseppe si è sempre messo a disposizione da quando siamo arrivati a quando siamo ripartiti facendoci sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo anche per famiglie. Ovviamente nulla da dire sulle attrattive che offre Roma in quanto a luoghi di interesse turistico e culturale. Ottima esperienza.

Absolutely loved this location off the piazza! Daily market and restaurants were all amazing,, minutes away from the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and all the greatest! Old Rome is sooooo beautiful. The apartment was wonderful with amazing air conditioners! Only down side is the 3 stories of uneven crazy stairs. But I would most definitely stay there again. Super comfy beds too.

Located in a great area with easy access to the city center and train station. There were lots of nearby restaurants and bars that were open late, but still a nice quiet experience inside the house. Giuseppe was also very accommodating and nice. Would recommend!!

All communications with Guiseppe were great and he organised a taxi from the airport too, so no problems at all. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple with a 6mth old baby. Guiseppe organised a travel cot for us and the baby had the second bedroom. There is a small lift which we could all fit in to avoid carrying the baby up the stairs. The area is great for eating out and the fish restaurant opposite is fantastic. The apartment is quite close to the terminus, we walked a lot but also used public transport with no problems. The only downside was the noise from the bar with outside area right next to the apartment building and directly underneath the main bedroom window. It was open very late into the early hours of the morning on Fri/Sat night. Take earplugs and you will be fine. The second bedroom was not as noisy. Some of the other reviews mention a roof terrace but there is no longer access with the rental. I would recommend this apartment as a very well priced and well located option for anyone staying in Rome.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Rome. This apparent is very nice, spacy and very comfortable. The only detail is the noise made by the recollection of the garbage bins at night.

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April 2016 and had a very favorable experience. Giuseppe replied quickly to my emails prior to, and during, our trip. He went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. Our flight arrived early in the morning and Giuseppe arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport. We met the cleaning person at the place and checked in at around 11am. We were allowed to stow our bags at the apartment while she cleaned the apartment, so we got an early start on sight seeing. The apartment was very modern and in excellent condition. The area outside of the apartment was safe and I would describe it as a non-touristy part of the city. The WiFi worked great and there was a lift to the apartment. The apartment is about a ten minute walk to the front of Termini Station and about a ten minute walk to the Vittorio Emanuele metro stop on the other side of the train station - therefore convenient for travel within, and out of, the city. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone.

Excellent flat, welcoming, clean, decent, well furnished, perfectly located. Next to the university and close to the train station (10 minute walk). well served by buses. A bit noisi at week end nights because it is in the middle of the student area, but this can be fun also.

This apartment is located a short distance from the Coliseum, Forum and various other places of note. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable with all mod cons including a washing machine and fully functioning kitchen complete with oven and gas hob. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is located in the Italian quarter which is a very quiet neighbourhood. Other parts of Rome are very loud and noisy making it difficult to sleep with the ambulance sirens going all night but not if your staying at this apartment. If a good nights sleep, wonderful views from the private terrace is important to you then look no further. We were met by Joseph who also organised our transport to and from the apartment and simply put he was very gracious and catered to our every need. He always answered our calls which gave us peace of mind that all issues would be taken care of. I can't speak highly enough of either this apartment of Joseph.

We booked this apartment because we wanted to be near to the heart of Ancient Rome. The location and the roof terrace are fabulous and it is possible to walk to all the historic sites.The Colosseum is five minutes walk and there are some excellent restaurants and bars (all great value) in the back streets around the apartment . The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four and was an excellent base to explore Rome. It was spotless when we arrived and is very well furnished and equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable with memory foam mattresses and pillows. We had a great holiday and would recommend "Casa Pulchra" to anyone who wants to explore Rome.

Very good apartment in central location, toddler friendly, minutes away from the major sights, supermarket and park. Without a doubt a roof terrace is well equipped and the best feature. The owner was very welcoming and helpful with airport pick up. The apartment generally is spacious, light, has all the necessities and we have enjoyed our stay.
